Are Microwaves a/the major Causal Factor in CFS/ME? The Evidence

1. The symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome mimic those of what the Russians have termed "Radio Wave Illness" but also known as "Microwave Sickness."

2. Outbreaks of "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" or "Yuppie Flu" suddenly became widespread in the mid 80s just as commercial cellular phone networks were being set up in the United States and other parts of the world.

3. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a number of other similar syndromes (Autism, ADHD, Alzheimer's, etc.) increased exponentially in the early 1990s with the advent and spread of digital (2G) cellular phone technology.

4. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Autism, and ADHD are found to be more prevalent in countries with a plethora of cell phone networks and electrosmog present while being just about absent in those countries with few like Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan, and Laos which have been late to implement cell phone technology. 10. In workers occupationally exposed long-term to microwaves a lower value of T-helper/T-suppressor (T4/T8) ratio were found. PWC have a lower than normal ratio of T4/T8.

11. EMF exposure has been shown to effect an increase in viruses, bacteria, mold, parasites, and yeast in the blood of the human host. These pathogens are all commonly found in PWC.

12. Microwaves have been shown in studies to induce "subliminal" stress causing the adrenals to excrete more cortisone and adrenaline eventually leading to adrenal exhaustion. Adrenal exhaustion is a major factor in CFS.

13. Studies have shown a decrease 5-HT in the blood of those exposed to microwaves. 5-HT is a precursor to the production of serotonin. Low levels of serotonin have been linked to anxiety and depression. Anxiety and depression are symptoms commonly found in People With CFS (PWC).

15. Melatonin production is altered by exposure to microwaves. Melatonin is an antioxidant necessary for sleep. Melatonin is believed to be altered in CFS with irregular sleep patterns and insomnia symptoms associated with CFS.

16. Dopamine levels are also known to be affected by microwave radiation exposure. PWC have been found to often have low levels of dopamine with decreased dopamine being linked to depression, a symptoms also found in PWC.

17. Decreases in the hormone Acetylcholine - known to be induced by exposure to EMR - is an abnormality also found in CFS/ME.

18. People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome usually feel better at night (in spite of sleep problems) - when there are less people using their cell phones and hence less electrosmog.

19. Some EMF frequencies have been shown to induce restlessness. PWC often complain of restlessness and many have a condition called restless leg syndrome (RLS).

20. It has been documented that people who have had a cell phone tower installed near their homes suddenly start having the following symptoms: headaches, dizziness, inability to concentrate, memory problems, fatigue, worsening vision, swollen lymph nodes, nausea, and decreased appetite. All these symptoms have been found in people with CFS.

21. It has been found in CFS (and Autism) via SPECT scans that there is decreased blood flow to the brain. Studies have shown that electromagnetic fields (EMF), like those emitted by cell phones, alter regional cerebral blood flow.

22. Microwaves have been shown to alter blood coagulation. People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome often have a coagulation dysfunction.

23. PWC often suffer from allergies. Allergies involve the production of histamine by mast cells. Microwaves have been known to turn on mast cells to produce more histamine and other EMFs have been to shown to actually increase the number of mast cells in the body. Microwaves have also been found to increase IgE antibodies in people with atopic eczema.

24. Low Blood Pressure (hypotension) is known to be caused by microwave exposure and it is also a symptom found in CFS/ME.

25. Microwaves are also known to adversely affect the heart. People with CFS usually go on to develop heart problems in the later stages of their illness.

26. Studies have shown an adverse effect of microwaves on the eyes. PWC often complain of problems with their eyes and vision deterioration.

27. It is known that microwaves and other EMR alter the pineal gland's production of melatonin and serotonin which - among other actions - regulate the body's biocycles. People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome usually have a dysfunctional pineal gland.

28. Nitric Oxide buildup - a byproduct of microwave exposure - is also found in CFS.

29. An opening of the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) - shown to be induced by microwave radiation exposure - is also found in PWC/ME.

30. Six thousand German doctors - many specializing in Environmental Medicine - have signed the Freidburger Appeal - after the government failed to act - since they have noticed a correlation between a microwave exposure by cell phones and cell phone towers and a number of symptoms, many of which are found in CFS/ME.

31. There have been a number of anecdotal accounts from PWC/ME who have cured themselves or eliminated many of their symptoms by reducing their exposure to or removing themselves from an electromagnetic environment.

Having said that I think that all this evidence is pretty substantial. Isn't it time for good people to stand up and say something in numbers, to stand up and do something together?

ELECTROMAGNETIC POLLUTION

Dr. Andrew Michrowski is president of the Ottawa based Planetary Association for Clean Energy Incorporated, an international, interdisciplinary scientific society, concerned with such issues as: electromagnetic pollution, advanced clean energy technologies, ozone depletion, climatic changes and reutilization of waste biomass. Previously, he served as Senior Analyst for the Secretary of State, and as Chief Planner for Indian Affairs and Northern Development. ELECTROMAGNETIC DISHARMONY ON THE EARTH

Our association was created in 1975 and is composed of 3,600 scientists from 60 countries. Our first position was that the world does not realize the seriousness of the electromagnetic pollution problem that exists today, and our scientists have been searching for ways of protecting us if this problem continues to exist. In order to eliminate the need for power lines and decrease electromagnetic pollution, we have been working on alternatives to local electricity and long distance transmissions. We can do this and yet have all, if not more, of the benefits of civilization that we know today. In the 1950's and 60's before so many atomic bomb explosions had occurred, the world was in a much more balanced state, with both hemispheres in harmony. Today's excessive electromagnetic pollution is aided by the destruction of our forests and we have changed our climate to such a degree that even the nature of electric storms has changed.

The most intense and widespread electromagnetic radiation produced by man - many times stronger than from natural sources - is in the extremely low frequency (ELF) spectrum. In 1989, the average intensity of the background man-made ELF magnetic fields was about ten times stronger than that resulting from all natural planetary and cosmic events, doubling the ELF fields monitored less than a decade earlier. A spectrum analysis done in Ottawa in 1982 showed radiation from 60 hertz power lines, hydro stations, 10 hertz Soviet radar emissions, and signals from the Soviet Union, Japan, China, Europe and Africa. These all contribute to the changes we see today. This permeates our homes, work places, industries and our outdoors and it increases every year as we pollute more and more electromagnetically, and creates a tremendous stress to all living systems. Since all living organisms on earth are exposed to electromagnetic radiation, it is urgent to establish standards of acceptable exposure levels for various frequencies of electromagnetic radiation. Cancer, birth defects, decreased immunity to disease, even new sicknesses have been linked to extended exposure to electromagnetic fields of specific frequencies and intensities. Perhaps this may account for the much higher susceptibility to death from AIDS in regions of highest electromagnetic pollution.

Over the last 25 years, all kinds of studies of the effects of low level frequency exposure on the nervous system, on the blood and on growth and development, have been conducted. The United States Navy conducted very well funded studies, probably in the order of 50 to 100 million dollars. Their study, published in 1984, showed that exposure to harmful electromagnetic frequencies resulted in altering the behaviour of cells, tissues, organs and organisms; altered hormone levels, altered cell chemistry, altered immune processes, affected calcium ion bonding in cells, modified human brain waves, caused defects in chick embryos, and caused sterility in male animals. They also found that certain diseases can be cured by applying specific extreme low frequency levels. Their results have been reproduced in numerous laboratory tests, but these studies are not very well known publicly. The first serious news report was done in the New York Times in 1987. Scientists statistically linked ordinary power lines and commonly used household devices to an increase in human cancer. High quality laboratory research was done on both animals and humans. They found that if human beings or animals came within a certain range of electric power lines, which is considered to be safe, they augmented the field. Ten thousand volts per meter is considered safe because conventional research states that voltages higher than 10,000 volts per meter are strong enough to penetrate the skin and have possible biological effects on living cells. Although the field is 10,000 volts, on the skin surface it is 18 times higher. Even by conventional logic, safety levels should be 18 times higher than existing levels. When this research was published, many electrical companies got very worried. Our association is very unhappy about this situation because we have been saying this for ten or fifteen years. We can't understand why government ministers and power companies who spend your money to hurt you don't seek their advice from scientific advisors like they should; but they are insisting more than ever before, that it is safe.

SCHUMANN RESONANT FREQUENCY OF THE EARTH

Electromagnetic pollution is an important problem because it alters the natural Schumann resonant frequency of the earth of 7.8 hertz which everything that lives on earth, from a simple cell to a human being, uses as its term of reference. The human body uses good frequencies between 7 to 9 hertz, but frequencies outside this range cause biological damage to all living organisms. Fortunately, human beings naturally produce the 7.8 hertz signal when they are healthy and mentally balanced. Alpha waves which are produced by the brain in a relaxed state or in a state of meditation are also in the beneficial range of 7 to 9 hertz. If a little irritability is present, people will produce the higher frequencies.

THE ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM

The electromagnetic spectrum consists of electrical energy travelling in the form of waves of different wavelengths and is divided into two parts: the ionizing portion which is radioactive, and the non-ionizing portion which consists of the visible spectrum and the longer wavelengths. At the lowest end are the extremely low frequency waves which include power lines. Energy emitted throughout this spectrum is regulated by every civilized government in the world except for the very low frequencies and the extremely low frequencies. The World Health Organization has published a report which classified extremely low frequency fields as an environmental health problem in line with mercury and cadmium poisoning, which makes it a toxic problem, but there are presently no regulations on low level radiation produced by power lines and electrical currents.

Electromagnetic fields are measured in the following units:
frequency (the number of cycles per second expressed in cps, hertz or Hz), electric field strength (volts per meter), magnetic flux density (tesla).

SOURCES OF ELECTROMAGNETIC POLLUTION:

a) POWER LINES:

A noticeable source of extremely low frequency radiation is the high voltage electrical transmission lines, which in some instances produce such high losses that they bend the earth's ionosphere. Lines transporting 750,000 volts are quite common and there are some running at 1,500,000 volts. Power lines are dangerous because they are constantly losing energy. Because you can't see electricity, and you don't have a detector, you can't see it oozing, but it is. Forty per cent of electricity in Canada is lost in the environment. If you have an extremely low frequency spectrum analyzer, you will find that extremely low frequency fields go very far, even at long distances, and the intensity will be quite significant biologically for long term exposures.

It is dangerous to be exposed to electric transformers or to work on power line repairs even for short term exposures. Even if you are living quite some distance from a power line, that is if it is within sight and sufficiently noticeable (not just a speck on the horizon), long term exposure may be dangerous. Very often we have found that secondary transmission lines, the kind you see in streets, are much worse polluters than the huge power lines. The human body is a living antenna and can absorb strong fields like power lines or video display terminals, and then augment the intensity of the environment. Animals also augment the intensity of the field. So what might have been a safe situation, like a school full of children and workers near a power line, can become a tremendous new source of electrical energy and a major polluter, not only to the children in the school, but even to people living near the school.

b) SOVIET & U.S. EXTREMELY LOW FREQUENCY (ELF) EMISSIONS:

Almost daily, since 1976, ELF magnetic and electric emissions have been pulsed from a number of USSR installations at the rate of approximately 10 Hz. Since mid-1979, the U.S. have been pulsing similar emissions at the rate of approximately 10 Hz and 30 Hz. A major study has been done for the United States Navy at Laurentian University to discover what happens when extremely low frequency fields, similar in fact to those used by the Soviet Union since 1976, occur in front of brain cells. Everyone was saying, come on, the Soviets are only doing radar, it's not going to affect any place in North America. But it did. This study actually showed that when brain cells are subjected to the Soviet level of emissions, degranulation takes place after a very short exposure. This study so shocked the Pentagon that since that time in 1985, the United States government has made a full scale very expensive secret study on how to protect North American citizens from Soviet emissions. Fortunately when Reagan and Gorbachev met in New York, they shook hands and the Soviets turned off the emissions.

c) SATELLITE DISHES:

Another case of electromagnetic pollution is satellite dishes. Main or secondary power lines in the vicinity may actually be amplified by the satellite dish. If antennas of satellite dishes are pointing at a certain angle, even partially towards a power transmission line, they will actually absorb and focus its frequency, and once it is captured, it will travel vertically above or below the dish. It can also pick up and augment the Bell Canada System and microwave communication between buildings.

d) CELLULAR TELEPHONES:

Portable and car telephone systems also amplify surrounding fields. Do not use these telephones unless you really have to. Some people have a tendency to put a whole day through on this device and can suffer detrimental effects such as loss of concentration and memory. So be very careful with them.

e) RADAR SITES:

Never stay near a radar site even when it is off. Some people just go crazy. Radar sites augment all kinds of electromagnetic fields. Radar is a serious problem especially when the radar frequencies are changed, but are still in the same frequency range. That sudden change can be too much for the body and may trigger a whole series of problems. We know soldiers who have not been able to stand this. There is a massive pollution problem in Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, partially linked to a radar station operating since 1982 near Forest Glade,that no longer needs to be there. Suddenly, from being one of the most benign places in Canada, it has become the cancer hot spot. The infant mortality rate is high, multiple sclerosis has become a serious problem and some flocks of geese are no longer able to lay fertile eggs.

f) VIDEO DISPLAY TERMINALS:

In a video display terminal, there are various sources of problems; however, the major problem is the fly back transformer. It can produce stronger fields than if you are near a substation. And that's a very intense field, 50,000 volts or more per meter. If you keep a distance of about 70 cm away from the modern types and if there are no other VDT's around, that should be o.k., but you should not be in the rear of a VDT. That is the worst place. Appliances such as VDT's produce voltages of up to 10,000 v/m in the older models, and 5 to 50 v/m for newer models, and 300,000 nT magnetic flux at operating distance. The governments of Germany, Sweden and Norway have accepted safety standards for video display terminals which have been determined by our organization, and have made their terminals less dangerous. Six hundred studies done over the last 20 years have shown that electrical fields, up to 6 volts per meter and magnetic fields up to 64 nanoteslars are safe, and this should cause no biological interaction, even for very long term exposure. It only costs about 10 cents more to make them safe, but for years, many governments have refused to do anything about it. Only one company in America changed their systems, and that was IBM, who have met our safety guidelines since 1981 when we established that higher levels are dangerous. One of our founders was the scientific advisor for IBM at the time.

g) POLLUTION IN THE AVERAGE HOME:

In our homes and offices, all of our electrical appliances produce not only electrical but also magnetic fields, even when they are "off". For example, a television set will still produce quite strong fields even when it is off, as long as it is plugged into the electric supply. The same is true of lamps, typewriters, photocopiers, fluorescent light fixtures, video display systems, telephones, extension cords and unused electric wires inside walls. Sometimes the difference between "off" and "on" is negligible once plugged in and drawing on the power supply.

The above table contains a list of the average electric fields in the average home. Six volts per meter is considered safe. You can see that bedrooms are the worst. Most people have nearby bedside lamps and these are invariably very badly insulated. Many people insist on having clock radios which are terrible polluters. They are even dangerous at a distance of one or two meters. Heated water beds and electric blankets can be a problem, but they are now trying to make safer electric blankets. Hallways are very bad because that is where most of the wiring is. Poorly insulated wiring often concealed within walls may pose serious losses, especially in older homes. Irons are terrible things. Don't do too much ironing; iron for half an hour to 45 minutes, take a break and come back. Air conditioners, air cleaners and ionizers are a problem. Colour TV is all right if people stay two meters away. However, stereos are much worse, even when they are off. Toasters can be a problem but only if you work in a restaurant and make toast for many hours, that is, exposures of 30 minutes or more at a time. Refrigerators are polluters. Never sleep near a freezer or refrigerator. In many crowded homes this can be a serious problem. We advise people to stay away from microwave ovens. Some people suffer from allergies when they eat microwaved foods. Somehow, microwave can be captured as information; we're not sure how, but we believe it's in the water molecule which exists in almost every food.

Another important consideration is the proximity of radiofrequency, TV and microwave sources. Hospitals, schools, offices, apartment buildings etc. should not be located in positions where they are aligned with radio/microwave communications and guidance system networks.

GEOMAGNETIC FIELDS

In addition to the electromagnetic fields which we produce artificially, we are also influenced by variations in magnetic fields produced by the earth itself, called geomagnetic fields. Many people near power lines are affected adversely because there is a synergistic effect between geomagnetic fields and the electromagnetic fields produced by power supply and certain electrical appliances (that is, they enhance each other). This can be a serious problem, especially when there is geomagnetic variation, sharp dips in the earth's magnetic field. If a bed or a work place which is routinely used over prolonged periods is situated in a place where there are high variations in the geomagnetic field, persistent health problems may occur. Geomagnetic surveys of magnetic fields are useful in determining these disturbing abnormal variations. These surveys, which are displayed in three-dimensional computer generated graphics, can confirm specific health problems diagnosed by medical practitioners. When the bed is changed to a more suitable position, often only 10 or 20 centimeters away, the person will be able to improve and respond to medical help. A normal bed position should have just a gradual descent in intensity and almost no variation. This may be determined by using a detection instrument called a geo-magnetometer.

ELECTROMAGNETIC THERAPY

Robert Becker has discovered and developed a method of using external input of electromagnetic fields to induce bone growth, increase cell division, nerve conduction, and chemical production and even accelerate wound healing. A therapeutic device can emit different frequency levels, e.g. 1, 10, 100, 1000 and 10,000 cycles per second (or hertz). At certain frequency levels, ailments will improve. For example, a lady who had allergies felt better at the Schumann frequency of 7.8 hertz. People who already have a weak immune system and considerable stress are very sensitive sometimes to the slightest hint of harmful frequencies. In electromagnetic therapy, the ionic movements appear to be capable of changing chemical energies, which means that electromagnetic fields are translated eventually into chemical events in the body. The Canadian government made this analysis in 1960, but it was kept within the realm of the National Research Council only, and not given to the medical community nor to Health and Welfare Canada. The Germans and the Soviet Union were also very interested in this type of research. In order to protect embassy personnel in the United States Embassy in Moscow against microwave radiation, they were provided with a protective device which would produce the earth's natural resonant frequency. This magnetic pacer device was similar to the Teslar watch device which is used today.

ELECTROMAGNETIC PROTECTION DEVICES

The natural electromagnetic frequency extremely important to all life is the Schumann resonance. NASA scientists found that the first astronauts returned to earth with health problems due to lack of this 7.8 Hz. magnetic resonant field. The Schumann resonant frequency is an important medium for acquiring the well-being, mentally, emotionally and physically, which our planet once gave to all our forefathers and foremothers. When the planet earth does not provide us with the Schumann resonance, we can administer it with a Teslar device which looks like a watch. This will produce balance in the individual and provide protection against external problems. Individuals who suffer from multiple allergies find that most of their allergies disappear over time when they wear this device.

Various protectional devices which help to get rid of some of the pollution problems are designed to eliminate the dipolar activity in the environment. Almost everything on earth has a north and south pole. If you have something which is neutral, not polarized either negatively or positively, everything around it literally behaves differently. For example, if you place a glass of water near such a neutral element, the water will go back to the normal ph level. Water will also acquire less bacterial growth. Many radical elements such as fluorine and chlorine lose their radicality. There are different ways of scientifically producing neutral matter which has no polarity. The most useful military application of this kind of technology is "radar absorbant materials", the type of materials that makes the Delta bomber invisible to radar. The material has no polarity and allows electromagnetic fields of any kind to pass through it in such a way that it renders them harmonious; they pass through and do not bounce back.

The technology used to create the correctional device I am wearing now, the Teslar watch, and the Pulsor, are made of the same material as the Delta aircraft. Shielding mechanisms which amplify the beneficial natural magnetic ELF signal, and override electromagnetic pollution include the Teslar watch, 'Pulsers', and 'Cocoons'. The Teslar watch shielding device has a magnetic chip inside of the watch which neutralizes harmful ELF frequencies. Dr. G. Rein of Stanford Medical School found that the Teslar device increased immune production. Dr. Eldon Byrd, former the Chief Scientist for Investigation and Research on Biological Effects of ELF for the U.S. Navy, has performed preliminary testing on the benefits of the Teslar ELF protection device. His findings indicate "the shielding device appears to block signals that may be harmful to the body, produces a beneficial frequency, and promotes an amplified energy field in the subject wearing it." The Choice By Christina Lunden

The decision to be here at this time was made by each of us before our births. The original plan is different than what is occurring because we were able to become more spiritually conscious than anticipated. We had finally awakened to realize that we could break the chains of ego. Now we are much more in control of what happens to us, both individually and collectively. So we continue to make choices and with each choice, change can happen.

The choice that we are moving towards is ascending to a higher dimension where we will have even more creative conscious control over our own experience. We are in essence moving up another floor in the building of Earth. Living on this higher floor gives you a better view of what is going on down below and allows you to see an even broader view of the bigger picture and places you even clearer access to Spirit. There is no more veil between us. The Angels have been sharing that we have creation abilities through what we speak. The spoken word is very powerful. This is the time to be watching what you speak and being purposeful in what you speak so you can be used to this tool of creating your life.

We also have the choice of how long we go through this ascension process. Right now, things are moving slow; very slow. That has been a recent collective choice. The Angels said the reason is fear "of the future." What some don't realize is these things are happening now. We are in it now. You can see this in what is happening all around us today. As we get to the crescendo of this ascension energy, it will just be "more of" this news. The easiest path through this time frame would be to continue to ask questions to your Angels about your life and what to do when these changes happen closer to home. These answers may change daily depending on the collective choices we make. Checking in spiritually on a daily basis will help you rid any fears you may have. It's when we don't know what is to happen or how we will be affected that can cause all kinds of crazy situations to run through our minds. That is why the Angels have been saying for the last 18 months through these teachings for you to practice communicating with your Angels for yourself so you can be comfortable with getting information on a moment's notice. If you get your questions answered then you will be able to calm down and continue to be a channel of the spiritual light and then we can move through this time period quicker. We each have a choice to walk on the easiest, middle or hard part of our path. We will always stay on the path but where we walk on it, is up to us.

The other choice that is being made by Lightworkers is by being in groups. Anything that places us against someone else is not spiritually aligned. Whether it is a political party, racial group, nation against nation, etc. it is a judgment of right or wrong, good or bad. When we actively participate in these things our energy flows very close to the Earth and then we are not holding the higher spiritual energy of One-ness. You will know this is for you if you get emotional when hearing or speaking about politics, borders, healthcare, environmental issues, etc. When you get emotional, you lower your energy. Did you know that drugs were far less of a problem before the "War on Drugs?" Fighting against something always causes a bigger reaction. That's true for everything, what we talk about is what we create. The Angels told me there are plenty of people who are not spiritually conscious that will continue these fights. The Lightworkers, especially those who have been called as the 144,000, have much more power in changing all of these negative situations by channeling the higher dimensional light instead of speaking out against something. If and when we are successful at ascending to the 5th Dimension, in one moment these things that are judged now not to be right will have the highest energy placed in to them just as everything else will be. We are much more powerful using our spiritual abilities than we ever have been emotionally or physically. That is why these situations never have been solved. There have been murders, wars, famine, etc. for all of our time on Earth. The way to change these things is ascend and leave them behind.

These situations on Earth may not look pretty until we ascend but we can shorten the time for the ascension if we all join together, walk the easiest path and choose to participate in the One-ness of All and not see differences in any aspect of our lives. Some of you will be resistant to letting go of these groups or thoughts. That is fine, it's always a choice. This is a free-will place and Spirit will work with us however we choose. This information is being provided so a more informed decision can be made by the Lightworkers on how to move forward. The ascension has slowed down to a snail pace because of the focused attention on the Earth by the very Lightworkers who were to be instrumental in making this happen. So we will be going through this for a longer period of time unless different choices are made.

There are plenty of world events to occupy your mind, and if you follow the news you will surely admit to there being a lot of unrest. This is due to the higher energies that are moving people out of their old mindset, and are seeking a new way of life. Many have little idea of what they seek, but suffice to say that they are aware that a new approach must be taken. The old ways are no longer able to provide the promise of anything that will establish a new paradigm that caters for peoples needs. Leaders come and go and promises broken, and the dark forces have been able to prevent any changes unless they first approve of them. Over many years their tentacles have reached out and infiltrated places of high authority, and their policy of fear has kept any opposition to them in its place. Bribery and blackmail have been their hallmark, and successful for many years. However, they reckoned without the awakening that has been taking place, and the Light has taken a firm hold on Earth. Suddenly the mass consciousness has risen, and the people have taken back their power.

Now you stand at the helm and are guiding your ship towards Ascension, and your focus is firmly on your goal. Nothing can now stop it speeding onwards, and as it does so, it gathers more souls that are awakening to the Light. A new day dawns where everything will be powered by it, and the problems of the past will be eradicated. Already the energies are moving you towards completion, and long awaited benefits that are to lift you up are ready to be implemented. Be aware that much work has been put into ensuring that this period makes good, the many benefits that have been denied you. Whilst it is true you have created your own reality, nevertheless it was hoped that by now you would have changed it through your own efforts. It was not to be, and you were overwhelmed by the darkness that engulfed your world. With a concerted effort where we have worked together, in a very short period we have grounded the Light on Earth and set up a powerful grid system. It has grown in strength in a matter of just a few years, and acts through powerful beacons of Light at the nodal points.

You have Dear Ones, achieved what at one time was thought as impossible, and successfully defended yourselves against the dark Ones. Where you may have suffered the same fate as the fabled civilisations Atlantis and Lemuria, you have risen up just in time to avert another major catastrophe. Whilst there will still be incidents that cause damage and loss of life, it will not be allowed to engulf you. Cleansing is necessary anyway, but will be carried out in a planned manner that will take into consideration your well-being. Once we join forces you will be informed of the actions we are directing, and made aware of exactly what is to happen. Your safety will be paramount in our minds, and we have a number of options if it is necessary to move you.

You are patiently waiting for an announcement that will admit publicly to our presence, and we are pushing for it, as we desire to get started on the mission we have come to carry out. It is nearing such an occasion, and we do have many friends who carry much influence that can bring it about. Those who still try to prevent it will not succeed, and it is indeed quite pointless because we have the highest authority behind us. We know it is something of a game that you all play in duality, but it still has value as a means to become experienced in handling the dark Ones. The experience has severely tested you, and here you are now awakening to the truth of who you really are.

The curtain is gradually coming down to end a long period darkness, which has sorely tried your ability to overcome it. You will toil for a little longer but in the end your sovereignty will have been restored, and you will proudly align your Light with the coming of Ascension and move into the higher dimensions. It sounds simple and it certainly is not difficult, and we continue to advise you to focus on the Light. Live by your new understanding of what you are, and give of your self wherever you can. By your example others will follow, and you will help them also uplift. Lightworkers are known for their peaceful countenance and their service to others, and many have already achieved this level. You are the pioneers of the New World and your presence paves the way for our arrival.

You may wonder what we have been doing all of the years since we have drawn close to you. The answer is that we have never gone away, and the Galactic Fleet has been permanently stationed around Earth, with our larger ships in the outside ring. There has been much to do in monitoring your Earth and ensuring her stability, as she does experience the "wobbles" from time to time. Also the tremors are registered, and adjustments made to lessen the likelihood of severe earthquakes. We have also carefully applied our technology to keep pollution to the lower levels, and have been particularly concerned with the effect upon your atmosphere. By doing so we are always aware of what state the Earth is in, and able to predict any changes. These have however, been interfered with through the ability of the dark Ones to control your weather. For them it is a weapon that leaves little in the way proof that they are involved, but we are aware of their plans and act accordingly. You may ask why we do not stop it altogether, and we have to tell you that we are not allowed to interfere in your karma and your freedom to create for your selves. If you make the wrong decisions it is your place to deal with the results, and it is the Law of Cause and Effect that you invoke.

Naturally in the Creator's realms there are many laws that maintain harmony and balance, and it is through experiencing them that you become responsible citizens of the Galaxy. It is only in recent times that you have for example began to understand the Law of Intent, and it has helped you where Ascension is concerned. As we often take pains to tell you, it is where you place your focus that attracts results. You are in general very easily distracted but then again you have so much going on around you, and that is all the more reason to keep focussed on what you want.

Greetings from Home.

The Re-wire of Humanity

This day we share with you much that is going on. Your physical bodies are changing every day in order to carry more of your own light. The physical re-wire you are going through as individuals is now starting to spread throughout every part of the entire planet as you have reached a collective, critical mass. We have mentioned a bit of the re-wire process and told you about some of the physical properties that will be changing and some of the things that will be taking place with every one of you as this goes forward. You will see a huge increase of sexual energy, life-force energy on this planet, in a lot of different ways. Over time, you will begin having conscious control over certain sets of muscles that you have not had conscious control over before. You will find that you can be conscious breathers instead of unconscious breathers. You will find that you will have more ability to tap into not only into your own telepathy, but
on conscious levels you will be able to tap in through each other quite clearly and very easily. In order to get to this process, there are many physical changes that your bodies must go through. It is an evolutionary step and does not actually happen overnight, but when you look back at it 100 years down the road it will look as if it happened overnight. Let us tell you about the process so you can see what is taking place, because much of your preparation is happening on a time schedule that will put you at the right place at the right time. You are not the only one that is changing. The Earth herself is changing as well.

We have mentioned before that you are literally going through a re-wire process so that your energetics can hold more of your own spirit than the physical body has ever been able to hold before. When you first took the body, there was a huge portion of yourself that would not fit into the physical body. You left that portion behind in the other dimension you call Home. You actually connect to Home through this part of yourself, which you have called your Higher Self. It is that part of you which lives outside of your physical body. More of that part of you is now going to be in the physical body. The children being born every day are bringing these attributes in. Their eyes are getting brighter and you are starting to see more energy coming from them, and more capabilities. You will also see them communicating telepathically in ways that you have never done before. But yet, you are evolving into that exact process.

New Human Templates

The children being born now do not have to go through that same evolutionary process, for they are being placed well above the curve. The rest of you here are the ones of you evolving to catch up. This was always limited on planet Earth. The template that you have chosen to house your spirit during this incarnation is a limited template. The illustration we give you is that it only holds a portion of your soul. In the beginning there were 500 of these templates and you chose one. It was probably the same one you chose the last lifetime and the same one you chose before that, for you have a tendency to be creatures of habit even as souls. You choose the same type of template because you get comfortable with it. You choose male or female. You ask, "How am I going to work this incarnation? How am I going to do my magic this time? Is it going to be easier for me to learn my lessons as a female, or is it going to be easier for me to learn my lessons as a male?" Most of the time as creatures of habit you choose the one you have become comfortable with and stay with it for many, many incarnations until there is a reason to change.

Creating Home Here on Earth

The Earth herself is adapting. If you look at your physical body as you re-wire and you consider what we are telling you in that much of your energetic system is now going to house much more of your spirit, the exact same thing is true of planet Earth. She is re-wiring as we speak and has been for some time in order to hold more of the energetics, in order to hold more of spirit from Home on planet Earth. If you were going to create heaven on Earth, you are going to need Earth's cooperation. That is what is happening. She is starting to evolve faster than you ever thought possible. Watch the Pacific Ocean.

We have mentioned many times that the Earth is not sick. She is pregnant and moving through a birthing process, and you are starting to see the labor pains begin. We made a prediction several years ago and we repeat it again today because it is on the verge of unfolding. Watch the Pacific Ocean, for that is where the energetic openings will first happen on planet Earth. It may very well be in the form of seismic or volcanic activity, but watch the Pacific Ocean and the Ring of Fire which was actually the birthplace of planet Earth. Watch the evolution as the Earth starts going through her own birthing cycles. It will become more intense; it will be more difficult. There will be times when huge portions of the population will leave. You have seen this in recent weeks, and you will see it again. It is not that
anyone is doing anything right or wrong. It is not that those people who left were not of high enough vibration to stay here. In fact, many of them were of such high vibration they could not stay much longer and they simply took that opportunity for a way out. There will be a balancing on planet Earth of energetics in many different ways. All of those people who are leaving in order to make this happen are
coming back as Crystal Children with some incredible attributes. They are coming back because for them to take that route is easier than raising their vibration consciously, which is the route you are taking right now. Yet none of this would be possible if you here were not making strides to do that. That is the piece that will help every person on planet Earth when you evolve yourself to where you gain your own spiritual confidence.

Overstretched Templates

The Keeper has mentioned about you finding your voice and discovering that place that is the voice of your Higher Self. That is you on purpose and what really resonates as truth throughout every part of your being. Connect and share that piece whenever possible, for that is the one piece that you brought from Home and you now have more capability of giving than ever before. Each one of you has chosen one of 500 templates available to this planet. It is the reason that you sometimes see someone who looks like or even acts like someone you know. They came from the same template. The good news is that there are only 499 people that you have to learn to get along with. But here you are no longer limited by the 500 templates, for that is part of your evolutionary change and the physical re-wire that is happening to your bodies right now. You are outgrowing the templates that originally housed your physical bodies and your energetics during this lifetime. Now they have the capabilities of new attributes, new properties, and new energetics in the same physical body you were born with. This is the opportunity for you to go through an evolutionary step and be re-born without going Home. That is exactly what has been predicted by many on this planet for a very long time. Why would you doubt it? Of course, now it is happening to you and that is the beautiful part because now what takes place is that you are being birthed to a New Earth.

The Earth is going to continue to go through some changes. The Ring of Fire surrounding the Pacific Ocean will see more movement in the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 than ever before on this planet. You will see different anomalies take place. You will see the shifting of energy and all of it can be lessened and controlled—none of it needs to be negative, none of it needs to be catastrophic. It can all be an evolutionary step forward. The way you do it is simple: you feel you. Yes, you can feel the sadness and you can feel the trauma. Anytime there is trauma on planet Earth, it sets up a wave of energy that is felt by every single human being. It is easy for you to get wrapped up in a trauma and in the drama around it. It is easy for you to say, "What a shame! How horrible!" You feel your heart sink and then walk around all day in that half-lit mode. That is actually harmful to your physical bodies and serves no purpose whatsoever. The idea of what we wish you to do is to celebrate these changes of planet Earth. Look at this in one simple perspective: you had a tragedy in this place you call Haiti, but look how the world responded as one. Everyone wanted to do something—whatever they could do to try to ease the pain, to connect. That lesson in humanity was worth more than all the lives that were given in order to make that happen.

Wake Up Call

You now have the capability to connect on very deep levels with heart energy right from the beginning. These are pieces that each and every one of you must learn because you are not born in bodies that were capable of this. You are now adapting to new possibilities and new energies, which will also bring a new relationship to everything around you. During that time, know that many times you will be in this higher position where you can help to bring other people up. That is why you are there. Please do not lower your position, do not feel sadness, and do not feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. Instead, feel the opportunity to help. Feel the opportunity to be on purpose and to spring into action in some way, because that is the piece you came here for. It would be a shame if you spent all these years on planet Earth waiting for this opportunity and then sleep right through it. The wake-up call is now. The alarm clock is ringing and you have a choice. You can reach over shut it off and pretend it didn't ring, or you can hit the snooze button and pretend to wait, or you can jump into action.

It will happen to every human on planet Earth. Every one of you is going to go through this evolutionary change that will be difficult, because humans perceive change as difficult. However, you can change your perception before it happens and when you see activity in the Pacific Ocean, the lungs of planet Earth. When you see activity around the Ring of Fire, know that her lungs are stretching and
new pieces are being built. This is not about the destruction of planet Earth any longer, instead it is about building a new environment for empowered humans. The Earth is doing her job. What are you doing? That is the question that she is asking you now for you are a part of each other. She needs your help. The connection between humans and Earth is much stronger than anyone ever thought possible but it is here, now. The effects of these shifts do not need to be negative. You can wipe these things out with your thought patterns and especially if you add one to the other.

The Power of Light

The way you count on planet Earth is to add 1 to 2, to 3, to 4, to 5, increasing by one the entire time, but that is not the universal constant when it comes to connecting energetic fields. When you connect energetic fields, it becomes exponential: 1 to 2 to 4, to 8, 16, 32 and so forth very quickly to the point at which it begins growing at incredible rates. Those are the harmonics of your vibration, because harmonics can be combined on top of other harmonics and can bring things into harmony on this Earth that has never existed before. You are creating it now and the opportunities are here in front of you.

Dear ones, this shift is not going to be easy. You are already seeing part of the challenges, and yet it can be the most joyous, beautiful shift that has ever happened throughout the universe. We ask you to take your part. Hold your energy, hold your highest hopes and dreams of everything you want in your life, every piece you deserve and are thankful for. Create the new world with your thoughts right now and watch your body evolve into it. It is an amazing process and never before has this happened on planet Earth. You are setting history with every breath you take. Do it well. Do it on purpose. Do it with the full consciousness that you are a spirit pretending to be a human and that you have something of value. You will find your purpose on planet Earth. You will be the highest you can be and we are so incredibly proud of you. It is not easy being a human; it is not easy for us to watch you being a human. There are times when you cannot find yourself. You look in the mirror and you have tears because sometimes you feel so alone, and yet you do not understand that we are right behind you. We hold you sometimes when you sleep. We see that you are having a bad dream and softly touch the corners of your cheeks to help you smile, so we can help change your reality a little bit because you have given us permission to do so. Now, you take that and do it for yourselves and each other. Touch each other the way that the angels touch you. Empower every person you see around you. You no longer have anything to fear from this, for it is not a race to see who gets there first. Nobody gets there until the last person arrives.

We are in this together and know that we are here waiting for you. The moment you wipe the sleep from your eyes, we are there to remind you of who you really are. We are so honored to be in your presence, for you are masters of the Gameboard and we are honored to be here. We know the pain you have experienced and we honor you for that pain; you will see this pain quite differently when you arrive Home. We know it is very difficult for you, but no one else can do it. It took the bravest of the angels to take off your wings to come down and play, yet here you are. Welcome Home. Know that we are with you every second of every day if you so choose. Also know that you are doing a fantastic job and we are incredibly proud of you.

It is with the greatest of honor that we leave you this day with three little reminders. Nurture one another every chance you get. Treat each other with the greatest respect. Play well together.

New Energies Are Flowing

The energies are flowing quite intensely for all of you right now.

Normally these energy waves come in for shorter bursts of time, but these are more sustained. More and more of you are capable of handling these longer "downloads" of energy and as such all of you are experiencing more intense energies. Unlike schools which at times play to the lowest common denominator in a classroom, the energies flow into the earth plane in sync with the leading edge of your ascending beings. And any and all of you experiencing the energies experience as much of them as you are willing to open yourselves to. If you are willing, sometimes you will receive energies that will indeed challenge your focus, your ability to do anything except simply bring them through and feel quite tired most of the time. If you would like more balance during these times, simply choose to have less energy coming through. All is unfolding perfectly and there is no need for you to experience discomfort to a degree that you are not happy and feeling in control and an active participant in this process.

Freedom is the essence of love and there is no receiving of these expansive love-energies without the free choice on your part to do so.

What's coming next?

For those of you who have been bringing in these enormous energies, you have often been experiencing extreme exhaustion, pineal gland activity with an active third eye, pressure and tension in your neck and shoulder, odd and sharp pains in your abdomen and intermittent digestive difficulties. Forgetting to eat has been more common rather than the intense hunger of times in the past.

Now you will begin to encounter the information, the conversations the synchronistic guidance that will create more awareness in your day to day life of the collaborative nature of your experience. In each of our messages, we often encourage you to call upon us. This is not said just as words of comfort and for only those dire moments when you feel you need the help of an ascended master, for example.

We ask you to call upon us for the time of direct collaboration for even more of you is approaching. You will soon begin to have the abilities to feel and hear us. Your pineal gland awakening will liberate your abilities to hear non-physical guidance and to open up to direct connections if you chose to do so and are not already doing so. We ask you to call upon us because we reside in a non-physical dimension that is unified.

Our energies are not split nor conflicted, and as such our ability to create is immediate and our confidence in our abilities is also not conflicted. This is the kind of experience we desire for you to have—to know yourselves as powerful creators and to have the ability to manifest quickly and easily that which you desire. The focus in this lifetime and in so many human lifetimes for so many has become confused and misled by the camouflage of your experience and so the question often being consider is: HOW? When indeed the purpose of your specific focus is to simply live in the world you encounter and bringing your unique perspective into play, and choose WHAT. WHAT is it you wish to experience? WHAT would balance what you experience? WHAT would compliment things more? WHAT would bring the situation into more harmony? WHAT would bring more freedom? WHAT would allow for us all to freely love each other? WHAT would assist you in experiencing a high quality life full of all the things, experiences, and ideas which would stimulate your creativity and your joy? You were meant to enjoy everything which you have the capacity to enjoy. There is no limit to what you can enjoy except as you place it upon your experience. It is natural for you to want things and to want to experience things! We feel the same way, although what we manifest is a reflection of the dimension in which we reside as is your creativity.

As the new moon approaches in March and the Spring Equinox, you will find yourself in a highly creative space. Sit in the driver's seat! Choose where you are going. I am expansive and unlimited and can bring this to bear on whatever you choose to create and together we are powerful beyond measure. That is why I encourage you to call upon me. You yourself will benefit from rapid manifestations as your confidence will increase and it will also give you more personal experience of tapping into the non-physical beings that you enjoy collaborating with. This is the way of the emerging world!

In the new world paradigm, there will be collaboration and co-creation with other beings across dimension. You will have a circle of friends which will include angels, guides, ascended masters, God, the earth, or whatever combination you desire, and then there will be your friends, your family, other Lightworkers, animals you connect with, trees you love, the planet you live upon—all of this has consciousness and is something with which you can attune and relate! This is the world to come. One in which love and spirituality and our interconnectedness liberate boundless joy and Earth Masters create and co-create confidently! With no hesitation and no sense of conflicted points of view. Follow your hearts. Create what you desire and most of all collaborate with all who can bring your visions to light more beautifully and compliment and harmonize with them to bring a cornucopia of life into being as suiting this beautiful and abundant planet in which you reside! EXPAND the universe as only you can! By focusing your point of view and being the CREATOR you are!

The time for doing things alone is over!

You must awaken NOW to the reality that not only do YOU, dear one, embody far more energy and far more creative power than you are using. But the time to notice what's not working is ALSO OVER. Choose more. DO less. Collaborate more. DO less. Tune in and listen more. DO less. You cannot maintain the activity levels you may have had in the past and also be active in all these other spheres of reality. Times have changed and the new structure of things responds much more quickly to your efforts. Choose more. DO less.

Let the love-filled energies which are now residing within many of you; fine, delicate, perceptive and aligned with your soul signature, your highest perspective and therefore, keenly aware of what will liberate you and facilitate your thriving! Let these energies do the work for you, and enlist me, The Archangel Michael—as a trusted soldier in your efforts! Along with any physical and non-physical companions who share your interests and who align with your focus!

You Are Love

In this time when your world is focused on love, let us take a moment to remember what love is, exactly and to inspire ourselves to open our hearts more fully to allow this wonderful, expansive vibration which is our elemental nature in. First I wish to clear up some misunderstanding which creates profound pain, and an experience of not-love.

My intention is to encourage anyone who is having this experience to say, "Oh! I see!" and let go of that which is keeping the boundless, unconditional love which is YOURS to be, experience, flow, channel, focus, etc…from your awareness and thus, your experience.

Love is something which is often longed for. It is experienced then as something outside of oneself and this perception creates sadness, a feeling of being alone; profoundly negative feelings and profoundly distorted feelings which thereby create strong negative feelings of not-love. Let me explain further. A strong negative feeling tells you only one thing. There is much confusion about this so I will repeat myself (consciously!): a strong negative feeling tells you only one thing: you are currently focused from a perspective which is not in alignment with who you are.

Your soul, which is eternally valid, eternally creative, eternally radiant and powerful, magnificently flowing into multiple dimensions in multiple universes, simultaneously and creating worlds, literally, is not in sync with the concept of not-love which you allow yourself to not only focus on at times, but sadly, take seriously. Here we must only laugh as we hope you are able to for the point is you have simply turned your focus toward not-love, so then you begin to experience and attract not-love and then you know what not-love feels like. So then. LOVE becomes known through its opposite. {Smile} See? There is nothing to be concerned about with these not-love moments! You have created them. When you are tired of them or find yourself identifying with them, then we encourage you to pay attention to LOVE rather than not-love and let go of all identification with the experience which is not-YOU. {Smile}

You, on the other hand, ARE LOVE.

In traveling within yourselves you will know the unity of all consciousness; the unity of your consciousness with all other consciousness. You will discover the multidimensional love and the energy which gives consciousness to all things! Discovering this will NOT make you want to loll about just feeling joy and delight, no! Discovering this will compel you to live your life with more care and passion, to create with more intention. To live with more awareness of the entirety of the experience which is unfolding and yet to do so from the unique perspective which is your own focal point; to know that your perspective is inherently linked and destined with all others, which are of course, part of all-that-is, as are you—and you will want to be a more and more skillful being in the act of creation. You will feel the dance of oneness implicit in all cells and sense it behind the face of someone you meet, and feel it tingling in your contact with the ground beneath your bare feet, or your hand and the bark of the tree when you touch, or in your entire being when you open fully to this understanding...and all of this will inspire you to create with a freedom and awareness that all is moving in one direction and all is well!

Love is first and foremost involved with freedom. There is a TOTAL sense of allowing and a perspective which values the unique contribution of all. One of the challenges of living in the emerging New Earth and becoming a skillful 5th dimensional being is to recognize that the oneness of all things has meaning. The oneness of all things is not just a static concept which gives you joy and lets you know the interconnectedness of everything. Although this is part of what the experience might be like and we encourage you to nourish yourselves from this knowing and to carry this felt-sense with you in a real way. However, liberation exists in looking beyond this. Beyond the knowing and the joy of being in love, one with love¸ being All-That-Is, realize that this means each of you and your perspective along with all other perspectives is not only one, but is creating as one.

If you expand your sense of love in this life, then you are drawn in this life and others, toward those qualities. Through all your lives you will interpret life in your own way, and that interpretation will have an effect on you and an effect on others.

What we are inviting you to consider evolving towards, embracing and beginning to recognize in daily simple moments that all elements of experience are used for the greater good. As the great power and energy of love should be obvious from the mere fact of your own existence, realize that the creative powers which you embody and flow are also immense and the influence expansive.

It is a challenge to first of all know that you are worthy of the love and freedom of such a powerfully creative being. Much of what you may have experienced invites your ability to turn within and find the inner knowing which is always present and available if you only look for it, which will confirm your immense value and the validity of your dreams, your interests, your passions, your curiosities and ultimately your perspective; that which defines you in any given moment in this human existence on the earth plane.

With the increasing powerful energies available to you in the higher vibrating dimensions into which you are shifting, it will be also increasingly important to cultivate an appropriately enormous love of self! There are no limits to the amount of kindness, generosity, forgiveness, space, rest, ease, comfort…freedom which you might and in all actuality, would benefit from giving to yourself. Ha! You and I are the same! You are divine, if anything is divine. You are perfect if anything is perfect. Anything you compare yourself to, IS YOU! You are everything. Be humbled and elevated by this. Then let it go.

Now turn your attention to your inner drives, the things which elate and thrill you, the images, the experiences, which your heart longs for. The feeling-opening experiences which move you into greater transparency, openness and movement without hesitation. Now you are in the flow of a Titan! Now you are in the flow of what it is to be the All-That-Is being which you are.

Realize the imperative of understanding your unity consciousness also calls you to become a skillful creator. It is your innate ability; you need only to remember this. Call upon us at any time, for we remember all that you are, and can remind you again so that together we might experience the joy of creativity and the love which we are embodied in form.

The New Earth energies are calling for you. The space created is primed for the ascended masters on earth to move into this dimension and create with unparalleled freedom and inspiration. To act upon their heart-known visions for utopia and bring the highest and most exquisite sense of what is beautiful into form with their focus. Do not distract yourselves with the duality and the sense of differentiation that is present in the 3rd dimension. Attune yourself to the unity consciousness, the multi-dimensional awareness of love and act from there.

YOU ARE IN THE MIDST OF A SPIRITUAL REVOLUTION

Beloved masters, for a moment, imagine that you are fully aware of your origins and that you can tap into your personal cosmic history files any time you wish. Imagine that you have the ability to communicate with those around you mind to mind, without words. Imagine that you have the natural ability to see everyone's auric field and therefore can read or understand a person's state of Being at any given moment. Imagine that you can envision clearly that which you wish to manifest, and it takes only a little time and effort for your visions to become reality. Imagine that you have the ability to communicate and interact with the archangels and the vast angelic realm, as well as the ascended masters and the great Beings of Light. All of these attributes and abilities are a part of your natural state of Being in the higher realms, and you are now in the process of regaining these God-given talents, as well as the ability to assist in the evolutionary process of humanity and the Earth.

We have explained many times and in many ways how you separated your Divine Self into a masculine Spark of Essence with the characteristics and qualities of our Father God and a feminine Spark of Essence with the virtues and attributes of our Mother God. Since that first separation, each facet of your Self has refracted into a multitude of smaller Sparks of Divinity, and you have assumed a myriad of forms and innumerable missions throughout this universal experience. The next grand stage of universal expansion and the evolution of all sentient Beings are well under way, and each of you has an integral part to play as a Star Seed and a bearer of Divine Light.

The ascension process requires a letting go of those things that have kept you in the stifling, restrictive reality of the third and fourth dimensions. It entails returning to balance and harmony in all facets of your earthly Being, which will result in your memory banks being cleared of all the discordant energies/events of your rich and varied past. All that will remain is the wonder, joy and successful endeavors you have attained as a cocreator in the material realms. As you traverse the path of ascension, you are reclaiming the wisdom stored within your Sacred Mind, and you have tapped into the rich storehouse of Creator Light called Adamantine Particles. You are beginning to demonstrate and use many latent abilities that have been kept in reserve until you were ready to reclaim them.

You were designed to be a transmitter of Light in a world of illusion and shadows. You are on Earth to become a master conveyer of energy. Your breath is the mechanism by which you draw forth the Primal Life Force Substance of Creation while you are functioning in a third- / fourth-dimensional environment. However, as you open and activate your Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind, you have the ability to gain access to the Full Spectrum Light of this universe, and also the Divine alchemical properties of the Violet Flame will be available to you in full measure.

The Law of the Circle insures that the vibrational patterns you send forth will be returned to you along with an accumulated measure of similarly-qualified energy (or vibrations of the same frequency patterns). You are the center of an energy vortex that is made up of a circle/loop of vibrational patterns that you have projected from you via your Solar Power Center. Your solar plexus is aptly named; for just as the Earth receives cosmic energy from the Sun of your solar system, so do each of you radiate life force energy from your own Solar Power Center. For a moment, envision yourself as the central focus of your world. You are the power source and your thoughts, actions and intentions radiate forth from you in a loop of energy that connects with like energy. That energy magnifies and manifests in the world of cause and effect and then returns to you, reinforcing your picture of reality. Your body absorbs a portion of that energy, creating pain and suffering or joy and blessings, depending on the frequencies. The remainder flows out behind you, creating the other loop of your Infinity pattern, while the residual gradually flows into your personal wheel of creation. You are constantly adding to your personal prison of energy or your vehicle of Light and your personal reality on Earth. Have we not told you that you came to Earth as cocreators with the God Force?

Returning to balance and harmony is a prerequisite to staying centered within the Sacred Heart. In order to do so, you must constantly evaluate and upgrade your awareness of Self. Your emotions are affected by your beliefs, and your intentions are affected by your emotions. Listening to the nudgings of your Soul, the wisdom of your Sacred Mind and the emotions of your Sacred Heart will help you to fine-tune your discernment abilities so that you can make the right decisions and always choose the highest path. Reverence for all things and God-inspired choices lead to Self-mastery.

One of the most important things you can do to initiate the process of returning to balance and harmony within the reality you have created is to apply the Law of Forgiveness to all your miscreations and interactions with others. Doing so will immediately accelerate the process of returning to center, for it erases or breaks the energy cords you have attached to other people's solar plexuses, and it will also shut off the radiations to and from any negative collective consciousness belief systems that you have taken as your own. You are taking back the vibrational patterns you have exchanged, added to or participated in, thereby allowing you to move into the state of grace process. Be aware that as you do so, you will experience the transformational clearing process and all it entails; however, it will not be as traumatic or as drawn out as it would be if you had not willingly and whole-heartedly agreed to take the initiative. The Law of Forgiveness includes aligning your will with the greater WILL of our Father /Mother God for the highest and best outcome for All. The Divine Plan for this universe is at a critical stage of the evolution process, and time is of the essence. Becoming an active member of the Light Brigade and a new World Server will open a portal of new possibilities. Those of you who have diligently stayed the course will reap the rewards of Self-mastery and discipleship. As you move into the realm of Self-mastery, you automatically begin to view your life and the world from a higher vantage point and with much wiser insight. You begin to embrace your reality through a filter of Love/Light, and nonjudgment and discernment become a natural part of your State of Being.

A good affirmation to remember and use is: I EMBRACE THE WHOLENESS OF MY DIVINE REALITY. There is power in humility. There is power in forgiveness. There is power in gratitude. Love is the power which contains all the virtues and qualities of God Consciousness.

Many of you are aware that in the beginning stages of the initiation process there is a crisis as the battle for supremacy begins between the ego and the Soul. Each person must endeavor to clear his/her illusionary, distorted reality of the astral planes. The ego desire body is controlled by the energies and impulses of the three lower chakras and these out-of-balance inclinations must be brought under the control of the Soul Self once more. This period is often called The Dark Night of the Soul or traversing the valley of shadows. When you are in the midst of the process, it is important that you understand you are not being punished. After you have successfully traversed the shadow lands and emerged triumphant, you will look back in retrospect and you will realize that you were given a great opportunity.

A spiritual aspirant is a consciously aware human being who is seeking en-Lighten-ment and Self-mastery. In the beginning stages, he/she is still somewhat "self-focused," often prone to temper and irritability and may experience bouts of self-doubt and depression. A spiritual aspirant must develop sensitivity and a loving, understanding nature. The aspirant's life purpose will gradually move away from personal ambition and love of power into a desire to be of service to humanity. A desire to serve others is a Soul instinct.

An aspirant gradually begins to let go of the "It is all about me and the I, me, my" concept, as the external focus slowly begins to fade. There is a gradual turning inward and the major focal point becomes the Solar Power Center which is comprised of the heart, thymus and throat. As this area is bathed in the higher frequencies of Light, the Three-Fold Flame in the chest area begins to blaze forth once more in preparation for the opening of the portal to the Sacred Heart.

Allow us to give you a few more important key points to assist you in integrating the wisdom necessary to become a full-fledged spiritual aspirant on the path of en-Lighten-ment:

• The Emotional Body is a reflector. It responds to external stimulation, such as other people, events, emotional attachments and addictions.

• Tread the path of life gently and reverently. Speak softly with discernment. See that your actions reflect the purity of your God Self and leave footprints of Light for others to follow.

• There is an ebb and flow to the cycles of the Soul just as there is throughout the Cosmos.

• The Soul draws forth the Essence of life from its I AM Presence in preparation for a new life cycle of experience. At the end of that cycle, the life Essence is slowly withdrawn and the physical death process results; however, the real You in Spirit form remains, for you are immortal.

• The Soul's impulses and influence are much stronger in a Being who has stepped onto the path of awareness than there are in an unawakened person who is still caught up in the illusion of a third- / fourth-dimensional existence.

• You must strive to maintain an ever-expanding state of Soul-consciousness in order to progress on the upward spiral of ascension. It is time for those who will be among the new World Servers to become aware of each other.

• Criticism is a faculty of the ego and the lower mind. Criticizing or finding fault with yourself or others is detrimental to the extreme. You add energy to that which you focus your attention on; therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you look for the good in everyone and everything.

• Constructive criticism is sometimes necessary. However, it should only be used to assist someone to correct harmful behavior, take the right action, or find the appropriate direction.

• YOU CAN ONLY FAIL IF YOU QUIT TRYING. You may lose time; however, you should gain some knowledge with each failure. Growth and wisdom come from learning what not to do and in perfecting the skills that will help you become proficient in your chosen field of endeavor.

• Lower vibrational energy creates discordant frequencies within your Soul Song. The vibrations of discord cause discomfort within the area where it originated or where it is focused within the physical vessel. If the negative energy patterns are strong enough, they can create disease and will eventually contaminate the entire body.

• You must tame and gain control of your emotional body via your Higher Self, guides and angelic helpers in order to become receptive to the refined frequencies of Cosmic truth. You must clear the mind of distorted, negative, defeating thoughts. Only a clear vessel can receive and transmit the wisdom teachings of the cosmic libraries of God-consciousness.

• A spiritual seeker refuses to pay attention to public opinion, judgment or failure. Aspirants are recognized by their vibrational frequencies or Light quotient, not by their knowledge or their deeds.

Remember, beloveds, THE CLARION CALL FROM YOUR SOUL SELF WILL CONTINUE TO ECHO UNTIL YOU HEED THE CALL. Many of you have begun or are ready to begin your true mission, whatever that may be, but never forget that the ultimate goal is to be a conveyor of Creator Love/Light.

We are aware that the future is uncertain and everyone is experiencing pain and discomfort in varying degrees. We ask you to focus on the miracles and progress you are making and not allow the fear of the masses to infect your mind as you move through and beyond all the massive changes that are taking place in your world. Know that, together, we will overcome all adversity. Our mission is to open the way for any dear Soul who expresses a desire to return to harmony and attunement with their God Self. Dear ones, when you feel alone or are in doubt or despair, come into your Pyramid of Light and we will give you courage, uplift and inspire you. When you feel lonely or unloved, move into your heart center and we will be there, waiting to fill you with the radiant love of our Mother/Father God. I AM your constant companion.

Kyron: The Quantum Mind

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. I sit in front of one of the few audiences on Earth where I don't have to explain who I am. Here, there is a consensus of belief, of understanding, that the energy that fills the room, esoteric though it might be, is real. There is understanding here that you cannot disband belief when you feel your heart being touched. You can't tell your intellect to ignore these things when you feel the love of God on your shoulder.

Still, there are those who feel that the intellect and the emotional heart do not belong together, that one would not support the other. They say that you have to choose one or the other, for they compete. This is the result of your singular bias that says that everything must comply to a single path or direction of thought, and that a meld is a compromise. But it is this very compromise that balances a Human Being, especially the one who has stepped out of singularity and who understands that the intellect and the emotions together create the believer. For the intellectual Human cannot deny the love of God. He cannot deny home [the intuition that the creator is inside]. What he wishes to deny, however, is that this is all happening in three dimensions. So you might say there is a perceptual battle between the 3D mind, which wants to compartmentalize everything into an existing singular groove, and the quantum mind, which is able to deconstruct the Human bias of straight-line thinking and meld it with everything else.

This, therefore, is the subject of today's message. My partner is apprehensive, for last year we told him that there would be some channellings where he would explain the unexplainable. This is one, and he feels it coming. It is difficult, for it requires thinking out of the box of his own reality, and requires him to translate the channel through a filter that comes from a different paradigm, a quantum one.

So we've given him an opportunity to think differently so that he would be able to teach it. And the reason he's apprehensive is because it literally breaks even the paradigm of current metaphysics. Those things that you feel are "beyond physics" [the "meta" in metaphysics] still remain biased in 3D.

Lightworkers believe they understand metaphysical things... defining this way of thinking. They have anchored it and have placed the attributes in boxes and have said, "This is what 'beyond physics' means," never understanding that the truth of it is going to go way beyond any physics they truly understand. It has to. In everyday life, it has to.

Last week, I opened the door of possibilities of helping you to see the incredible Human bias of singularity. I made statements like this: "You cannot move into the next portion of the shift within the energy you are experiencing now." You can't do it. The reason is that the energy that most of you exist within is biased in 3D and singularity. It is the way you think because it's the way all Humans think. There is nothing wrong with this, and it is the way you have existed since you were born. It's your survival instinct to think this way for it suits your environment. But now you have to consciously think beyond it. The quantum Human is the one who will be able to activate the quantum portions of his DNA to work with greater efficiency.

So what we are asking you to do is to pick up the gauntlet, we say, and think differently [accept this challenge]. It's time to start the process of thinking out of the paradigm that you were born in, and that is difficult! For some of you, it is impossible.

Last week, we showed you the bias in a message about science. We're not going to review all of it, but let's just say that Human Beings are single directional, single digit, single biased creatures. In three dimensions, they go in one direction in time and only one direction - forward. There is no concept of visiting the past. Humans can conceive going forward forever, but they have trouble thinking about extending that thought to the past, for it "must" have a beginning. This is the bias - that everything is on a singular track and moves in one direction. They don't understand the paradigm of what old soul means, since it's something untouchable and in the past. If you are only looking forward, you cannot move into a dimensionality that considers time in many directions. You only see one.

We've stated many times before that the illogic of the spiritual belief systems you have on the planet are obvious if you back up and look at them with the eyes of a quantum thinker. For in almost all of them you have Humans going into an afterlife without ever having a forelife! Somehow an eternal soul "arrived" on the planet with no history or energy of the past. Yet you don't think anything of it because the train of time only goes in one direction for you, and you can't change its speed.

The truth is that this "train of time" has, indeed, sped up in the last years. Can't you feel it? The clocks don't move any differently than they ever did, however, and that is what you call relativity. One of your famous scientists told you about this, yet you won't acknowledge it for yourselves, will you? You look in the mirror and you see one Human Being. You see one, single soul. You talk about the Higher-Self as being completely and totally removed somewhere up in the clouds. But it's not with you, since you are singular.

Humans even compartmentalize God. There is only one God; therefore, there is only one way to God. There is only one path, and many tell you that you'd better be on it because when you die, if you're not, you won't be able to reunite with the creator. Do you see the singular bias? You're on one ladder climbing to God, and they say you'd better be on the right ladder... and there is only one.

You're told that there is a God who is going to judge you if you're not on that singular, correct ladder. So when you die, an incredible loving God, who is a part of you, is going to look at you and say, "Wrong ladder! So sorry." Does that sound like the love of God to you? You see, this is a crippling thought bias of the Human Being who applies everything singular to a quantum God. That is how you think. Now, not all of you are this way, and I know this. But if you are, there is no judgment of it, for this is your reality.

This message is for those who have a goal to remove the bias, and to start thinking past the simplicity that keeps them from seeing the quantum picture. This message is for Lightworkers who feel they've got it figured out, when they really have only figured out the 3D part... and now they want the rest.

I want you to place yourself for just a moment in a metaphorical scenario where you're in one of those psychic fairs and there are service booths all around you. There is a numerology booth. There's a bowl-playing booth. There are musicians. There's a booth with many stones, crystals included. There's a booth for astrology. Now I'm going to visit all of them with you and I'm going to show Human bias in each one, and along the way I'm going to offend almost all of you! This is not a critical message, but rather an expose of bias.

First: Why is it that when Humans, even in a metaphysical place, go from booth to booth looking at the newest items, they ask the same question? It's a question that gives away the bias. Perhaps it's a crystal bowl or a gemstone; perhaps it's something that has been manufactured. Perhaps it's a system or a process. Human Beings look at it and will always ask, "What does it do?"

The Numerology Booth

Let me take you to the numerology booth. There's a world-class numerologist in the room and she already knows where I'm going before I start. [This is Barbra Dillenger.] Numerology would seem to be one of the most linear, esoteric sciences you could have. It distills large numbers down to one and then identifies the energy of one number. Numbers are very linear, and they exist in a row, so you might think they represent a more linear and singular reality. That's what it looks like. But that's not what's going on.

Let's have some fun. You arrive at the numerology booth and greeting you there is a reader who performs a system or "reading" that gives you a number one. You look at it and you say, "What does it do?"

What you're asking is what does this energy do for me? What is a one doing here in a box of my creation? How do I use it?

Now, from a total biased linear point of view, the one sits there alone, looking at you, and the person at the booth may explain, "Well, the number one means new beginnings." You think, "Thank you, that's what it means. Great. This is nice. I have new beginnings to look forward to based on this reading." Now you've had your linear answer, haven't you? But let's go to another dimension for a moment. What does the one think about it? Oh dear, I think I've just lost some of you. Numbers don't "think!" Perhaps not in your dimension, but they do have energy. So let's examine this.

This number was not originally created alone, but you're looking at it as if it were alone. Do you think humanity developed the one and then waited a few years and discovered the two? [Laughter] No. It was never alone. Never. It has always been part of a numerical system. You can't put a one in a box, but you did, and you defined it and "used" that information for a reading.

What is the one thinking about in that 3D box of yours?

"Where are my friends? Where are the other numbers? You can't put me in a box!"

Now, suddenly, we are dealing with quantum thinking, not linear thinking. The one is used to having numbers all around it. So what are the attributes around the one in the context of the reading? Do you know its history? Was it part of counting? Then you have to ask what affect the zero and the two might have had sitting next to it. What if it were part of the results of a computation? What if it sat there as one of the numbers of what you call pi? Does it then have a different energy? You see, now it's outside of linearity... outside of anything singular or linear.

The Human cannot really ask, "What does it do?" or really even "What does it mean?" The number does nothing by itself, for it must have the Human's quantum energy to relate to. If the reader is a world-class reader, he will also know the history of the one, and how it was generated, and the implications of the numbers that might be around it, both past and present.

What I'm telling you is that numerology is quantum, and you can really never look at a number and ask, "What does it do?" The numerologist knows this, and the numerologist will do his best to put the numbers together with other numbers so that it develops a quantum answer, given in linearity, which describes something that is needed for you to know. This makes the numerologist a quantum translator.

"What does it do?" then becomes the kind of question a child might ask about the word "love" as it sits on the page. I'll let you answer the child. [Kryon smile]

Imagine picking a letter out of the alphabet and separating it from a system that was designed for words and communications, then saying, "What does it do?" For the answer will be, "Nothing, without the other letters!" Ah, now you see that numbers perhaps are also a language? Indeed, they are.

The Tarot Booth

There have been quantum science procedures and processes on the planet for a very long time, yet Human Beings still tend to linearize them all. Numerology is just one. The second one: Tarot. Here we have the Human Being who wants to pick a card, any card, and so he picks one at the Tarot booth. He places it on the table and asks, "Well, what does it mean?" The Tarot reader will look at the Human and say, "It means you don't know about Tarot. The card is nothing by itself. You've got to surround it with the other ones. It depends upon the spread; it depends upon the direction that the card is facing. It gives a message because it must be combined with the rest of the cards, chosen randomly in a synchronistic fashion by the Human Being involved in the process, and asking about a specific attribute. It requires consciousness to hover over it and ask for intent. It also reacts to the mood of the one picking the card!"

The Human, not really listening, continues to pick cards, and suddenly the devil card pops up and the Human Being taps it and says, "That's bad, isn't it? What does that mean? What does it do?"

This reaction is because you're so linear, you see? It's built in to your 3D consciousness. The Tarot reader will try to explain that it's the collection of the random synchronistic attributes of the card, giving hints of the hidden energies around a situation - not an evil card - and he will read the direction potential for you. And that is a quantum event! Do you see the difference? The Human wants to take the singularity of one card and project an entire scenario around it.

The Psychic Reader

A Human Being will go to a psychic reader. The reader will give him a psychic reading and the Human Being will come out of the booth and say, "This is what's going to happen to me," never understanding that a moment later all that could change! A moment later there might be an event in his life that brings him to his knees and opens his heart, and he makes a decision that completely voids what was in the reading! You see? But most Humans don't think that way. They only see the linear track in front of them. If someone tells them that's in their future, that's all they see. They don't allow themselves any quantum thinking at all, or give credit to themselves for the ability to change it. So what about this "future telling"?

A good psychic reader will explain that they can see only the strongest potentials of that moment. Since the Human is totally in charge of their own life, he can change any of it at any time. So you might say that the reading is only good for "the now." There actually is no time for event potentials given in a reading such as this, only snapshots of potentials that may or may not develop.

Some Human Beings will start a life on a track that's singular and go all the way to the end, taking their last breath, thinking that's the only opportunity that they had. They walk in a straight line all their lives, not understanding that with a quantum consciousness they can even stop the train if they want! They can reverse it if they want. They can live longer if they want. All of these things are a result of quantum thinking.

Karma is an old linear system that sits upon humanity and makes individuals feel they must accomplish this or that, or be this or that... all to satisfy an energy that speaks to them in a cellular way, that pushes them into a reality groove.

Again, we tell you that this old karmic energy is waiting to be changed in this new shift. You can step out of it any time you wish. We first brought you that information in 1989, and you can read about it in the first book of the Kryon communications.

The Bowls Booth

You move to the next booth and there they are glistening in front of you, all of the singing bowls! Beautiful, they are. Different colors, they are. The Human mind is filled with linear thinking at the sight... asking the questions around these magnificent creations.

Look! Someone likes the green one and just loves the sound it makes when played correctly.

"What does it do?" he asks of the bowl master.

The bowl master swallows hard and tries to think of a linear answer. He gives the best he can in a linear fashion, "Well, it happens to be the F note in music and it is the color and the chakra of the heart."

"It helps my heart?" asks the attendee.

"Not exactly," replies the very patient bowl master. A long pause ensues...

"Have you got one for my elbow?" the attendee asks. "My elbow is sore. I need a bowl for my elbow." The bowl master tries to excuse himself.

Another person overhears the conversation: "I'm a gardener, do you have one for dirt?"

[Laughter]

So here is a quantum instrument, and the Human wants to compartmentalize each shape and color and make it "do" something!

Human Beings think in a singular, straight-line fashion. They go right to the object and they say, "What singular thing does this do? How many do I have to play so that I'm totally balanced? How many chakras, how many notes, how many colors? Wow, I'll take them all!"

Do you see what I mean? Now, let's back up a moment and I want to give you some insight about what the bowl master knows. He is a quantum creator. The bowls have different colors, made of very different materials, and different sizes and shapes. When played (vibrated into a sound), the vibrations in the air [sound] make a difference because the vibrations are heard as the notes in music. The main tone is called the fundamental tone that the ear hears because it is the loudest. Surrounded by that fundamental note are both overtones and undertones, some of them even beyond Human hearing in both directions. In this beautiful, quantum music, there are vibrations that create energies that literally speak to the Akash and will come together in a certain way to create a language of the soul... and the Human Being will ask, "What does it do?"

Here's a bowl that can talk to your soul! The quantum vibrations will go into your ears and create a quantum event in the air around you, for the air knows who you are. It knows the bowl, and the elements in the bowl know you! This is a quantum event. If you choose to own the bowl, it knows it! If you choose to play it while you're alone in the dark, it comforts you. It's not about your heart, or about the color green, and it's not about the F note. All that is linear. It's really about a quantum intelligence that is at the soul level. And how does the bowl master explain this to the Human who asks, "What does it do?"

The particular bowl master who is here today [William Jones] is actually reinventing how to put quantumness within the crystal tones that have been around forever, using the substances in unique ways to create a quantum event. The essence of what is being created with a singing bowl is that which is a mini-portal, and that is the truth. And if you've heard them played around you, you know what I mean. Indeed, they soothe your soul, don't they? So how does the bowl master then answer that person who stands in front of him and says, "Well, what does this bowl do?"

Let us say you are an alien and land from another planet and you've never heard music. You arrive on Earth and you hear something amazing and you ask a Human Being, "What is that?" And he answers, "It's music." Then you ask, "What does it do?"

Music and Art are Quantum

How would anyone answer that? Music and art are already quantum. You sit in front of a maestro and he plays the sonorities of what you call vibrations and harmony, and some will smile and some will weep. You hear a song that has been written by a great composer and you're sitting in front of the symphony all playing together, and some will smile and some will weep. Some, who know who the composer was, will visit his essence even as he was writing it! Now, that's quantum.

You see, this is what music does and yet there's the Human Being who will say, "What does it do? Specifically, I want something for bedtime. I want something for my health. I want something that I can play for my plants." That's so singular! For in the sonorities of the chords, there's magic. It is, indeed, quantum. What if I told you that one composition could help you and your plants? For in a quantum state, life force reacts much the same way.

Many sit on the benches in front of the beautiful paintings in the Louvre in Paris. Some will sit and weep for an hour watching the painting, participating with the artist in every stroke, looking at the genius of the colors that come together and swim in a way that sings a tune. It took the artist a long linear time to paint it, yet you can see it all at once. That's quantum! Can you apply that to everyday life, Human Being? Can you apply that to your singularity? I'll get there in a minute.

The Gemstones Booth

On to the next booth and you visit the rocks and gemstones. Now, there's also a rock master here. He knows who he is. Drawn to them, he is. It got him into this business. He's the one putting on the show today! [speaking of Brandon, the owner of Awakenings bookstore and Growth Center in Laguna Hills, CA] He loves rocks of all kinds.

The attendees are fascinated. They are going from rock bin to rock bin and reading the labels: This one is for balance. This one makes you float a little. This one's for health. This one's for grounding. They don't even have to ask, since the bins are labeled! How singular for them! Humans love that, so the labels get them interested.

I'm going to ask you something: Let us say that you pick up the rock that says it's for balance and you hold it for a moment. Are you satisfied? Let us think quantum for a moment. Now this is where it gets good. Listen: How does the rock know who you are? Is it just going to balance anyone? What if you're an especially difficult case? You see, the rock, when held, knows who you are! If it, indeed, is one that is known metaphysically for balance, there's a quantum event going on. Do you see?

Human Beings don't realize that. They haven't followed through the logic, they're so singular. They say, "I'll take it." They put it in their pocket. "Now I'm balanced." Some day they'll discover it in their pocket in the closet. Then they'll know why their life is so bad. They forgot the rock! But their jacket is sure balanced!

[Laughter]

That was another Kryon joke. Do you see the folly of this? It is fun and it is laughable to look at the bias. But you know I'm right. Let us talk about the mother of all energetic stones, the crystal. Now perhaps you look at it and you say, "Oh, there's so many slopes to it and look at the inclusions!" The crystal is a quantum stone. It has to be, for it is the only known rock, if you want to call it that, that can hold memory. We've talked about the Crystalline Grid, and we've spoken many times about the crystals in the Cave of Creation. There's a reason why we call them crystalline because they play a part in this planet. Long after you're gone, dear one, they hold the memory of who you were and who you are. Your soul essence always stays on the earth.

With crystals, there is an interaction between the geology and the Human. It's profound and it's quantum. Geology is like that and I will give you the information again we've given before: Just because it looks like a stone doesn't mean it is not alive. There is life in things that you call inanimate objects, which hold memory for you and for your home. There is a quantum intelligence of the ages there, and some of these gems know you because they've seen the old soul in you and they respond to the dirt of the earth. There's a cycle there and the Human Being just takes it and puts it in his pocket, walks out, and leaves it in the closet - not understanding that the two of them are participating in a dance of a beautiful quantum cycle on this planet. From the dirt of the earth you arose. There's life in the dirt, there's life in the stones.

The Astrology Booth

Let's go to the last booth. This one gets complicated. Here is one of the oldest sciences on the planet - astrology. Astrology might be called energy work, for it was the first kind of a system that described energy that affected a Human on the planet. It was a system that described a specifically circumstantial energy around a Human Being, and was dynamically involved in the solar system of your origin. Developed using a complex set of circumstances around orbital mechanics of the planets, it truly describes a beautiful quantum event. With the sun being the fulcrum of a gravitational magnetic source [the engine], and the planets pushing and pulling on that force, astrology is the affect of the sun's attribute of blasting that push-pull "quantum information" to the earth via the solar wind, interfacing with the magnetic grid of the earth, then into your DNA. You see, it's more than it seems.

Many Humans get their chart done. One chart, one Human Being. The Human Being will look at it and say, "Well, what does it mean, what does it do, what does it mean to me? Is it something that tells my fortune? Is it going to help me in business? Is it going to help my sore elbow?"

[Laughter]

Oh, how singular! [Kryon smile] Many look at these things in a very singular way, not understanding the profundity of any of it. Not really. Not after I tell you what I'm going to tell you. I'm going to give you a rhetorical question. It's one you can't answer. And yet you will have the answer, intuitively, in a quantum state, and it won't be linear yet that will disturb you.

There's a world-class astrologist in the room and she's going to be one of the first ones to develop quantum astrology [speaking of Michelle Karen]. There is no such thing as a past life, is there? The earth knows it; you know it; the Cave of Creation knows it; the angels that came in with you, they know it. I want to know what energy of astrology belongs to you, old soul, for if you're a combination, a soup of lifetimes, perhaps you were born in every single month in every single hour that exists. Is it the most current one? Is it the one that has arisen in your Akash because it's the one that you pulled up on purpose this time? It is possible for you to change your astrological attributes. Did you know that? It's because you have been most of them, old soul! Think about it. Who are you, really?

Now I'm going to leave that for you, but I will tell you there are those in the room who have changed their sign. It's going to force astrology to look at Akashic attributes, and this can only be done by one who can read them. It's not going to be that hard to read it, for those of you who are becoming quantum will show it clearly. The old soul in you is going to be seeable by those around you and many will see it in your eyes - the wisdom of love. I've described the specialists today, but I may have left out one.

Radionics

There is an energy of healing that has the ability to be sent long distance. There's four of you in here who could do that. One uses a device that is called radionics, the others do it all by themselves. Let us speak of the device for a moment because it seems like it's singular, but it's not. It diagnoses your problem, and it does so appropriately in three dimensions. It reports, "Here is what your chemistry needs. Here are the specifics." The Human Being is satisfied with that because that's what a doctor will do. It's very singular, you see. However, what is next is the difference. The operator of the device, combined with the device, then proceeds to do something quantum. Even though you walk out of the room and you go to your home, wherever that may be in whatever country that may be, the operator and the computer together, using radionics, then send the energy solution to you that the device measured! There is one here who knows this and is "one with the machine." [Speaking of Bea Wragee, who is in attendance]

Can this be possible? Indeed it is, because it represents a quantum process. However, let me ask you this: How does it know where you are? Seven billion people on the earth and it's going to go right to your home and go right into your body? How does it know where you are? This is what gets many in metaphysics a bad name, for it looks foolish and unbelievable. The next time you think that, ask a quantum physicist about entanglement. Quantum physics represents much of what we now speak of. Do you really find it that unusual that spirituality has these properties? Think of what the creator energy represents!

There are healers in here who can read you over the phone and send healing to you. They can look at the attributes in your eyes and send healing to you... and this is real. And he knows who he is [speaking of Keith Smith in the audience]. When he sends the energy out into the ethers, how does it know where you are? The answer is beautiful and I'm going to give it to you now as we close.

Every molecule of air knows who you are. Every speck of dust on the planet knows who you are. It's all part of a system that you created, and it's one of life force. All of the earth, all of the things upon it are designed by a creator who is inside you in your DNA. The shift that is happening to this planet is awakening you to that and in the process you are becoming more quantum.

Is this just thinking differently? No. It's you actually touching the face of the creator within your cellular structure. Look at yourself in the mirror. How many of you can see that? There aren't too many yet, but there will be. For in 3D, you just look at an aging Human Being... that's all you can do. However, blessed is the Human who can go past that. I challenge you to stare in each other's eyes in the mirror - you in the mirror! Do it for a long time. Try smiling a little. Try congratulating yourself for being here. Try seeing the enormous group that you represent in the Universe, the piece of the creator that you are, and even perhaps the joke that you can't see it.

All of these things I give you, for they are needed for you to understand what you came for. I want to tell you it's a quantum thinker who can look at a Human Being and love them no matter what they've done, or the one who can meet them for the first time and know they're an old soul. It takes a quantum thinker to look at humanity in general and not judge them, but love them - to look at solutions and not problems. That's a quantum thinker. For this Human will see the history; they will see the cycle of life and the connection with nature. They will see the part that the animals play in all things, and the part that the air plays, the rocks, the energy, the systems. These things are all designed not to be singular.

"What does it do?"

Maybe pondering this simplistic question, and the 3D bias around it, will wake you up to the potentials that are yours that are in front of you. You must start to think quantum, just a little, in order to grab these tools that are outside of your immediate sight. The acupuncturist who works with the 12 meridians has got to start looking at the meridians above the meridians to start putting what would be the esoteric needles in places that don't seem to even exist.

Science is going to move in that direction anyway. Are you going to let physics move on and leave the body behind? Every molecule, every atom around you is begging for you to find that quantum soup of the creator inside. There's a quantum glue there, and this is eventually what will change this planet. We don't even have a name for it, so we'll say it's the evolution of Human consciousness.

The Law of Attraction is a very popular topic these days. With so much emphasis in the media on the economy and lack of work, many souls are now beginning to search for new and different ways to bring about Abundance in their lives.

The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law that states that whatever you put your energy toward, that is what you will draw into your life. Often times the positive aspects of the Law of Attraction are overemphasized, but in order to become a Master of your own destiny, you need to understand all of the ramifications of this Universal Law. Therefore, you must take into consideration that the converse of this Law is also true. Whatever is in your life, you drew it there because somehow it is your creation.

When you look at the life that you have designed for yourself, it is important that you look at the things that you would like to change and what you would like them to be. Once you have determined what those areas of your life are, then you need to ask yourself if there is anything blocking you from making those desired changes.

Do you have any lingering fears or other unresolved fear based energy? Are you living a life out of balance in one area? Are you run down and tired? Are you putting the needs of others above yourself? All of these things play a role in your ability to manifest what you need and want in life. Knowing yourself and understanding your subconscious patterns allows you to be in control of what you are drawing into your energy. Without that knowledge, you unknowingly are allowing your subconscious patterns to dictate your ability to manifest.

The real surprise here is that once you get a stronghold on the patterns that persist in your life, you will be able to stay one step ahead of the Ego. By understanding a pattern in your life, you are able to start releasing it, thus freeing up more energy to manifest the life that you desire.

Yes, manifestation starts with having an idea of what you want, but it is much more than that. Don't be tied into the exact specifications in which that vision will arrive to you. Yes, there will be some qualifications necessary for manifesting what you need, however remember to watch for the wants of the Ego chiming in. Manifestation can also occur in steps, so sometimes you will receive something that is close to what you want, but then you also receive the ability to turn it into everything you desire.

For example: You wish to attract a new home for yourself. You need: at least 3 bedrooms, space for an office, solid construction, working appliances and a convenient location. You want: Cherry wood flooring, ceiling fans, a hot tub, heated floors, crown molding, etc. Now you can always add the wants later, so it is important to recognize the difference. If you get discouraged because you have attracted something which only has your needs and not your wants, you may miss out on a great opportunity.

It is like baking a whole cake in the oven, but when it comes time to take it out, you have put so many expectations on it, now all that's left is a small crumb of possibility. Allow yourself to manifest the entire cake, then once you take it out of the oven, you can decide which piece to eat.

Astrology also plays an important role in your ability to manifest; the planets can influence the ease or difficultly at which you can manifest items or situations in your life. It is important to learn about your Natal chart and transits, to see if your timing is to your benefit or if that timing will be a hindrance.

To manifest with the best chance for success; put out your intention, stay open, understand the Subconscious and use Astrology to your advantage. This year has so much potential, and it does not necessarily mean just those who are awakening to the truth. Every soul will at some stage reach a point where they are at the cross roads and can decide to stay where they are, or take a quantum leap forward that will carry them through to Ascension. The ever-increasing power of the Light, will be tugging at people's heartstrings. It will ask you to create a higher pathway out of the 3rd. dimension, one that will open up the truth for you. If you allow it you will answer the pull to open up your heart, and the Light will enter and clear away the dross that has accumulated over many life times. Accept the opportunity without fear, as it will be for your best good. If you are in doubt, there is no need to worry yourself over it, as in the end you will make the wisest decision that is consistent with your needs.

Already there is great pressure building to reveal that which has been hidden for so long. Many groups and individuals are on the verge of announcing their findings, having accumulated much evidence to support them. They relate to the way in which your human rights have been abused, and the deliberate withholding of information and technology that would have improved your quality of life. You are all One, and have not been placed upon Earth to gratify your own greed at the expense of all other members of the Human Race. You are going through a period of spiritual evolution, that is intended to lead you to the understanding of your joint responsibilities for each other. Over eons of time the survival of the fittest may have benefited your physical evolution. However, survival of the most cunning and wealthiest has taken away your sovereignty and freedom to determine your own future. You have instead become enslaved by the intention of the Illuminati, who have sought to achieve total control over you.

Dear Ones, you have stopped the dark Ones from progressing any further, and their plan has been stalled by your defiance of them. Your loyalty and desire to adhere to spiritual tenets, has strengthened the Light upon Earth and it has proved to be a formidable force against them. What you are intent upon doing is to restore all that has either been taken from you, or denied through criminal activity. This year will see the reversal of a number of decisions taken against you that are unlawful. It will be one of great revelations, as the covert actions and world of the dark Ones is opened up. Your reactions will be ones of both astonishment and horror at how long you have been deceived. You will find that you have been used for years on end, by a deliberate policy to keep you ignorant of what has been taking place.

You will also be angry to find that your wealth has been misused to foot the bills of the secret war machine, and its clandestine actions. Regardless of your feelings we ask that you allow the law to deal with the crimes committed against you. You must try not to be distracted by the revelations, and maintain your focus on the ultimate goal that is your Ascension. It will be a joyful time as you will see that all that was promised to you, will have been manifested and delivered to you in a relatively short time. The changes will be breathtaking, and eventually transmute your society from one that has been held back to one of great advances. Every aspect of your life has been considered, and your prison Earth will become your veritable Garden of Eden.

Some of you are well aware of what is in store for you but for the majority it will at first be a shock, turning to elation at your release from those who have held you in bondage. You will also become more aware of our part in your evolution, and our numerous activities on Earth that have in recent times prevented major catastrophes. Believe us Dear Ones we have played a major part in your progress, and helped you find your spiritual strength to become your own guide upon the pathway to total awareness. Each of you will have the chance to reach such levels over the remaining period leading to the completion of this cycle. It is always a matter of choice, and if required you will be helped to make that decision by enlightened Beings.

It may be as well to mention Abundance, which we know many of you have sought for your own release from lack and poverty. Know that there will come a time when neither shall be a curse upon the Earth. However, also be aware that by sharing in the wealth, which is to be fairly distributed, it is not intended to set anyone up in a life of luxury. The maxim by which it shall be done is "sufficient for your needs", and the Earth will no longer be plundered to line the pockets of the few. Respect for Mother Earth will return along with the recognition of what she has done for Mankind. Helping restore the Earth will be an enjoyable task that will benefit all life forms upon it. Harmony is to return bringing happiness and joy, as you ride the crest of a wave to Ascension.

Let go of any doubts you may have about the future, as it is in the hands of the Creator. A Divine Decree is the absolute final word where Ascension is concerned. Nothing can prevent it from coming into being, and chaos such as you may be experiencing the sign of change and necessary to cleanse the planet. Remember that Mother Earth is a conscious Being, and responds lovingly when gratitude and appreciation are given her. For centuries she has been neglected as Man has raped and disfigured her in the pursuit of wealth.

In the near future when you can create in accordance with your needs, there will be no necessity to live off the Earth. A completely harmonious partnership will exist, and life will be one glorious existence. There will be so much available to you for your comfort and happiness, and never again shall you experience suffering and degradation. Peace is your strongest cry just now, and we can assure you that it has been answered and it shall be achieved in your time. Your prayers or thoughts will never remain unanswered, but allow for the response to come in a way that is beneficial to all.

This controversial issue not only is an integral part of the stalled economic situation, it is a prime example of how duality still is affecting your world—the self-serving interests vs. the interests of the masses and of Earth herself.

Scientists who claim that climate change is a natural cyclical happening and not of humankind's making are ignoring the fact that never before has the planet been plagued with the manmade toxic pollution that exists today. Indeed major climate changes have occurred before, when Earth had to rid herself of the negativity created by her human residents' behaviors, but none of your scientists on either side of the global warming fence knows about that cause and effect. The ones who are expressing alarm about melting glaciers and record-breaking temperatures are doing so from genuine concern for future generations, whereas those who pooh-pooh the need to curtail polluting are willingly abetting the self-serving ones who profit handsomely from the many processes that cause pollutants. When you add to those sources the deliberate rain of toxins via chemtrails, the toxic waste in landfills, and unsafely stored radioactive materials, it is overwhelmingly clear that nothing in your world has escaped humankind's negligence, at the very least, and criminal contamination at worst.

You who are familiar with these messages know that Earth's restoration to her original Eden self includes the polar and tropical temperature extremes giving way to what ultimately will be a moderate climate worldwide. This actuality also is unknown to your scientists, and to most of the rest of the populace too; but even if every person on the planet did know what is transpiring, it would not negate the collective responsibility to stop desecrating Earth and repair the extensive damage that has been done to her. 4. And you are! Although little of importance came out of the recent Copenhagen conference, the light in myriad souls is inspiring them to initiate preservation and reparation efforts in numerous ways. These extend from individuals clearing away invasive plants thoughtlessly introduced to the detriment of native growth to laws requiring strip mining companies to resurrect the land they have raped, ore mining companies to detoxify water used in their operations, and logging companies to protect animal habitats. Many individuals are inspired to rescue and rehabilitate injured and orphaned wild animals, create wildlife surroundings for zoo animals, add animals to endangered lists, teach poachers on animal preserves other means to earn money, and neuter pets.

5. The ever-intensifying light also is exposing the self-serving interests that have long-suppressed your developments in free energy sources and other technologies. Soon those will "come to light," and along with your space family's advanced technologies, they will be used to cleanse and purify soil, water and air; and transform your methods of transportation, medical care, food production, construction, manufacturing and communication. In short, life as you know it will change radically and marvelously when Earth is completely out of third density.

6. It is the pervasive duality in third density humankind that has prevented the introduction of any innovations that would benefit all life in your world. 7. Let us speak a bit more about duality, the efforts to understand it and why it has been a part of Earth humankind for so long. As the centuries passed and one generation after another tried to define "human nature," duality has been interpreted as god-fearing people vs. sinners in religions, demonic vs. angelic figures in art and literature, character strengths vs. weaknesses in philosophies, and environmentally-caused behavior in social sciences. The older expressions portray persons as either "godly" or "evil," and the newer state that the capacity for both is inherent in all people. Indeed there is the potential for both kinds of behavior, but neither end of that "good-bad" duality spectrum is predestined.

8. Darkness thrives in third density, where energy streamers are rife with violence, anger, greed, lust, jealousy, dishonesty, injustices, desire for power and control. Prior to birth, souls choose to overcome whatever negative traits they developed in other lifetimes; however, that is forgotten once they are back in dense bodies and once again, behavior develops according to free will choices within the environmental influences the souls also chose and forgot. To achieve the balanced experiencing necessary for spiritual growth, a soul may spend hundreds or more lifetimes evolving out of duality's negative potential into the positive end of the spectrum, where the energy of love, peace, generosity, harmony, honor and kindness prevails.

In this unique time in the universe when all experiencing is being accelerated, souls have been given the unprecedented opportunity to evolve out of third density's low vibrations and physically accompany Earth into higher energy planes. This will not impede Earth's ascension one iota because that is assured, but it is putting in jeopardy a "good" destination for souls who choose to continue negative behavior instead of absorbing the light that would enable them to leave forever third density's limitations for growth in spiritual awareness and intelligence.

10. Individuals in the Illuminati ranks are acting within deep third density vibrations regarding the global economy, for instance. They still are manipulating banking and commerce through corrupt procedures and regulations on an unimaginable scale. They maneuvered their banks into behemoths that are holding onto their funds instead of dispersing them to spur business growth. What is intended to appear as a rebounding stock market is simply computers moving the Illuminati's vast fortunes back and forth around the world, and their multinational corporations have been swallowing up or destroying competing companies. Their "underground" industries of sex slavery and illegal drugs also add billions to their coffers.

11. But now the fabric of that insidious global network is fraying before your eyes! Via mainstream media, "whistleblowers" are talking about illegal banking and corporate operations, and respected researchers into many fields are being interviewed about their knowledge of rampant wrongdoing. Thus the energy is gathering that eventually will purge your world of all Illuminati-based activities, and individuals who are trying to piece together their shambled systems soon will have to admit abject defeat.

12. Please do not expect to hear tomorrow that the Federal Reserve System is being done away as an example of the sweeping reforms around the world, but the Fed's end is coming along with all the other unconscionable dark activities that have caused poverty, wars, diseases, injustices, brutality and oppression. Those conditions and the minds that created them cannot and do not exist in the energy planes Earth is fast approaching. Hold paramount in your thoughts that your linear time is speeding into the timeless continuum, where Earth's Golden Age already has arrived!

13. Now then, some of you are questioning the conflicting information about the origin of the phenomenon in the skies over Norway some weeks ago: Was it created by another civilization, as we and other off-planet sources told you, or by the nearby HAARP installation from which a power surge was detected? We would say that this is a matter of different conclusions due to observations from greatly different vantage points. Remembering that everything is energy, therefore everything is connected, makes it easier to understand that when the enormous power generated by your space family's technology caused a comparatively mild reaction from your manmade technology, some attributed to the latter that magnificent display. However logical that interpretation may seem, it misses the profound symbolism of the spiral design and its timing and location.

14. We know that you who are aware of the imminent official acknowledgement of other civilizations' existence are eager to hear the latest word regarding its progress, and we have asked Hatonn to speak about this.

15. HATONN: Thank you, Matthew. I'd love to report that a good deal of progress has been made, but I can't. We knew there would be a slowdown in the momentum during Earth's holiday period and we anticipated the strong possibility of a diversion tactic thrown in the wheels. We weren't disappointed in that expectation, but the diversion is causing more ruckus and delay than we anticipated.

16. That Christmas day airplane terrorist attempt was the kind of CIA black ops act that we can't prevent. It was the perfect ploy to get your whole world up in arms again about "global terror" and it has President Obama's primary concentration. As if the foot-dragging on the healthcare bill and his country's unemployment rate weren't enough to occupy his attention in the past months! He was the driving force in discussions, and until he can get the former momentum up to speed again, the talks will continue to be more bickering than constructive.

17. It's just as well that no decisions are being made without Obama's involvement. He strongly favors extensive and speedy disclosure and most of your other principal participants are being squeamish about both. We can suggest and recommend but not impose our judgment upon your representatives, much less take any action because it can be considered arbitrary at best or unilateral at worst. So we are being patient. That's the only thing we can do until either your representatives reach agreement on all the important issues pertaining to the TV program or God in His wisdom decides what shall be done and when.

18. Understand that Earth's course is set, it's her people who have a timetable to meet or get left behind. They need a wake-up call like being told that there are a lot of us in this universe with you.

20. MATTHEW: Hatonn, thank you for your report. We, too, are patiently awaiting this event that will be a dramatic turning point for Earth's peoples. Not only will their governments finally be disclosing the truth about "intelligent life" elsewhere, but this revelation will evoke determined questioning about other information being withheld from public knowledge—the opening of Pandora's box, so to say.

21. We return for a moment to duality to expound upon Hatonn's comment: "Understand that Earth's course is set, it's her people who have a timetable to meet or get left behind." The universal alignment "window" for Earth to totally leave third density is narrowing, and individuals who want to go with her physically must have enough light to meet that exit timetable. Earth's passage to her ultimate destination is assured. It is the destination of her human residents that is at issue: Will they absorb the light that changes carbon-based cells to the crystalline that enable physical survival in fourth density vibrations?

22. Absorbing light requires ones at the negative end of duality to change from violence to peacefulness, from greed to generosity, corruption to honor, unjustness to fairness, anger to reason, oppression to freedom. The bodies of those who refuse to stop the negative behavior that boosted them into powerful positions will die, and the souls will go to worlds where the energy is the same as those persons generated during their physical lifetime.

23. But please do not think that all who leave the planet from now on will do so for that reason! Souls who came from advanced civilizations, some as walk-ins and others born into Earth families, to assist you in this tumultuous time will return to their own worlds when they complete their missions. Many Earth residents will fulfill their soul contracts wherein they chose to complete third density karmic experiences, and after a lifetime in spirit, they will reincarnate in fourth density, if not back on Earth, then another advanced world. Others will petition at soul level to leave early because life circumstances are far harsher than their contract selections; after completing their contracts in spirit life, their next physical lifetime also will be in a fourth density world. When the truth about religious dogmas emerges, many will choose at soul level to leave; later they will embody in a third density world where their beliefs can remain intact until once again the truth emerges about religions' false teachings, and they will have another opportunity to open their minds and accept that truth.

25. If it can be said that duality has a "middle ground," perhaps it can be this: A reader who enjoys violent kinds of entertainment asked: "Is it necessary to abolish that in the world of 2012 and beyond" and "What would the many people like me do for entertainment then?" To answer his first question in brief: Yes. To answer in fullness, we say that violence of any kind toward any life form has been a scourge for Earth to deal with since long, long before your recorded history—this is what caused your planet to spiral from fifth density into deep third density, where duality pervaded the collective consciousness.

26. Seventy or so years ago, when distant civilizations started intensely beaming light to save Earth's planetary life, light-receptive peoples' thoughts, feelings and actions became in attunement with the light. A violent world became intolerable, and as people began advocating for an end to violence, the collective consciousness changed accordingly.

27. The eradication of violence is yet to be realized in your linear time, but in the continuum it is fait accompli; thus we can say that the abolishment of violent kinds of entertainment will not come as an edict, but by unified desire. As you continue to absorb light, respect for all life will naturally eliminate the killing of animals for "sport," and pitting animals against each other and bullfighting will cease for the same reason. Joy in peaceful and harmonious living will naturally end interest in violence in any form, including the games in popular electronic entertainment devices.

28. As to entertainment in 2012 and beyond, all non-violent sports now enjoyed still will be, but the current "win at any cost" and "kill 'em" attitudes will not be part of any individual or team competition. Hikers, campers, mountain climbers and divers will have even more beautiful areas to explore than now. The prevailing vibrations will heighten brain usage, and many will be attracted to games requiring mental acuity. Reading, which in recent years gave way to television viewing, will return to its former appeal; history books will be what actually took place and science books will contain universal knowledge. Even without today's violence, films in theaters and on television will be excellent, and the games on handheld instruments will be just as exciting. Whatever creative hobbies are currently enjoyed will continue, and many will find great pleasure in flower and vegetable gardening. With greater appreciation of all the arts than now, cultural offerings will be popular recreational choices. The means to travel throughout the world will be available to all, and many will choose to do that. You will be so attuned to Nature that most will treasure solitude in a favorite spot. Have no concerns about what you "violent entertainment" devotees will find to fill leisure time in Earth's Golden Age!

29. Readers have asked if enjoyment of pornography "occasionally," gambling, sex parties, "social drugs," an extramarital relationship, and "dabbling in black magic" can delay spiritual evolution or prevent physical ascension with Earth. When you put those activities into the context of everything we have offered as guidance for spiritual growth, you will know that the answer is "yes." Regardless of your reasons for indulging in those kinds of diversion, they all generate very low vibrations that form a barrier between the consciousness and the soul, and that dims the light within.

30. We welcome the question about the relationship of the brain to the soul, and in reply, I shall borrow Imaca's explanation to my mother soon after our telepathic connection opened 16 years ago.

IMACA: A thought can be seen because it has a substantial form and it pulses, which catches our attention. Instantly there is cognitive recognition of your thinking intent, but the thought form itself literally is seen.

S: Is only my brain involved or is it something inherent in the soul itself?

It is hard to believe that we have already completed the first decade of the New Millennium. I do not think anyone can dispute the fact that time is being accelerated. The unprecedented awakening Humanity experienced during the first decade of the 21st century was miraculous, but it will not hold a candle to the shift of consciousness that will take place during the second decade. This shift of consciousness will result in the unification of millions of Lightworkers, whose dedicated service to Humanity and the Light will change the course of history. From outer appearances this statement may seem too good to be true, but actually, it does not begin to adequately describe the wonders that are in store for Humanity and all Life on this planet. These monumental changes will begin in 2010, and they will unfold day by day until the patterns of perfection for the New Earth are physically manifest. If you have any doubt about that please meditate on the following Truth: "The Light of God is ALWAYS Victorious, and WE are that Light!"

Since the dawn of the New Millennium, Lightworkers around the world have been invoking Divine Intervention to assist with Humanity's awakening and Earth's Ascension into the 5th Dimension. For the past ten years the Earth has been going through an intensified cleansing process, that has pushed everything that conflicts with Heaven on Earth to the surface to be healed. On December 12, 2009, 12:12, our Mother God and the Feminine Aspects of Deity throughout the Universe expanded the portal of Transfiguring Divine Love. Through this expanded portal, the Earth and all her Life are being bathed with higher transformational energies than we have ever experienced. These frequencies of Divine Love will build in momentum daily and hourly until December 12, 2010. During this 12-month cycle, Humanity will have an unparalleled opportunity to release any of the behavior patterns that are preventing us from tangibly manifesting the patterns of perfection for the New Earth. This is a merciful gift of Divine Grace. It is a time for us to focus on our Divine Intentions.

On December 16, 2009, the portal of Transfiguring Divine Love was intensified through a very powerful New Moon. This enhanced the influx of Light that bathed the Earth during the Solstice, December 21, 2009. On December 31, 2009, we will experience a BLUE MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE. The Beings of Light have revealed that this is going to be the most significant New Year we have experienced since our fall from Grace millions of years ago. This is a vitally important time for all of us to empower what we want to cocreate in our individual lives and on this planet. Not only will our hopes, dreams, visions, and Divine Intentions be expanded a thousand times a thousandfold by the Company of Heaven, they will be exponentially expanded by the tremendous influx of Light we will experience on that sacred day.

These gifts of Divine Intervention will expand in power and might until January 14, 2010. On that day, we will experience an incredibly powerful New Moon Solar Eclipse. During the Solar Eclipse, the patterns of perfection we have empowered will be permanently sealed in the highest frequencies of vibration possible. From that moment forth, they will build in momentum daily and hourly. When our visions reach a critical mass, an unstoppable shift will occur that will bring our cocreations into manifestation.

It is important for all of us to go within our hearts to see what our I AM Presence is guiding us to empower in our individual lives. The 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the Violet Flame allow us to easily download programs or patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of our Father-Mother God that we would like to manifest in our lives. Greetings from Home

There is a reason to the timing of your being here on this planet at this critical time. Many of you have brought to Earth information that was very important to have at this evolutionary juncture of time and space. Many of you believe there is going to be a total change on this planet in the year 2012, and you wanted to be here to be a part of it at exactly this time. Many of you anticipated a major setback in the year 2000, and you wanted to be here for that as well. You have made it! Each and every one of you kept your appointment with time. You are here at the right place at the right time to do what you came to do. Many of you are still trying to figure out exactly what that is, but trust that you will re-member. "What does it look like and how do I make a living at it?" You humans are so funny! You ask questions, take ideas from Home and extrapolate them into your own world.

Countdown to Ascension

Let us talk about the overlay of time on your planet, because that is one of the critical pieces that all of you will be dealing with in the next three years. This upcoming time period is becoming very important.

As you know, we have been talking about the countdown to ascension for a while. In the beginning it started out as a cosmic joke. Part of the reason for that was simply that the year 2012 was thought for so long to be the end of the planet and the end of recorded history. Your intentions were to move all this into the next space—many of you have called it the fifth dimension, the ascension, or the new time on Earth. We have told you a bit about what that looks like from our perspective, for the path you are creating starts between your ears. You are the ones creating the path just before your foot hits the ground and you are certainly planning something very special. But here is the interesting part. Your fears of the year 2012 were correct. In the original script of the Game, in the year 2012 for planet Earth would have been the end in a sense. It was written that Earth would wind down all of its life force energy between the years of 2000 and 2012. You would have started this process not only with confusion, frustration and anger on the planet on the part of individuals, but also with the Earth herself. She has been picking up on that vibration, absorbing it and having many more difficulties with weather pattern changes and seismic and volcanic activity. This has been especially evident in the middle of the Pacific Ocean where we predicted it many, many years ago. New Lemuria is rising and we are telling you that it is all starting to shift.

There is still a movement that will take place in the middle of the Pacific Ocean that will have a tremendous impact on the rest of the planet. It will open the new portals of creation, and at that time many of your own belief systems will have to dissolve. This must occur to be able to begin evolving into the next level, for you to support a life in this next level of existence. Now, what does that look like? Does that mean you are going to leave your bodies? Does that mean everything is suddenly going to be okay? No. Trust us when we say that the evolution of humanity does not work that way. You work very well with positives and negatives. The problem is that you have always called negative "bad" and positive "good." As you evolve to this next level, you are going to realize that there simply is no "right" or "wrong." There is no difference between good and bad. Instead, it is simply the way each one of you has perceived it and brought it into your own world that causes the seeming disparity. Much of the changes you are going to start to see will open up possibilities that have been closed to you before.

The Final Quadrant – A New Miracle

The three-year period 2010, 2011 and 2012 is the final quadrant of what you are going to experience on planet Earth in the old energy. Yes, you are looking for major movements and you have seen some of this happen. It has been predicted from many different channels and in various ways; this information has come through and you are expecting it. Dear ones, it is that expectation that is causing this new evolutionary process to take place.

Let us explain from a different perspective. Many of you have asked us what exactly is going to happen in the year 2012. You humans, still to this day, have not decided what day this cosmic event is going to take place. Some of you think it is going to be on the 21st, on the winter solstice. Some of you think December 31st yet others of you think it is actually going to be on December 1st or December 11th and 12th. There are a lot of connections out there, and it really does not make any difference to us because humanity as a whole will decide that next key part. When you decide and focus on a single point of when that is going to be, the created energy from all humans will gather and focus on a single point. Miracles do happen and this will be the biggest collective miracle thus far in the history of humanity. Originally we would have told you that what would have happened in the year 2012 was that when you finally decided on the day, you would have these wonderful parties and you would expect the ascension to take place during the parties. You would have big bonfires on the seashore, travel to the mountains, or wherever you decided to celebrate you would welcome in the new energy as the sun rose that morning across the sky. You would have a wonderful time, and the following day you would have climbed down the mountain or walked back from the ocean and gone back to work. But now there is another dimensional level that is starting to appear.

New Relationship to Time

There are still parts of you that will have to come back to this old energy, and yet other parts of you would have moved on very quickly to the new levels. The overlaying of time will have a different effect on all of humanity, because time itself will begin to be measured differently at that point. That is starting to take place even now. Over the next three years with this final quadrant of planet Earth as you knew it moves into this new realm. What happens is that you, the creators, are starting to get excited at the possibilities. So, even the scenario we have previously laid out is beginning to change.

The little gods of Earth are taking their creative powers back, and this will be of the first of your collective creations. These next three years will be the key as to what will happen when you come home from the party, and in what happens in the days that follow.

Fire the Hologram!

We have previously spoken of the hologram of Earth forming from your own thoughts. We have shared with you that you are god; therefore, when god has a thoughtit is like a beam of light shooting into space. You have a thought from one god, you have a thought from another god. If several of those thoughts are similar in vibration, then they meet in the same place. That is incredibly powerful, because matter is drawn to energy and forms around it creating that vibration in your world. The hologram is a large ball of energy waiting to be fired. We have called this hologram the Third Earth. Once fired it forms a hologram which is a three-dimensional representation of light. We are using the word "light" slightly differently than you do, but you understand what we are talking about. This is how Earth formed in the first place. What will be taking place is now that you are moving, the energy of this third Earth--this hologram of light--will now come to Earth and help you over-imprint the original hologram of Earth, thereby helping to shift and change it from that point. Does that mean that there will be nothing more to worry about? Does that mean there will be no more negativity on planet Earth? That is what we ask you, because we have nothing to do with setting up this new Earth. This is entirely your design much the same way as the old Earth was. Dream your greatest dreams, dear ones, for those dreams will make up the new Earth. Then be prepared to walk into a new life for that is surely ahead of you. This will not happen in a single day, but it will begin in a single day and that is the day you will soon choose. You are shifting this beautiful planet right in front of our eyes. You are changing it even though you cannot see your own creative abilities, even though you are blocked from seeing your own connection to each other and the other creators. But you are starting to work together in a harmonious vision of what humans want on this planet and that will determine the starting point of the next millennium that is to follow. That is what was actually predicted in the Bible, even though it was slightly twisted by many to mean something else. The direction of next millennium is determined in this final quadrant of 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Two Tools for the Shift

There are two important concepts that we will address one at a time. These will be incredible tools for you to use during this transitionary period. One we spoke of before, calling it the 12th dimension. There are 11 different yous having 11 different experiences and one point of perception. That point of perception is your 12th dimension. What you have been unaware of at this point is that it is very easy for humans to shift that point of perception. By consciously shifting your point of perception, you can now receive multiple views of the same point that you have never been able to see before. This gives humans another vision—a whole other level from which to perceive in order to truly see themselves. The challenge is that you are not accustomed to raising yourself to that next level, so the first tool we give you is raising your level of perception. If at any point you run across what you call the brick wall--where you are going in a direction and you know your heart is there but you just cannot seem to get any farther or you just seem to be blocked--the first thing to do is not judge it. Do not call it "good" or "bad," because the moment that you do that brings it into the lower vibrations. The moment you doubt yourself and say, "I must not be good enough," or "I must not be spiritual enough to make this happen…" it lowers your vibration. In that instant you are in effect doubting god and you negate the entire process at that point. So, the first thing we ask you to do is not to judge yourself. We realize this is not always easy, but re-member how important it is and trust in yourself and in the process.

The second thing we would ask you to do is to take yourself into your own higher self, then look at the situation from that perspective and level of awareness. Look at what you could have possibly gained from this experience, or what can be happening to make this better because of the restriction. Why did you put that restriction there? Only by consciously choosing to view it from a higher perspective is that even possible. This is not something humans have been trained to do, and it is not something you are all accustomed to doing. It is fairly simple, but you can all help each other tremendously by taking a step back and instead of reacting just take a breath. Move yourself to a higher perception and see the larger picture, even for just a moment. You will feel the difference. Even if you still do not have all the answers or do not feel all the energy inside, stop for just a moment. When you continue talking, your words will come out differently. You will feel lighter, as will those around you. Your channel will have changed, because your own perception now sees from a higher perspective than before.

The three years may appear like an airplane approaching for a landing. Two years of turning to align with the runway and one year straight on approach and landing. There is one other piece to consider as you enter this final quadrant. This quadrant of Earth will no longer support irresponsibility the way is has in the past. Even the word "responsibility" will start to take on an entirely new meaning for all of humanity.

The word "responsibility" has actually been a negative in your world, for the most part. Folks, when each one of you thinks about responsibility you do not get excited. Instead what happens when the word responsibility is heard or thought, is that you tend to shrink. We tell you that responsibility is the balance to power. You are creators already. Understanding how you can use those creative abilities and how you can do that on planet Earth in the physical body, in the situations and dramas that sometimes surround you, will be key to your life existence as a soul on planet Earth.

We tell you also that responsibility will be changed in many different ways. Many of your organizations—whether they are business corporations, religions, clubs or whatever brings people together—those are the areas that will now start helping to define what responsibility really is. For example, if you have a business and need help, you look around, interview people and hire someone. You tell them what you will pay them per hour, week, month, or year, because we believe this is what your job is worth. In the future, what we are going to tell you is that even that will change. It will not be the job you do, but the responsibility within the company that you take will determine the pay for that job. A conscious corporation is focused on more than money because any entity of any kind—whether it be a collective or a single individual—will have to understand that it is now about working from the heart and not the head. Many of your corporations have been working for one thing only, and that is for money. Money will always be a motivating factor. However, what will be understood is that by blending it with consciousness and love for your customers, it will bring more business and money than ever thought possible. These are the perception changes that are going to start shifting everything. You are going to find out that responsibility and the word "responsibility" have new meanings, which when you hear them may actually start to excite rather than shrink your energy fields. You are going to find that all of humanity is working with a different area, so look in different parts of your own life. Look in your relationships, what you do for a living, and your friendships. If you ever wish to have more power in an area, it is simply a case of taking more responsibility in that area. By doing so you are able to make space for that to happen not only in your own life, but in the lives of the other gods that are all pretending to be human as well.

It is no longer that you are separate in any way. We tell you there are many out there teaching that there are good people who are going to ascend, and bad people who are going to stay. We do not agree with that point of view, dear ones. This time either all of you go or no one goes, so it is now about helping everyone and being conscious. It is turning around, seeing the neighbor who is driving you crazy and finding a way to say hello to him warmly and genuinely. It means finding a way to be responsible not only for who you are and what you do—but accepting responsibility for your own happiness. What about that, dear ones? No, that does not always seem easy either, but re-member it is perception. Do not give your responsibility to someone else. Your responsibility has to first be you. Only then can you turn around and share that with other people. You generally experience the opposite of that on planet Earth right now. So, if you will reverse that which is currently in effect, --if when you hear the word responsibility your ears will perk up—then your energy field will start to move. You will see it and be able to use it from a totally different perspective than you have before.

Powers of Creation

Why is it so important, and what is the power thing all about? Many of you have taken our words of power to extremes. First of all, you are creators—each and every one of you have the abilities of god within you. Most of you do not know it, because you are wearing a veil that keeps you from re-membering your own true nature, your own true abilities. But what is the need to create anyway? Why do you need to create? We tell you, you do not. But it is your nature and at any time or point you block your creative expression in any way, you will block your own god-self. You will block your own energy, and many times this force of energy going out can be reversed and the energy starts moving inward instead of outward. This exact scenario is what causes many of the energy allergies we have talked about and many of the physical setbacks experienced.

You are pretending to be human in that structure. Yet you are the most magnificent creators and the most magnificent beings to be able to hold the thought in your head for only seven seconds and have it manifest. No, it does not manifest in seven seconds, but it is created in seven seconds. If you hold that energy and vibration, it will show up in your energy field and it will show up very quickly. We are telling you that the overlaying of time is going to start to have a new meaning for you. We hope that you start to play with this and push the boundaries of things that have always had very clear boundaries—time is time. You have atomic clocks that keep exact and perfect time, yet two years ago you had to sneak in an extra second just to make it work. The whole idea of time is changing, because the rotation of the inner Earth is changing. This is not a mystical thing. It is simply that the core of the Earth is changing its rotation. It rotates at a different rate than the surface of the Earth. This has also increased and created the illusion of time on planet Earth. As that spin rate starts to change, you will start to see behind the veil a little bit more on this illusion of time and you will find new ways to use it. Play with it. Celebrate it, and above all celebrate your increments. Celebrate those times that have special meaning. Celebrate together.

Trigger Dates

There were 12 trigger dates this century that you have already begun to celebrate. They started with 01/01/01, 02/02/02, etc. You are walking through this incredible journey of ascension on planet Earth. It was not planned, dear ones. You are creating this path just before your foot hits the ground, and we are so very honored to be here watching the greatest show we could ever be seeing. We have been with you from the beginning of your time on planet Earth, when Earth first decided to become a game of free choice in the universe. We have watched all the times you have run across these brick walls. We have seen all the times you have been so frustrated and felt so alone, sometimes even believing that you actually were alone.

Dear ones, that is not possible. The love we have for you will reach beyond any expectations or limits of time. If you will turn around and feel that love then share that love with someone else or others, all illusions of time will start to disintegrate and you will be able to choose a new way of working on planet Earth with a new overlaying of time. Enjoy this final quadrant. Enjoy this illusion of these last three years, for you are setting the tone for the new millennium to come, but you will not count it in the same way.

Enjoy the ride. Treat each other with the greatest respect. Nurture one another. Know that it is a beautiful game you are playing and play well together.

Activating Our Expanded Perceptions

As we expand our consciousness, our perceptions expand as well. With the awakening of our expanded perceptions, the volumes of information that have been hidden behind the limitations of our five physical senses come to the surface of our awareness and create a transparency in our reality. This "all knowing" in our daily life serves to tear down the remaining illusions of limitation and separation.

Just as we have special talents in our daily lives, certain expanded perceptions will be stronger and will come "online" first to our mundane consciousness. We all have these expanded perceptions as an innate component of our true, multidimensional nature. A greater number of us would openly use our expanded perceptions if we had not suffered judgment from those who feared that which they could not understand. Fortunately, as more and more of us awaken, there is less judgment. Therefore, more and more of us are "coming out" with our newly activated, or long hidden, perceptual abilities.

ACTIVATING OUR EXPANDED PERCEPTIONS

As with all spiritual/enlightened endeavors, we cannot try to awaken or force our expanded perceptions. The Path to awakening is like a river in which we must stay in the center current to allow ourselves to be easily carried along with the flow. If we struggle or work, we only push ourselves out of the center current and into the many eddies and whirlpools of third dimensional life.

One of the main keys to restoring our innate "psychic" perception is to listen to the still, small voice within that whispers into our mind, heart and body. Just as our physical body uses our five sense to inform us of what we are hearing, seeing, feeling, smelling and touching, it also alerts us to information that resonates to the expanded frequencies of our higher consciousness.

Through merging with, downloading and integrating our Multidimensional SELF into our third dimensional earth vessel, we upload our new, multidimensional operating system to bring these expanded perceptions online. Then our brain, our biological computer, can signal our body to respond to frequencies of information that were beyond the threshold of our old, third dimensional operating system.

Remember, we do not just raise our consciousness. We expand it. As we expand our consciousness, thinking, expectations and perceptions, we receive information, not only with the fourth, fifth and sixth dimensions and beyond, but also with the second, first dimensions, and the quantum realities. When we moved into our exploration of the extremes of individuality, we became separated from our body, our animal instincts, our SELF, others, Spirit, "Heaven," the planet and all of Nature. One of the innate, animal perceptions that we lost was our instinct.

INSTINCTS

Instinct, which is an innate "knowing," is a second dimensional ability based on our "primitive self" who has the ability to tune into the planet to know where there is water, what food will heal us or poison us and the location of our "tribe." If we "give a horse his head," he will find water. Animals in the wild know what food they are meant to eat and what food will hurt them. Animals know when a predator is stalking them or simply sharing the waterhole. In our quest for evolution, we have lost some of our basic survival skills.

Our instincts are usually a physical sensation, which our left-brain, logical self has been trained to ignore. However, as we regain our Whole Brain Thinking, we begin to become close friends with our earth vessel. As we awaken, we begin to realize that WE are not our body. WE are IN our body. Our physical form is one of many forms that surround our consciousness. However, without our physical body we cannot continue to play the 3D Game.

In other realities in which we held a tribal consciousness, or in which we had to survive off the land, our instinct was one of our most important perceptions. Our instincts are able to pull together information from our five physical senses that are just below our threshold of perception. However, when the distant vision, quiet sound, faint oder, proximity of someone or something that we cannot touch comes together in our right brain, our instincts give us the meaning of the subliminal information. Unfortunately, if we still deny our right-brain perceptions because we have become trapped in our logic, we will not receive their message.

When we say, "I just have a feeling," or "I sense that I am being watched," these statements are arising from our instincts. When we give our attention to these messages, we reinforce our instincts and invite them to remain active in our lives. All of our expanded perceptions are much like muscles. If we use them, they get stronger, but if we don't use them, we lose them.

EMPATHY 

Empathy is the ability to feel another person's emotions. It is a second dimensional ability shared by "primitive" tribal societies, herd animals, and birds in a flock. An example of this is when our pet comes up and nudges us in an attempt to comfort our sadness. Other examples are a mother's understanding of what her nonverbal infant needs or a healer's deep knowing of how a patient feels.

Empathy is another one of our "animal perceptions," in which we must pay attention to our bodies in order to receive and understand them. Darwin wrote about animals' four basic emotions as a means for survival. The survival purpose of fear is to create a state of fight or flight; sadness creates bonding within the herd/pack/flock; happiness urges procreation of the species; and anger's purpose is to break through barriers. Our third dimensional animal self makes use of emotions in much the same way.

We tend to be more empathic with people that we deeply care for, even love. However, intense anger or fear can doom us to feeling the emotions of the person whom we greatly dislike. The complicated part of empathy is that we feel the emotions of another in our own bodies, as if they are our emotions. Therefore, to avoid confusion we need to understand our own emotions. For example, if we are in a fine mood and we walk into a room where someone is angry, it will not feel like that person is angry, but instead it will feel like we are angry.

In order to differentiate between our own feelings and someone else's, we need to have a conscious recognition of our own emotions. Then, when we walk into that room and say, "I suddenly feel very angry," we can also say, "However, it does not feel like my anger." In that case, we can look around the room to determine the source of the anger that we have been feeling inside our own body. Empathy is not limited to time and space. We can suddenly feel an emotion from someone far away. However, this is usually only when we have a strong, psychic attachment to that person.

Fear and anger are very loud emotions because they are important to activate the Fight/Flight Response of our body. These emotions are loud in our psyche because they are directly related to our survival mechanism. Sadness is not as loud, but it is very contagious. We have all had experiences of crying at a funeral of someone we didn't know that well, but we empathically feel everyone's sadness.

Love, and the happiness that arises from love, comes in two categories: 1) conditional love (from humans); and 2) unconditional love (from Spirit). If we have no ability to feel and identify a certain emotion in our own body, it will be difficult for us to empathically feel that emotion in another. Hence, if we have never experienced someone loving us, or if we have never loved our self, we may be very close to someone who deeply loves us and never know it. It is sad to say that love is learned, but here, in the third dimension, it can be true.

Fortunately, there are those who never lose their connection to spiritual love. These people have "eleventh hour luck," for they always find someone to love them when they need it, even though they currently have no loving support. In fact, many of those who vowed to awaken in this lifetime were born into loveless childhoods to urge them to look inside to find the love they need. The gift is that when they look inside, they not only find love, they find unconditional love from spirit.

INTUITION

Intuition, another form of bodily knowing, gives us answers, "gut feelings," without the need for thought. Intuition is the ability to combine the perceptions of the fourth dimension and beyond, such as vision, hearing, proprioception (your location in space) and smell. All these abilities are derived from our brain's functioning beyond the 10-15% range that is considered "normal." Many people use their intuition everyday, but they call it "luck."

Intuition is much like instinct, except that it calls in the messages, answers and protection from our Spirit Guides. Instinct and empathy come to us while we are in daily, beta brainwave consciousness. On the other hand, it takes alpha wave consciousness to access our intuition. We get an intuition when we "think outside of the box," beyond the limitations of daily, third dimensional thinking.

Intuition can come to us as a warning or message from "above." Of course, as we awaken, we realize that the message does not come from above but instead, from within. Hence, in order to receive our deepest intuition, we need to venture into the hidden places of our unconscious mind and injured heart. If we cannot gain a clear reading on our own emotions, we will project that tainted reading onto our intuition about others and get faulty information.

In other words, if we look out into the world with dark glasses, or an unclear aura, it will look as though the outside world is dirty or unclear. Because we are unaware of our "dark glasses," we will not realize that the darkness and lack of clarity is within our own consciousness. Unresolved fear, anger and sadness tarnish our vision of reality and make us feel too unsafe to surrender to Spirit to receive our healing. As children, many of us had perceptions of faeries, ghosts or the face on the tree, which were lost in our adult struggle for survival.

To return to our innate intuition, we need to heal our wounded ego and regain the innocence and wonder that we had as a child. When we find the courage to make this journey, we will meet with higher and wiser expressions of our SELF who will assist us with our awakening.

TELEPATHY

Telepathy is the ability to read, or have a "knowing," of another person's thoughts. An example would be when we answer a question that the other person has not yet asked. It is a fourth and fifth dimensional ability, which is a natural consequence of either moving beyond the constraints of third dimensional time and into the more fluid fourth dimensional time, and/or moving into fifth dimensional consciousness where all life is blended in unity with the ONE.

Many of us have had telepathic experiences where we knew someone was going to call us or say something, and they did. We can write it off as a coincidence, recognize that we are awakening to our expanded perceptions, or realize that we are finally acknowledging what has been happening for a long time. Awakening to our full potential is a process of acknowledging that we are more than we once believed and accepting our new SELF as it is revealed in our daily life.

It is important that we take the time to commune with our Multidimensional SELF through meditation, reflection, being in Nature, enjoying a creative endeavor, or whatever we choose. If we can take at least 5 minutes before we start our busy day to calibrate our consciousness to the resonance of our SELF, we can better maintain multidimensional thinking, expect that we are awakening to our true SELF, acknowledge our expanded perceptions and allow them to guide us to BE our SELF in daily life.

Therefore, when we have a moment of telepathy, we can take a long breath of gratitude to be thankful for our transformation back to SELF. Thanksgiving for the moment at hand will duplicate that moment indefinitely. Furthermore, as we communicate regularly with our inner Self, telepathic messages no longer seem unique. Hence, they don't illicit fear. In fact, as we activate more and more of our expanded perceptions, our innate love grows, our fear diminishes and our consciousness expands exponentially.

When our consciousness expands beyond the third dimension and into the fourth and second dimensions, we can more easily have telepathic communications with fourth dimensional Elementals and Spirit Guides, as well as the second dimensional plant and animal kingdom. When our consciousness encompasses the fifth and first dimensions, we will have more and more telepathic experiences with our Soul/SELF, fifth dimensional parallel realities, and with the genetic, cellular, and DNA foundations of our personal and planetary bodies.

When our consciousness expands into the fifth dimension/first dimension and the sixth dimension/quantum reality, we gain freedom from time/space, form and the linearity of third dimensional thinking. At this point, we regain our multidimensional/quantum thinking to receive, accept and understand messages free of any bondage of third dimensional limitation, separation or space/time. It is then that our messages can become precognitive and clairaudient.

PRECOGNITION  

Precognition, seeing into the "future," is the fourth and fifth dimensional ability to move beyond the constraints of 3D time and into the mutable time of the fourth dimension or the NOW of the fifth. Precognition is helpful to assist us in creating our personal road map through life.

As we further expand our consciousness, we begin to perceive our physical reality from different points of view. While limited to our five physical senses, we perceive our reality as though we are in a huge forest among many trees which our block our view. Conversely, using our expanded perception is like being in a control tower at the peak of the highest mountain. From this "tower," which is beyond time and space, we can see where each trail of our thoughts, emotions and actions leads.

With this information, we can change our course at any time by raising our consciousness, changing our thinking, expecting another path and perceiving solutions that we could not find before. For this reason, the future is very fluid. Once we have mastered our precognition, we can more easily discriminate between a "possible reality" and a "probable reality." A possible reality is a choice of the ego and may or may not happen. On the other hand, a probable reality is a reality that already exists in the NOW of the fifth dimension and beyond. Therefore, if we are in alignment with our Soul, we will choose to manifest that reality.

The challenge is that, no matter how much mastery of our precognitive abilities we have attained, there is usually a "blind spot" regarding ourselves. Therefore, our best choice is to tune into and follow the directives of our Soul/SELF. By surrendering control of physical reality to our Multidimensional SELF, we have assistance in maintaining an expanded consciousness. In this manner, our daily consciousness, thoughts, expectations and perceptions can be harmonious and loving.

CLAIRAUDIENCE  

Clairaudience is the ability to hear sounds and communications from the fourth dimension and beyond. With practice, we can all communicate with realities that resonate to frequencies beyond the third dimension.

Clairaudience differs from telepathy in that clairaudience usually refers to communication with higher dimensional beings that cannot be seen with our physical senses, whereas telepathy usually refers to non-spoken communication with beings of the same dimension. Channeling is a form of clairaudience. There are two kinds of channeling: unconscious and conscious.

With unconscious channeling, known as "trance medium," the recipient, known as the "channel," vacates his or her third dimensional form and allows the messenger to use his or her body as a link to the third dimension. With this type of channeling, the channel cannot hear the message, even though their vocal cords are being used. Someone else needs to record or write down the message that was spoken through the channel. Edgar Casey is an example of a trance medium.

On the other hand, during conscious channeling we are fully aware of our physical body and awake to our daily life. However, we are in an expanded state of consciousness. Because we are using our multidimensional consciousness, third dimensional consciousness as well as fourth dimensional and beyond, it is difficult to remember our message if we do not quickly manifest it in our physical life by transcribing it as written material, poem or song. Art forms such drawing, painting, dance, architecture, athletics, etc, are more often perceived via our clairvoyance.

We can activate our clairaudience by listening to the still, small voice within. As we listen to our SELF, we calibrate our consciousness to that resonance. It is vital to remember that there are many dimensions above the third, including the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension, which is a realm of fear and darkness. Also, just because a person is "dead" and speaking from the fourth dimension, does not mean that they know more than they did when they were "alive" on the third dimension. Therefore, it is vital that we ONLY attend to messages that come to us within the carrier frequency of unconditional love.

Furthermore, messages from the fourth dimension have a different time sequence than the physical plane, and those for the fifth dimension and beyond come into us in a flash of light from the NOW of the ONE. We then need to translate these massages into our third dimensional language in order to incorporate them into our daily life and share them with others. Our brain, which translates these messages, is like a computer. It only contains the information that we have downloaded into it. Therefore, it will be difficult to translate a light message if the concepts are totally unique to our third dimensional thinking. When the channel/medium vacates their physical form to allow the higher being to use their voice, the channel does not need to translate the message. In this case, the channel does not need to understand it.

However, no matter how benefic the being that we are channeling may be, it is dangerous to leave our bodies. Many channels who have done so have found this to be true. When we vacate our form, we greatly weaken our immune system, as well as take on energies that are not of our life-stream. Often we can take on the energy patterns, and even latent darkness, of the being we are channeling. The being on the other side may be able to deal with their darkness, but it can be extremely damaging to the third dimensional channel.

As we are awakening to, downloading and integrating our Multidimensional SELF, more and more of our channeling comes from a higher dimensional aspect of our SELF. It is important to remember that we have a resonance of our SELF on many planets, galaxies and dimensions. With our expanded perceptions activated, we can learn to communicate with them while we still hold a physical, earth vessel.

CLAIRVOYANCE  

Clairvoyance is the ability to see objects that resonate to the fourth dimension and beyond. As we expand our consciousness, our perceptions expand beyond the confines of the physical spectrum of light. Hence, we can "see" objects and beings in the fourth dimension and beyond.

Whereas clairaudience is our multidimensional hearing, clairvoyance is our multidimensional seeing. We perceive the various dimensions differently, as they resonate to diverse frequencies of light. One of the most common clairvoyant experiences is the perception of ghosts. Within our third dimensional thinking and belief systems, we think of a ghost as being dead. However, death is an illusion, for it means only that the person has returned it's resonate frequency to a higher frequency. The exception to this is when one moves into a lower frequency, the Lower Astral Plane, often labeled Hell.

Hell is not a place; it is a resonance of the lowest frequency of the fourth dimensional Astral Plane. The fourth dimension is the aura of planet Earth, as well as the aura of each person. We perceive different frequencies through placing our attention on the correlating resonance within our aura. Just as we have dark and light patches in our aura, so does Gaia. There are many power places on Earth where people have expanded their frequency, grounded that expansion into the planet and crossed over, returned Home, in bliss and unconditional love.

On the other hand, there are other places on Earth where great injustice, cruelty, fear and anger have scarred the face of Gaia and left a blotch in Her aura. Once we have activated our clairvoyant abilities, we can easily tell the difference between these two places. As we awaken our clairvoyance, as well as our clairaudience, we are called upon to take the initiation of creating a tunnel of light through our own Lower Astral Plane and ground the tunnel into the body of Gaia. If we are unable to clear a pathway through the darkness of our own aura, our expanded perceptions will be a beacon to the collective darkness that humanity has left in the aura of our planet.

The initiation of clearing our "tunnel of Light" teaches us to differentiate between voices and apparitions who resonate to either the light or the dark. There have indeed been many actions of fear, hatred and darkness that have left their mark in the Lower Astral Plane. We have also suffered many fearful, angry or sorrowful experiences in our life that have left darkness in our aura. First, we must heal our self, which is healing our aura, or the darkness in our aura will mar our ability to differentiate between messages from Lower Astral Plane and from the higher planes. Our aura is the filter for our perceptions. If our filter is darkened with fear, so will be our expanded perceptions.

Fear is our psychic braking system. If we have a fearful experience, then fear will bring us out of our expanded perceptions and back into our mundane reality. Fortunately, once we have become the Master over our fear by confronting, healing and releasing it with our light, we become the Master over fear in the Lower Astral Plane. One of the ways we can confront and gain Mastery over negative entities is to stretch our hand and stand with firmness and love, "In the name of the ONE, be gone!" It is a Cosmic Law that the lower frequencies cannot stay when commanded to leave by a being of a higher frequency.

We can also send unconditional love to these wounded, lower dimensional apparitions. In this case, they will either show gratitude for our concern, then ride our wave of unconditional love into a higher resonance, or they will run from us, overwhelmed by their own fear. The real initiation is that we must face our own fear in order to have the courage to stay in our altered state and confront the apparition that can only be perceived through our own fear. Once we have become Masters over our own fear, we can sense the darkness, place our greater light around us and continue through the darkness, creating a tunnel of light as we do so.

A lower frequency entity cannot harm a higher frequency being anymore than a monster at the bottom of the ocean can harm a sailor on the surface. This astral "monster" cannot raise its resonance toward the higher frequency until the fear that has bound it to that resonance has been healed and released. Spiritualists are a group of people whose spiritual purpose is to assist those trapped in the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension.

When our consciousness flows through our tunnel of light into the Land of Faerie and the Emotional Plane of the fourth dimension, the colors are very bright and the beings beautiful, although their forms can easily change. In the Mental Plane, the colors are calmer and the forms even more wavering. In the Causal and Spiritual Planes, the beings all flash with light. They seldom seem to have feet, and their hands and face are so full of light that you can barely make them out. Often, all we can see of their face is their eyes, and their hands are torches of light.

In the void between the fourth and fifth dimension, we experience complete nothingness. We appear to be alone, although we feel life all around us. Before we can release our ego enough to gain entry into the fifth dimension, it is our initiation to release our attachment to the forms of the third and fourth dimension and perceive our self as a speck of light. Once in that resonance, our "seeing" is more like a "think-see" (seeing through our Third Eye) or a "feel-see" (seeing through our High Heart}. In other words, we must trust our SELF unconditionally to KNOW that if we think it or feel it, our perception is real. With practice, we can learn to perceive in a thinking/feeling way.

Once we Master our fifth dimensional perception, we can begin to "see" and "hear" beings who exist only as a group consciousness. We experience the call from these beings within our own physical body, usually our Third Eye or High Heart. We need to expand our consciousness into the fifth dimension to be able to have a communication with these beings. Our inner planes are FULL with wondrous beings, eagerly awaiting our ability to remember how to perceive them. They have illumined information to share and wise guidance to give.

CLAIRSENTIENCE

Clairsentience is the umbrella term for all psychic senses together. When we are clairsentient, we can access our expanded senses to smell, see and touch another person's aura, hear another person's thoughts, feel their emotions and/or communicate with higher dimensional beings.

Clairsentience is experienced as a feeling, usually accompanied by a physical sensation. We may smell something that "isn't there," get a quick glimpse of something from the corner of our eye, know something we didn't know a moment before, blink out for a second to another reality and/or suddenly feel confused and disoriented. Very often we experience our alternate realities through our clairsentience.

There are different kinds of "alternate realities." One is usually known as our "past lives." However, time and space are an illusion particular to the third dimension. Hence, once we raise our consciousness into even the fourth dimension, we often begin to experience ourselves in a lifetime that is not consistent with the third dimensional life that we are used to experiencing.

Once we can look "down" in frequency through our fourth dimensional consciousness into the third dimension, we are able to perceive any time frame that we wish. Our many incarnations on third dimensional Earth can be witnessed from this perception as being aligned on a wheel of time. From our viewpoint on the fourth dimension, this wheel is not bound by time. Hence, we can visit any lifetime without the constraint of sequential time. In other words, we can visit a life in 223 BC, then visit a life in 2034 AD, then visit one in 1895 BC. Nevertheless, once we enter any of these times, we are limited to the chronological movement of third dimensional time.

Clairsentience can be experienced as a "Knowing" that comes into our consciousness. If we can trust that knowing, it can guide us through the many roadblocks of life. This inner guidance also directs us toward a better Knowing of our self. The more we know our self, the more we can discriminate between the inner sensations that we have picked up from another and the inner sensations that arise from our expanded perceptions. As with all relationships, unconditional love and trust are\ what develop intimacy. Being intimate with our self is a foreign concept to many, but once we remember and embrace our true, Multidimensional Soul/SELF, this intimacy expands exponentially.

TELEKINESIS  

Telekinesis is a fourth and fifth dimensional ability, which allows us to move objects through space without the workings of our physical body. In our fourth and fifth dimensional self, our mind, emotions and intentions are more powerful than our muscles. Therefore, we can displace objects by combining our thoughts and emotions with our conscious intention.

Telekinesis is often referred to as "mind over matter." In other words, with conscious use of our telekinetic abilities we can move and/or influence matter with the power of our mind. However, emotions also play a strong role in telekinesis. Conscious telekinesis is one of the least common of the expanded perceptions. On the other hand, we often influence matter with our mind/emotions in an unconscious manner. For example, those who have more of a proclivity towards telekinesis, sometimes turn street lights on or off simply by walking underneath them.

These people may be attracted to martial arts or sports such as tennis, baseball, golf, wherein the power of their intention can be consciously used to direct the course of the ball or the force of their martial arts blow. Artists who work with carving or sculpting may also have an unrecognized talent towards telekinesis, as they manipulate matter with their hands, but the intention of their unconscious minds/emotions may also be a strong component of their artwork.

Another type of unconscious telekinesis is a poltergeist. A poltergeist is not a "ghost," but the movement of matter through the unconscious intention of a living person. Often this person is an adolescent who is unaware of the force of their extreme emotions. In fact, fear, anger and sorrow can be very powerful forces. Unfortunately, when these emotions are unconsciously used to manipulate matter, it is usually terrifying to the person who unwittingly created that movement. Carl Jung, the famous psychologist and disciple of Freud, spoke of his adolescent telekinetic experiences in his autobiography, Memories, Dreams and Reflections. As a teen, he read all the thirteenth century books on alchemy he could find. Hence, he awakened a great power but had not yet gained any mastery over his emotions.

Strong emotion is an important element in telekinesis because emotion is "energy in motion." Once we have gained mastery over our emotions, we can use love-based emotions to consciously and lovingly raise the frequency of the matter to the fourth dimension where it is less encumbered by time and space. We can then move it without the limitation of third dimensional weight or mass. If we can consciously connect with our quantum consciousness, we can use the instant manifestation of our quantum thinking to teleport matter anywhere in the Universe, instantly!

Our "junk DNA" has been proved to function as tiny wormholes where messages, and eventually matter, can be instantly teleported to any location. In one experiment, samples of the junk DNA were put in vials and taken to another room. Pictures of fearful emotions were shown to the subject, and the DNA in the other room instantly collapsed and became somewhat unraveled. Pictures of loving emotions were then shown and, instantly, the DNA perked up and returned to its most vibrant state. The experimenter, the US Military, then moved the vials hundreds of miles away and the DNA still responded instantly. It is likely that the "teleporting" used on the Star Trek shows is an example of this form of telekinesis. The matter is taken down to the quantum level, where it can move beyond time and space, then restructured at the intended location.

ILLUMINATION  

Illumination arises as we surrender our ego to our fifth dimensional Soul/SELF to become ONE with the NOW of the higher dimensions. Just one 3D moment of such Union can set us on a Path that takes most of our life to travel.

Illumination is what occurs as we download and integrate our Multidimensional SELF into our physical earth vessel. Once we have fully integrated our SELF into our self, our consciousness expands from Personal Consciousness to Collective Consciousness to Planetary Consciousness to Galactic Consciousness to Cosmic Consciousness. With each expansion of our consciousness, our sense of SELF expands. Our "sense of SELF" is defined as that with which we feel a complete sense of UNITY.

While in Personal Consciousness, we think of our self as a third dimensional human being who is fully conscious of the workings of our mundane life. We are also aware of our Inner Child and Ego. However, we may not be able to consciously access our expanded perceptions. With Collective Consciousness we feel unity with all humanity and think of our SELF as being a member of the family of all humanity. Because of this, we can use our expanded perceptions to tune into the fourth dimension and communicate with the mass, Collective Consciousness of humans on Earth.

With Planetary Consciousness, we feel complete unity with our planet, which expands our consciousness to embrace the fourth dimension. With the awakening of our multidimensional consciousness, we can perceive our SELF as a component of Gaia, the consciousness of Earth. In this case, we use our expanded perceptions to communicate directly with Mother Earth, as well as with ALL Her inhabitants. We can also connect with the fourth dimensional Elementals of earth/gnomes, air/ sylphs, water/undines and fire/salamanders. With fourth dimensional consciousness, we can also communicate with the many realities and beings that resonate to the fourth dimension. At first, we may only be able to believe that these wondrous Beings and Spirit Guides even exist. Then, over time, we realize that many of these beings are fourth dimensional expressions of our own Multidimensional SELF.

With Galactic Consciousness, we feel complete unity with the many planets, solar systems, and galaxies that resonate to the fourth and fifth dimensions. This unity allows us to fully integrate our Multidimensional SELF and expand our consciousness into the fifth dimension and ground that frequency of Light into the body of Gaia. By now, "ETs" are perceived as other expressions of our Soul/SELF and members of our Stellar Family.

We have moved beyond the limitations of duality, time, space and separation. We perceive our physical body as the earth vehicle that we use and maintain to "drive" us through the experiences of being a member of the Planetary Ascension Team. We perceive every aspect of our physical reality as a blessing or an initiation to remember to release all fear and live in unconditional love, forever and always. From this state of consciousness, we are Masters of Energy and keep close watch on our thoughts and emotions so that they do not threaten to lower our consciousness. We are no longer victim to any person, place, situation or thing and take full responsibility for every manifestation in our life.

With Cosmic Consciousness, we can move into the sixth dimension and beyond, as well into quantum realities and quantum thinking. We are preparing to release all attachment to form and see ourself as a being of pure consciousness. Inter-dimensional travel is normal, as we interface with our Oversoul in the seventh dimension to assist our Soul Family in bringing ALL of our expressions of SELF Home to the resonance of Multidimensional Consciousness.

We no longer need to seek, for we live in Divine Intelligence, Spiritual Wisdom and Infinite Creativity. We share our Illumined Being with other expressions of our SELF and with all who seek our counsel. If we still maintain a grounded, earth vessel (usually to participate in the planetary ascension), we maintain a constant connection to our Multidimensional SELF and the heart of Gaia. We see one of our services as being "step-down transformers" to ground the higher frequency light and quantum reality into the body of Earth. With this service, we raise the resonant frequency of the planet to facilitate planetary ascension.

We are free of ego, so we do not seek fame or recognition and often see it as a distraction to our true work. We walk planet Earth as a "regular" person who still has to pay bills, go to work and feed our body. We know that it is a huge task to maintain a third dimensional form with the expanded frequencies of our consciousness, but we live with the many aches and pains of physical reality knowing that "this, too, shall pass."

We KNOW we are greatly privileged to be a member of this Cosmic Moment and constantly strive to hold the connection with our Oversoul, through all our many dimensional realities and into our physical body. Most of us have suffered greatly in our sacrifice to forget our SELF in order to serve in the creation of and return to fifth dimensional Earth. We know that, since fifth dimensional Earth resonates beyond time and space, "returning to" and "creating" can happen simultaneously.

We seek others of our kind who hold their SELF within their vessel of clay as a planetary and galactic service. We still get hungry, tired, angry, confused, poor or sick. It is the ultimate sacrifice that we have made to ground our great SELF into Gaia and to assist in the ascension as an entire planet into the fifth dimension. Fortunately, more and more of us are awakening to our Illumined SELF and realizing that we don't have to DO anything. We only have to BE our SELF!

Positive Signs Of The Changes

Very soon and out of the gloom of yesterday, shall come the first positive signs of the changes you desire so much. It does not require an earth-shattering event to do so, but nevertheless what is planned will bring the truth about us into your lives. It will remove long held beliefs that are not truly reflecting our place in your lives. The acknowledgement of our existence, will not surprise those who have been involved in matters relative to our sightings and previous contacts. It will however make the subject more acceptable, and openly spoke about without fear of ridicule. For the first time many people will learn about our intentions over the coming period, and how we will join forces with you to put many problems right that are preventing you from evolving. You have been held back for far too long, and you are to benefit from advancements that have been deliberately held from you.

We wish to share with you many advanced technologies that you have become aware of, not just because of what you have seen of our abilities, but your own governments. They have developed technologies gained from other extraterrestrials for their own gain and power. There have been spin-offs for you, but free energy is for example of one that should have entered your commercial markets by now. With all of the existing problems and the coming shortages, you need to be assured that all of the basic living requirements are made available to everyone. When allowed to we shall distribute the knowledge, and provide the needs to satisfy these requirements.

In a society that was based on fairness and sharing there would be no hunger or deprivation, and certainly no one would suffer from hunger or shortage of water. Neither would anyone be ill equipped to withstand the elements, or die for the want of medical attention. Everything you need to form a society that functions as intended, with the promise of a happy and fulfilling life already exists. Poverty could be eradicated now if the means were given to those who can already solve them. There are many Dear Souls whose hearts ache at what they see taking place, yet know how easily problems could be overcome. They have come into incarnation at this special time, for the very purpose of giving their knowledge and abilities for the good of all. With our coming we can quickly motivate groups in readiness, to go out into the world and achieve what they came for.

God does not sit idly by and allow the dark forces to go against the will of the people. There is God's plan that has reached the point where duality is being balanced, to allow the Light to determine where Mankind goes next. Nothing can remain static forever, and your evolution must necessarily take a giant step forward. Ascension looms ever nearer, and it will not be allowed to be prevented from giving every soul that so desires the opportunity for upliftment. Of course as has happened at the end of many of your past cycles, there have been almost total disasters with great loss of life. This will not happen on such a scale this time, and we are taking steps to minimize the effects of the Earth changes that are inevitable. Some souls have made the decision to leave prematurely, but that will fit in with their life contract. We know that some find such plans difficult to accept, but death is simply a means of bringing a life to a close. Be assured that after such a transition, there is very little time before such souls are released from any trauma experienced. They are quickly healed and reconnected with their loved ones, who have arrived before them.

Dear Ones, know that there are so many souls working with each of you, both off and on Earth. Trust them to know what is best for you, and that they are helping you to complete your life plan successfully. Every soul is on Earth for a specific purpose, and some set goals for themselves that are extremely high, but you will never take on more than is humanly possible. Guides always attend your discussions prior to incarnating, and decisions are made based on your achievements, or lack of achievements as the case may be. You will not normally be aware of the lessons your life experiences are going to lead you into, but they will be set up to ensure they take place. Freewill is still yours to use, but you would not wish to go back on arrangements that are for your spiritual evolution. If you did, they would only come up again in another lifetime. It is best to allow your experiences to unfold, knowing that you have been party to the plan.

Naturally you are not always the key figure in your experiences, often your part is to partake in another souls plan and the likelihood is that are close to you. You will take whatever role the situation demands, and can be the leading light that shows the way. You all have a lot to thank each other for as nothing is really happening by chance. Therefore, think carefully of the responsibility you have undertaken, and always try to see a situation from all angles. Do not judge another soul who crosses your path, as you know no more about their level of consciousness or life plan, than they know about yours. Do what is necessary to help anyone in need and you will gain through such acts. Compassion is vital regardless as to who requires your help, and do not let an opportunity go by where you can express your own Light and Love. Evolution comes with finding your spiritual self and exercising your love for all other life.

A Shift in Time

For several days now and into the new time matrix you will be experiencing shifts on all levels of your being-ness. You may be noticing that the time in your mind and body do not necessarily correlate with the time on earth...you may be experiencing intermitten portals of eternity, moments by which time seems to extend into infinity, coupled with a drop back into 3d dimensional perceptions of polarization and time that is rapidly speeding up.

This fluctuation is normal and to be expected for the actual time of the planet is shifting into greater awareness of universal time. All who participate on the new universal timeline will be consciously affected by this transition while anchoring more permanently into infinity time, or neutral scalar wave patterning.

Most of these changes are being prompted by the entrance into the galactic 6th night, as documented in the sacred Mayan calendar, however the portal of 1111 is precipitating the shift required to align with the new frequencies of the 9th level of the galactic underworld and time-coded experience.

The most important thing to realize from this recent shift is that the amount of time that you work with presently is only a fraction of the real time encodement that you will be working with in the future. This is why you are seemingly able to accomplish great tasks in short periods of recorded time on clear days of alignment with the new timeline, and on days of wading thru 3d dimensional polarity consciousness, time escapes you.

What is happening on a higher level is profound. Let us explain.

The earth and sun are rotating at rates that are unfamiliar to earth scientists at present. There is a shift in the rotation from the solar sun to the great central sun which will change the course of history and time as it is presently understood.

This time shift precipitates the shift in consciousness that will begin to transmit new frequencies to the planet and her people and will cause for a great stir in the global community. This information is such that most scientists will have already disregarded their theories of time and space which will consequently open the doorway to more expanded concepts than the present linear understandings.

In this transition, there is a centrifuge of energy that will begin to disrupt the earths electromagnetic field. This magnetic field is one of great importance to the human populace for it holds the realm of information in place that connects individual human thought to the central mainframe of global consciousness.

The ramifications of this galactic shift will be heralded as miraculous, however, there will be some confusion as to why the earths magnetic field is changing. There will of course be talk of pole shifts, by which this is not the case, however there IS a field of energy dynamics that will alter the magnitude of the poles temporarily. As the earth comes to rely upon the full radiance of the great central sun, this shift will eventually end the earths reliance upon the solar sun as we know it, while simultaneously precipitating a dimensional parting of holographic reality matrices.

The Separation of Realities

The prophesied time for the separation of realities has been talked about in various spiritual circles and communities of new thought, however, is mostly misunderstood. The separation of worlds as you will come to experience, is not a physical separation, but a separation in consciousness. This will however lead to a seeming segregation of sorts, in that the communities of like mind will begin to come together, rather they will gravitate toward one another. As this happens, those who are operating on the new timeline, that of the emanations from the great central sun, will begin to step fully into their ascended or Christed consciousness.

Earth is shifting in this manner so it can effectively spin out the proper vibrational outputs and filter levels of consciousness in groups for the purposes of coming together and creating a new earth. In the interim, there will be a period of transition and it will be for the new galactic-centered wayshowers, those of ascended consciousness and activated divine blueprints who will lead the next level brigades, or groups of awakening souls, into their proper vibrational vortices.

This means gatherings of many kinds... the gathering of awakened heart-centered souls who will come together for the purposes of reuniting in the physical, but also for the purposes of easing the transition for the next wave of awakening souls. It will also be a time of gathering for the new wave of warrior souls here to dismantle the next level of outworn systems, as well as the reuniting of many twin souls, either thru existing relationships or new relationships. In either case, these relationships will feel well worn and it will be clear that you have come together to create a cosmic wave of love of and source connectivity to ripple out into the universe thru the purified vibrations of bliss.

Birthing the New Children

Through the 1111 gateway portal, and the merging of masculine and feminine energy codes within the high heart, the time will arrive for many twin souls to activate the sacred triad of evolving consciousness thru unification, procreation and the birth of highly evolved souls to enter the new galactic time zone. This act of procreation will be the result of a much higher level of love and those with new earth contracts to serve through child rearing will now begin to fully align with this knowing on all levels and as the awareness is activated with great desire in the coming days.

Keep in mind that those who have contracted to serve humanity in this way will come in all forms, not just in the traditional sense. If you are one who has been called to participate in birthing or raising the new children, know that many miracles will align to make the impossible, possible.

For those who are more likely to procreate in the traditional sense, there will be support available thru non-traditional, or alternative modalities that will be coming into your awareness to provide a source of comfort and guidance on conscious parenting and how to support and nurture these highly evolved souls both thru pregnancy and child rearing. For some, this will be a well understood and natural process, but for many, assistance will be needed, and therefore available.

We would also like to make it known that the first wave of wayshowers will be entering into a much needed time of respite and will therefore require some downtime to bask and nurture themselves and each other prior to the consideration of extending their immediate family. Please realize that if you are being called to parent, the timing for each evolved soul to enter the world is unique and based on the firm foundation of new earth supports in and around the hosts' sphere.

This is not to say that you will be experiencing a lag time, quite contrarily, you will be experiencing time to play in the new earth energies, to master the manifestation of your full potential as fully embodied souls and to nourish the richness of your new life and new beginnings. On this we say...keep abreast of your desires, those things that feel good to you in each moment, and you will know well your every next step.

Building the New Earth

We would now like to quickly touch upon the roles of those of you here to begin building the new earth communities and structures and to inform each of you that the time for gathering is nigh.
br> The next several months and into the new Gregorian calendar year will be for those of you on the new galactic time line to begin meeting with and preparing to implement your gifts of expertise.

For those who have a role to play in bridging the new earth reality structures with the old paradigm structures, you will be nudged to begin the preparations and groundwork for the new systems of light... from the planning stages to the implementation and building stages. Those of you with activated contracts are here to provide those ideas and revolutionary concepts that you have been nurturing to those who are ready to step outside of linear thinking and into the new ways of quantum creation.

As the old systems begin to crumble more rapidly, you will be called upon, thru seemingly serendipitous meetings and events, to share your ideas and radiance with those who will be supporting you in your endeavors.

The first of which will be the construction of physical way stations, intermediate plans for existing structures and systems to weave into the integrated systems of interconnectivity and based on the concept of wholism. This time period will be confusing at best and many will require your spiritual mastery along with your masterful skill to implement these new systems of dependence as the earth shifts from polar to non-polarized living.

Interconnectivity and unity consciousness will be the way of the new earth and the path that all those who wish to rise to the occasion must follow. There are strong advocates for many systems of sustainable living that are ripe and ready for the implementation phase, for those of you who have been waiting for the green light, your plans are soon to be welcomed with open arms.

It is also noteworthy to mention that the ways of sustainability will be vast and varied, and each system design will depend wholly on the creators who envision them. It is not a future of homogenization and sameness at the fore, but a future of infinite possibility based solely on human imagination. In this way, earth will eventually become a magical sphere of pure potentiality and creative expression. Fear not for the inaccessibility of your hearts desire.... where there is a will, there will be a way.

Beloved members of the new earth society, we are delighted to be working with you in this capacity and we are enormously proud of your steadfast determination to greet us in this dimension of pure possibility. We know that working with you in these endeavors will be one of the most rewarding ventures of many lifetimes, and together we will create harmony where once there was none, we will build bridges where one their were damns, and together we will create the outer expression of love everywhere it is welcomed!

Refined Sugar And Mental Illness

Noted British psychiatric researcher Malcolm Peet has conducted a provocative cross-cultural analysis of the relationship between diet and mental illness. His primary finding may surprise you: a strong link between high sugar consumption and the risk of both depression and schizophrenia.

In fact, there are two potential mechanisms through which refined sugar intake could exert a toxic effect on mental health.

First, sugar actually suppresses activity of a key growth hormone in the brain called BDNF. This hormone promotes the health and maintenance of neurons in the brain, and it plays a vital role in memory function by triggering the growth of new connections between neurons. BDNF levels are critically low in both depression and schizophrenia, which explains why both syndromes often lead to shrinkage of key brain regions over time (yes, chronic depression actually leads to brain damage). There's also evidence from animal models that low BDNF can trigger depression.

Second, sugar consumption triggers a cascade of chemical reactions in the body that promote chronic inflammation. Now, under certain circumstances (like when your body needs to heal a bug bite), a little inflammation can be a good thing, since it can increase immune activity and blood flow to a wound. But in the long term, inflammation is a big problem. It disrupts the normal functioning of the immune system, and wreaks havoc on the brain.

Inflammation is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and even some forms of cancer . . . it's also linked to a greater risk of depression and schizophrenia. And again, eating refined sugar triggers inflammation. So does eating heavily processed molecular cousins like 'high fructose corn syrup'.

If you think about it, it makes sense that our bodies don't handle refined sugar very well. After all, for the vast majority (99.9%) of our existence as a species, there simply was no such sugar. We were endowed with a sweet tooth so that we'd crave the highly nutritious fruits that were available - sometimes in short supply - in the ancestral environment. But with the advent of processed sugar cane a few centuries ago, the blessing of our formerly adaptive sweet tooth suddenly turned into a curse - causing us to crave foods that we were simply never designed to process.

As I've become increasingly convinced by these research data, I've begun gently encouraging my depressed patients to simply try cutting out sugars for a couple of weeks to see if they notice any effect. (I also ask them to cut out simple starches - like crackers and white bread - which the body converts directly to sugars). A few have had the courage and determination to given it a go: they're reported remarkable improvements in mood, energy, and mental clarity.

This month my article is about chocolate. I chose to write abut this topic because many raw food eaters today are being misled and told that it is healthy. It is dangerous and people need to know the truth.

More True Information on the Negative Effects of Cacao…

Since my last article on the negative effects of cacao, many people have agreed with me how toxic it really is. On the other hand, there were some people who would not change their mind about it no matter what the cost. In fact, those people became angry with me. The truth can hurt, but I'm just the messenger. As I said in my last article about cacao, I wish it were healthy, but the fact is it is not! Whether you are willing to admit it or not is your decision, but there are so many foods that are proven to be healthy, why continue to take some that are up for debate? Many people are being misled to believe cacao and other raw foods are healthy. Many of the people who promote it, have a good heart and really feel it is a good food, but I know there are many who sell this product knowing it is toxic and addictive, just to make money.

I recently spoke to a good friend of mine Jeremy Saffaron. Jeremy has been involved in the raw food community for a very long time. He has the author of a raw food recipe book and also an excellent resource guide. Jeremy told me he was the first person to do any raw research with cacao involving the raw food movement. He spent 4 years (1999 -2003) studying the effects of cacao and has dedicated countless hours surfing the net, talking with specialists, and even got involved with the University of Hawaii, who's agriculture branch is looking into raw cacao toxicity.

When Jeremy first found out about cacao he was so excited about it. He sold it for a short while (2001-2002) and was the first person to let others in the raw food world know about it. Again I repeat, JEREMY WAS THE FIRST PERSON IN THE RAW WORLD to let others know about cacao.

He turned on many raw food promoters to it because he believed at the time that is was an amazing discovery as a great tasting, nutritionally loaded food and it was also a way to connect with his friends who were still addicted to cooked chocolate even though they were raw otherwise. Another big turn on was the fact that many of the daily coffee drinkers he knew in the yoga scene were glad to switch to raw cacao from their roasted coffee. Jeremy told me he never drank coffee in his life, but as a kid did eat chocolate from the store. But 13 years ago, he stopped eating chocolate because he found out about the bugs that were in all chocolate. (I mentioned that in my last article about cacao.)

With all the excitement about raw chocolate and all the benefits, Jeremy was thrilled to get the product to the public. However, when Jeremy was selling it, he did warn people that all the studies on it were not in yet so to be careful not to over due it until further research is conducted. It was also very cost prohibitive at the time at twenty five cents a bean, plus each bean had to be personally peeled to eat them. (By the way, this should be a hint about how much can and should be eaten in one sitting.)

After eating cacao for six months, Jeremy didn't really experience negative side effects, but he noticed those around him whose health and digestion weren't as efficient as his started to experience issues with the cacao. That was the first sign that lead him to begin to study the negative effects of cacao.

I myself have a similar experience. I consumed cacao in small amounts as well, but unlike Jeremy, I felt the difference every time I tried it. It didn't make me feel good. A good friend of mine, doctor Fred Bisci ,a raw foodist for about 40 years, also confirmed what Jeremy and I suspected, cacao is toxic!

Jeremy's findings were as follows:

No animal in nature will eat it unless tricked into it with milk or sugar.
If you can convince an animal to eat it then it greatly shortens their life span if it doesn't kill them immediately.
The native people who ate it only ate the fruit of the theobroma (which contains all the benefits and none of the detriments) and only used the cacao seed as an addition to their psychedelic brew ahyuwasca and as a medicine in emergencies.
Native people did not eat it as a food nor as a supplement, only for sacred use.
Cacao is one of the most addictive substances known
Cacao is super toxic to the liver
It acts as a stimulant and agitates the kidneys and adrenal glands. This can cause: insomnia, nightmares, waking up in the middle of the night, shakes, and extreme energy shifts
It is extremely clogging due to the toxins carried in the oils contained within. Plus the fat chains are highly complex and require tons of work to break down.
The result of long term use is a high level of liver and blood toxicity which can cause extreme mood swings, angry outbursts, violence, depression, paranoia, & dizziness.
In some cases of long term use, there are also psychological effects that range from addictive tendencies, sexual dysfunction, violent outbursts, lack of reasoning, and decreased will.
At mega does of 40 plus beans, it acts as a hallucinogen and can cause many effects attributed to LSD or Hashish

Jeremy concludes that his personal study (it took 1.5 years of him eating it to see extreme negative effects) and his friends showed him clearly the negative effects of cacao.

From my study it seems that the people using cooked cacao powder had less toxic effects than those using roasted cacao beans whole and far, far less than those using whole, raw cacao beans.

There are a good amount of people who have experienced the same negative affect of cacao and have changed their opinion about it being such a super food. I personally can't see anyone taking it for a long time not feeling the negative effects on some level. A big problem is, at that point so many people are already addicted to it and can't stop even if they wanted to. Very similar to the addiction people have to cooked food. They just can't except that it's not healthy for them so they make excuses to keep consuming it.

Jeremy and I both feel the sadness that raw food promoters command so much public attention and use it to sell anything they can. It should be information, not products that people seek out.

The bottom line is no matter what someone feels, or believes, cacao is toxic! Science will confirm it. You may be able to consume the drug cacao and not have felt any negative affects, but in time you will. Please do not wait to experience the negative affects and get off this drug as soon as you can.

For those of you who say, I am always knocking someone else's glory or product, I can just reply by saying I am concerned about each individual's health. That is the most important thing to me. I know what it is like to live with disease and I want to help as many people as possible avoid it. I am so blessed to know people like Jeremy who have an open mind and continue to share the same mission with me of bringing the truth to the surface and helping others.

Jeremy and I acknowledge there are many toxic things that people do everyday from using a computer, to driving a car, from drinking coffee to smoking to all sorts of wild practices and toxic substances and experiences. Each one must make a choice and it's our hope that people with power use it responsibly.

Jeremy wanted me to share with my readers a warning to always study and research before promoting or selling anything. He learned the hard way. Years ago he promoted the use of coconuts because he lived in the tropics and knew the benefits well. The down side was people wanting coconuts and not realizing that the answer was to go where they grow. Instead they found a way to engage in exploitation and buy toxic formaldehyde dipped bleached nuts wrapped in plastic irradiated from Thailand. He went back and tried to dissuade people from eating the toxic nuts but they didn't seem to care. Cacao seems the same, those who want to engage with it will, toxic or not. (Once again after recently getting tons of coconuts right off the trees in Florida, I feel such a difference after eating Thai coconuts.)

Jeremy's final stand on cacao is it is for medicinal, sacred and entertainment usage only, it is not a health food! My personal, final opinion is that we should only consume foods for nutritional needs, anything else will lead to disease, especially the way we overuse it!

The Sacredness That You Are

You each hold and house records of what has come, records of what will come, and records that exist dimensionally through space and time. You hold within you ancient truths that did not work, and ancient truths that succeeded. Every essence that is alive issues to you a declaration. Use these escaped truths as a platform, a base, and a microphone. Voice, and decree what it is that you seek, what it is that you desire, and what it is that you place your thoughts upon in order to bypass the chaos of manifestation.

The sacredness that you are, the sacredness that you seek, the sacredness that you yearn for, comes forth to you in the upcoming time as you breathe in the possibilities of your evolution, your expansion, of your tomorrow's. On the air comes forth an issuance of decrees and knowledge of all that has been hidden. It exposes itself surmounting the borders of non-disclosure, entering you through the air, your breath, and your intent.

The world is not haphazardly created by outside energies or beings, for all is contained innately upon the surface of humanness and the surface of earth. Each one of your prayers does not leave the auric energetic field of Terra Gaia your Mother Earth, but ricochets off of her external body and lands upon a place that then creates a wish fulfilled, a dream imagined, a problem solved, a success assured. Your prayers do not leave the surface/environment of the earth. They are not sent via cosmic mail delivery to a god that checks his prayer mail.

Earth herself has the quantified ability to manifest for and with humanity all desires and wanting no matter how casually they were created. These thoughts that run in your minds, in your hearts, and in your everyday existences are asking for solutions, not from a government, not from a board or a committee, not from a book or a dialog with a wise one, but from you. You house and host the truths, the wisdom's, and the solutions to all thoughts and problems within your sphere of existence. Everything that is issued to you in thought, in action, or in decree can be solved by you in thought, in action, in decree!

When you ponder injustices, you awaken a cellular vibration and knowledge of every time throughout existence that that injustice existed. At that point of awakening you can strengthen or dilute the injustices by your thoughts. Your woes, your wants, and your non-solutions can command the elements into disaster. Or you can embrace your inherent power by using your breath, your intent, and your manifestation ability to assist in the solution of the problem.

You inherently hold all questions, all answers simultaneously. In this upcoming experience of humanness, when you have a thought that involves or revolves around a person's decisions, a place, or disease, or injustice – your biological essence is asking you to add your thoughts of completion to it. It is crucial to add your thoughts in a positive element to the outcome, not to hold on to the negativity and the injustices or ask why on any level (body, mind, and spirit) that the problem is not solved.

Your destiny is to be part of the liquid solution of all things that you seek. Everything that is addresses by you is addressed by you because you are part of the destiny of the solution. It does not matter if it is personal, planetary, or private. When it comes to you, it is asking for your help. You have the deciding energetic vote. You have the deciding X-factor. You have the deciding quantum/quark that will shift the situation from problem to solution. Do you see how much power is involved in this knowledge?

Do you understand that with each thought throughout your day, you are influencing the outcome of humanity, of earth, of this solar system that you exist in, and this universe that you play in? You think that you do not make a difference but you do. Every thought you have is a deciding vote. Every desire you have to make right, to do good, is a deciding vote in favor of illumination, ascension, and evolution. Look at your day. Look at your thoughts. Look at your actions and then in a subconscious vision, see how many matchsticks pile up as problems and how many matchsticks pile up as solutions. Everyday work on that until that problem pile no longer exists and there is nothing but a grand mountain of solutions that is in your energy field.

This power seems minuscule to you, but you all sit on a jury of life and death in a multitude of expressions. Will your dreams live or will they die? You decide. Will the earth live or shall she pass into the dust. You decide. Will disease be conquered, will there be a cure? You decide. Do not leave this up to what appears to be geniuses for they may use the frontal lobe of their brain, but they do not use their heart. Vote from heart. Make a difference from heart. Decree from heart. Hold the focus on what you want to see. You are the deciding celestial vote in everything that you wonder about.

We are the Sananda Council. You are God's in swaddling clothes on a cold winter's night in a starry sky. Open your eyes to your gifts. the gifts that you will unwrap this Christmas are grand. We leave you in love and in knowledge.
