cholesterol is not the bad guy

We have been told that we must avoid cholesterol at any cost if we want to stay healthy. But it seems that the old studies that came to this conclusion, back in the period right after World War II, are now being proved wrong. It is almost certainly one of the great myths of 20th century medicine. Unfortunately there are a lot of mistaken notions going around until today about cholesterol and heart disease—even among doctors.

Cholesterol is a good guy!

Cholesterol is a soft, waxy substance found among the lipids (fats) in the bloodstream and in all your body's cells. It's an important part of a healthy body because it's used to form cell membranes, some hormones and it is needed for other important functions.

People are told to cut down on high-cholesterol foods to keep their blood cholesterol level down. But this won’t work because the cholesterol in the diet has very little effect on the cholesterol in the blood. The body can make cholesterol whether there is any cholesterol in the diet or not, so even removing all cholesterol from the diet, the blood cholesterol will only decrease about 20% to 25%. You could completely eliminate all cholesterol from your diet and your liver would just produce more of it, because your body needs this substance. On the other hand, eating more cholesterol would cause your liver to reduce production to maintain consistent levels.

A smart thing to do is raise your good cholesterol (HDL). It will convert in a 30% lower risk of having heart diseases. Specialists recommend olive oil to accomplish this. Just one ounce daily (about the amount used to dress a salad) can raise your HDL by 14 percent. Another good option is flax oil. Research also shows that raising your HDL levels also removes plaque from artery walls. An artery plaque has to be liquefied before it can leave your bloodstream, and lecithin is your best ally to do that; it dissolves these fatty globs the way detergent breaks up grease. Again, just one tablespoon daily with food or in a drink can make your arteries as clean as a whistle.

Let’s deconstruct some myths about cholesterol:

More than 60% of all heart attacks occur in people with normal cholesterol levels.
The majority of people with high cholesterol never suffer heart attacks.
Half of all heart attack victims have none of the standard risk factors (i.e., smoking, obesity, genetics, or high cholesterol).
Lowering cholesterol values by drugs does not cause a decrease in the amount of arterial disease.
High cholesterol is associated with longevity in older persons. High cholesterol occurs in elderly persons with the lowest mortality rates and appears to protect against infectious illnesses.

Protect your Heart and Arteries

The heart is a muscular pump that constantly pumps blood around your body. Because it works very hard it needs a good blood flow to its muscles, which is provided by the coronary arteries. Coronary heart disease occurs as a result of the narrowing of the arteries that supply blood and nutrients to the heart. It is America's number 1 killer; stroke is number 3 and a leading cause of serious disability.
Until today it was largely propagated that cholesterol deposits narrow the walls of the arteries, making the blood flow to the heart decrease and eventually stop, causing the heart attack. What is being discovered is that actually heart attacks and stokes are caused by arterial inflammation. But don’t think the answer is anti-inflammatory drugs! The real solution is to stop the causes of inflammation.

A major cause of this inflammation of the arteries seems to be homocysteine, an amino acid that occurs naturally with the breakdown of protein. Normally homocysteine is converted to methionine, an amino acid found in all proteins. This process needs vitamin B12 and folic acid. But if a person isn’t getting enough of these B vitamins, then homocysteine builds up to dangerous levels and scorches the thin tissue of artery walls. Plaque is then formed as the body attempts to heal the damage. So in fact heart attacks and strokes are caused by the build-up of these plaques in your arteries, and lowering your cholesterol won’t do a thing for your heart.

Studies show that a high level of homocysteine is one of the most dangerous risk factors for heart disease. Researchers found that the link between heart disease and homocysteine was more evident in women, however still, a high homocysteine level is a good predictor of a heart attack.

So you must think – ok, all I have to do is take vitamin B! It’s as easy as it seems. Studies dating from 1988 already have shown that this B vitamin lowers homocysteine levels in a few weeks to a safe baseline. It has an 80% success rate, at a very low cost. But then, wait a minute – what is causing vitamin B’s deficiency?

Some of the latest researches made points out to under active thyroid gland as the villain. This malfunction inhibits the absorption of B vitamins, causing homocysteine levels to rise impressively. Unfortunately it seems that very few doctors are making this connection. So instead of taking statin drugs, or living on a diet, go to your doctor to check if your thyroid gland is ok is the first thing to do, if you are concerned about your heart’s health.

Cholesterol-lowering drugs have failed to help reduce heart attack rates and yet remain the most frequently prescribed class of any drug in the world although not one study has been able to show that these drugs do anything to lengthen a person’s lifespan. These drugs have been shown to produce an alarming amount of side effects. Studies show that statin drugs cause cancer both in animals and in human beings. Other side effects include liver damage, nerve and muscular damage, cognitive decline, and memory loss, and statin use during pregnancy may lead to serious malformations. Unfortunately, nowadays still 20 percent of all Americans over 55 currently take a cholesterol drug and most doctorates believe more people should be on them.

health benefits of chocolate

This recent installment is actually “delicious” – it’s about chocolate! Chocolate is one of America's favorite food. Yet, very few have ever had the raw food that all chocolate comes from - cacao beans, the dark chocolate!
A total of 1% of the American diet consists of chocolate – so we’d better know what we are eating, and how to get the best of it!
The Fruit of Gods, the Fruit of Hearts

All chocolate comes from cacao beans which are the seeds of the cacao fruit, an Amazonian tree that was brought to Central America during the time of the Olmecs (1200 BC to about 400 BC). Cacao beans were so revered by the Mayans and Aztecs that they used them as money, and for its purpose the beans were called "oro negro." The indigenous native Central Americans called it "the fruit of Gods." Botanically, cacao is truly a nut. They may be referred to as cacao beans, cacao seeds, cacao nuts, chocolate seeds, chocolate beans, or cacao nibs, but essentially all refer to the same.

Cacao seems to be the number 1 source of magnesium of any food. This is likely the primary reason women crave chocolate during the menstrual period. Magnesium balances brain chemistry, builds strong bones, and is associated with more happiness. Magnesium also increases the overall vigor of the heart muscle. This mineral also decreases blood coagulation therefore lowering blood pressure and helping the heart pump more effectively.

The Bright Side of Dark Chocolate
Fresh cacao beans are super-rich in a kind of antioxidant called flavonol (see more about flavonol in our previous Green Tea vs., Black Tea article). Cacao beans contain 10,000 milligrams (10 grams) per 100 grams of flavonol antioxidants, meaning it has a 10% antioxidant concentration level! This makes cacao one of the richest sources of antioxidants of any food. Researches have shown that the antioxidants in cacao are highly stable and easily absorbable by human metabolism. Cornell University food scientists found that cacao powder has nearly twice the antioxidants of red wine and up to three times what is found in green tea. Some doctors at Harvard found that flavonols in chocolate help the body to produce nitric oxide, a compound essential for proper heart function, and also believed by pro bodybuilders to help increase muscularity. For one more reason, it’s definitely the heat food! Not even mentioning the whole chocolate fever on Valentine’s Day.

The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) developed a rating scale called ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) to measure the ability of antioxidants to absorb cell damaging, wrinkle causing, tissue destructive free radicals. The higher the ORAC score, the higher the level of antioxidants present in the food.
See some examples of Antioxidant ORAC levels per 100 grams:
Dark chocolate - 13,120
Milk chocolate - 6,740
Prunes - 5,770
Raisins - 2,830
Blueberries - 2,400
Blackberries - 2036
Kale - 1,770
Strawberries - 1540
Spinach - 1260
Broccoli – 890

The Natural “Prozac”
Cacao is also a great source of serotonin, dopamine, and phenylethylamine, three well-studied neurotransmitters, which help alleviate depression and are associated with feelings of well being. Cacao has monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO Inhibitors) that makes us happy because they allow serotonin and dopamine to remain in the bloodstream longer without being broken down. The anandamide on it delivers blissful feelings. Cacao also contains B vitamins, which are associated with brain health. All this makes cacao a natural “Prozac”!

So let’s review cacao’s main compounds and its benefits:
Anandamide – it’s known as "the bliss chemical" because it is released while we are feeling great.
Serotonin - anti-stress neurotransmitter
Dopamine - neurotransmitter
Epicatechins e Polyphenols - antioxidants
Magnesium – which is a heart as well as brain mineral
Tryptophan - anti-depressant amino acid that enhances relaxation and promotes better sleep
Phenylethylamine (PEA) - has a positive effect in enhancing feelings of love; PEA also plays a role in increasing focus and alertness.
Theobromine (a compound from the same family as caffeine) - increases ones energy, stimulates the central nervous system, relaxes smooth muscles, and dilates blood vessels; it is also a mild diuretic

Don’t go devouring all chocolate you see!
Cacao and dark chocolate boost antioxidants; however, the addition of dairy products/milk cancels out the effects of these antioxidants. Studies indicate that dairy products specifically block the absorption of all the great antioxidants in chocolate! The high pressures and temperatures that chocolate processing goes through destroys the important beneficial flavonoids present in the cacao beans.
Recent studies have shown that only one out of 500 people who thought they were allergic to chocolate actually were not. This evidence suggests that in fact most that think they are allergic to chocolate are allergic to milk and dairy products commonly added to chocolate during its traditional preparation. Another research made by the U.S. Naval Academy concluded that there is no evidence that chocolate causes or exacerbates acne. It is likely that the sugar added to chocolate that exacerbates acne.

Cacao beans contain no sugar and between 12% and 50% fat depending on variety and growth conditions. So as a matter of fact what we are finding out is that chocolate itself is a health food, especially in its raw form as cacao beans. So instead of going to the candy store to get yourself some chocolate, try some natural food stores for a change. A very good change!

did dan brown rip off holy blood holy grail?

LONDON - It’s the latest twist for the mega-selling conspiracy thriller “The Da Vinci Code”: a lawsuit against the book’s publisher for breach of copyright that could taint the novel and delay the much-anticipated movie version.

Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh, authors of the 1982 nonfiction book “The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail,” are suing publisher Random House, Inc. over the allegation that parts of their work formed the basis of Dan Brown’s novel, which has sold more than 40 million copies worldwide and remains high on best seller lists nearly three years after publication.

If the writers succeed in securing an injunction to bar the use of their material, they could hold up the scheduled May 19 release of “The Da Vinci Code” film, starring Tom Hanks and directed by Ron Howard.

v for vendetta

When it comes to comic book legends, few loom as large as Alan Moore. The author of Watchmen, From Hell, V for Vendetta, League of Extraordinary Gentleman and the upcoming Lost Girls, his work takes pulp conventions and turns them into multi-leveled philosophical inquiries and has inspired not only comics creators but musicians and filmmakers for the past 25 years. Watchmen was recently named one of Time's Top 100 novels since 1923, and called the Citizen Kane of comics by Entertainment Weekly.

Moore is also a legendary eccentric. A self-professed anarchist who practices magic, he remains something of a recluse in the Northampton, U.K., home he shares with fiancee/collaborator Melinda Gebbie. In recent months, he's made no secret of his ongoing feud with DC Comics and producer Joel Silver over the V for Vendetta movie, which Silver is producing. After the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen film turned out to be less than stellar, Moore demanded to have his name taken off all the films based on his work and refused to take any money for them. Silver's statements to the press that Moore was happy with the Vendetta adaptation got back to the writer, annoying him even further.

A recent conversation with Moore showed that things are no better: he now wants his name taken off all of his published work that he doesn't own, including V for Vendetta.

While admitting that his stance is extreme, Moore feels strongly about it, to put it mildly. "It got to the point where I'd become very, very distanced emotionally from a lot of the work which I didn't own. If I don't actually have the moral right to declare myself the author of the work, does that mean that I should have the moral right to declare myself not the author of the work?"

Vendetta remains a particular sore point for Moore. Originally created for Warrior, a British comics magazine, he and artist David Lloyd owned it when it began. When Warrior went out of business, V was left without a home. Moore was writing various projects for DC Comics at the time, and it was suggested they pick it up. However, in 1985, creator ownership in comics was not a common practice. Moore and Lloyd signed the copyright over to DC with the stipulation that it would revert to them when the comics had been out of print for 18 months—which in those days seemed a simple thing.

"I was completely convinced by this, they seemed to be nice people who were treating me well and were offering what seemed to be a wonderful deal," Moore recalls. "I actually said to Dave Lloyd, 'I trust these people now, Dave. As soon as they stop publishing it, it will be ours.' And this was a time that no comic book had remained in print for more than 18 months."

Ironically, it was work like Moore's that led the way to collections staying in print. But then, "Nobody knew," says Moore, while noting that he had been keenly aware of the situation of such creators of Jerry Siegel and Joe Schuster and Jack Kirby, who had fought for years to get back the rights to their characters.

"I was a very aware young man," says Moore. "I'd been reading the fanzines. I knew that Jack Kirby had been screwed. However, at the time when I was getting into the industry, they were talking the language of progress—a mile a minute." Although in hindsight, Moore wishes his anarchist gut feeling had taken over, he says there were also many people who had good intentions.

Flash forward to 2005, and Moore has been locked in a battle for the past few months to get his name taken off the movie V for Vendetta. He recently received copies of the new edition of the book and was distressed to see a sticker saying "Soon to be a major motion picture," on the front, as well as a typo on the back cover. The combination put him into what he calls a black rage. For him, it's pride.

"Obviously it's going to vary, but I try to be passionate about everything I write—in some cases I succeed. V for Vendetta was one of those cases. For 20 years since then, it's been a kind of a dull ache that the regular paychecks of our cut of the money don't do an awful lot of assuage." In fact the money is not a priority for Moore—he famously has signed away every penny from any movies made from his work to artistic collaborators like Dave Gibbon and Rick Veitch.

But taking his name off the work? Isn't that like throwing the baby out with the bathwater? Moore has a ready answer. "I don't own the baby anymore. The baby is one I put a great deal of love into, a great deal of passion and then during a drunken night it turned out I'd sold it to the gypsies and they had turned out my baby into a life of prostitution. Occasionally they would send me increasingly glossy and well-produced pictures of my child as she now was, and they would very kindly send me a part of the earnings. This may sound melodramatic, but I've been writing for 25 years, and I think that the passion with which I write is probably evident—it's not faked. I really do feel intensely passionate about nearly everything I write. I could sit back, of course, and say all right, just let anything happen, and take the money, but I don't think that would be very honest. It wouldn't feel honest to me, and at the end of the day, I'm the only person I'm concerned about. That is selfish, I know, but at the end of the day, it's whether I'm waking up at four in the morning in a boiling rage or not, and there is no amount of money that can compensate for that. "

On a much happier note, Moore is working on a new novel, which he is "in love with. It is marvelous. It's a book about a subject that is not next to my heart, it is my heart—it's right from the very core of me and what I'm all about. It's the best thing I've ever written. I don't care if it sells or not. At the end of it, I will own this. "

Moore has no idea who is going to publish it and eschews getting an agent. He wants to finish it—a task he estimates will take the next 18-24 months—and then perhaps have a small publisher put it out. He's aware that he could probably get a modest bidding war going if he went the typical route, but it just doesn't interest him. "When I get it finished and I know how good it is—rather than merely suspect— I'll see what I want to do with it."

In the meantime, Moore lives a fairly quiet life—he doesn't go to the movies much, and tends to spend most of his time reading and writing. He follows comics to some degree, and has some typically colorful observations on its current state. "There is some fantastic stuff, but it is marginalized. I don't know, it's probably just my tastes. At one end, it seems adolescent in its brutality and in its kind of inexperienced adolescent approach to violence and sex. And at the other end, at the other supposedly intellectual end, I see an awful lot of angst and adolescent breast-beating. This is not a complete blanket condemnation, by any means. There are people like Joe Sacco and other people who do wonderful work that is not mainly concerned with them, and their fears of mortality or feelings of emptiness."

Despite his ongoing struggle with corporate American comics and the entertainment industry, Moore remains good-humored for the most part. Asked if he feels prescient given V for Vendetta's story about terrorist bombings throughout London, he says, "I wouldn't like to claim I was being prescient, but that said, it is pretty clear I have a direct line to God and I know every moment of the future before it happens."

He also points out that America's current preoccupation with terrorism is nothing new for Brits. If Americans are more worried about dying in an Islamic jihad than a nuclear winter, "no offense, but that is perhaps more of an American perception than a global one. You have to remember that over here there were teenagers being taken out of cellar bars in separate carrier bags all through the '70s and '80s because of the war in Northern Ireland. In that case, the IRA were largely being supported by donations from America. That was why I was a bit worried when George Bush said he was going to attack people who supported terrorism, I thought, oh my god, Chicago is going to be declared a rogue state and they'll hunt down Teddy Kennedy."

Thousands of things go right for you every day, beginning the
moment you wake up. Th rough some magic you don’t fully
understand, you’re still breathing and your heart is beating,
even though you’ve been unconscious for many hours. The
air is a mix of gases that’s just right for your body’s needs, as
it was before you fell asleep.

You can see! Light of many colors fl oods into your eyes,
registered by nerves that took God or evolution or some other
process millions of years to perfect. Th e gift of these vivid hues
comes to you courtesy of an unimaginably immense globe of
fi re, the sun, which continually detonates nuclear reactions
in order to convert its body into light and heat and energy for
your personal use.

On this day, like almost every other, you have awoken inside a temperature-controlled shelter. You have a home!
Your bed and pillow are soft, and you’re covered by comfortable
blankets. The electricity is turned on, as usual. Somehow,
in ways you’re barely aware of, a massive power plant at an
unknown distance from your home is transforming fuel into
currents of electricity that reach you through mostly hidden
conduits in the exact amounts you need, and all you have to
do to control the flow is flick small switches with your fingers.
You can walk! Your legs work wonderfully well. Your heart
circulates your blood all the way down to replenish the energy
of the muscles in your feet and calves and thighs, and when
the blood is depleted, it finds its way back to your heart to be
refreshed. This blessing recurs over and over again without
stopping, every minute of your life.

Your home is perhaps not a million-dollar showplace,
but it’s sturdy and gigantic compared to the typical domicile
in every culture that has preceded you. The floors aren’t
crumbling, and the walls and ceilings are holding up well, too.
Doors open and close without trouble, and so do the windows.
What skillful geniuses built this sanctuary for you? How and
where did they learn their craft?

In your bathroom, the toilet is functioning perfectly, as
are several other convenient devices. You have at your disposal
soaps, creams, razors, clippers, tooth-cleaning accessories — a
host of products that enhance your hygiene and appearance.
You trust that unidentified scientists somewhere have tested
them to be sure they’re safe for you to use.
Amazingly, the water you need so much of comes out of
your faucets in an even flow, at the volume you want, and either
cold or hot as you desire. It’s pure and clean; you’re confident
no parasites are lurking in it. Someone somewhere is making
sure these boons will continue to arrive for you without
interruption for as long as you require them.

In your closet are many clothes you like to wear. Who
gathered the materials to make the fabrics they’re made of?
Who imbued them with colors, and how did they do it? Who
sewed them for you?

In your kitchen, appetizing food in secure packaging is
waiting for you. Many people you’ve never met worked hard
to grow it, process it, and get it to the store where you bought
it. The bounty of tasty nourishment you have to choose from
is unprecedented in the history of the world.

Your many appliances are working flawlessly. Despite the
fact that they run on electricity, which could kill you instantly
if you touched it directly, you feel no fear. Why? Your faith
in the people who invented, designed, and produced these
machines is impressive.

It’s as if there were a benevolent conspiracy of unknown
people who are tirelessly creating hundreds of useful things
you like and need.

There’s more. By some improbable series of coincidences or long-term divine plan, language has come into existence.

Millions of people have collaborated for many centuries to
cultivate a system for communication that you understand
well. Speaking and reading give you great pleasure and a tremendous
sense of power.

Do you want to go someplace that’s at a distance? You can
choose from a number of ways to get there. Whatever mode
of transportation you pick — car, plane, bus, train, subway,
ship, helicopter, or bike — you have confidence that it will
work efficiently. Multitudes of people who are now dead devoted
themselves to perfecting these machines. Multitudes
who are still alive devote themselves to ensuring that these
benefits keep serving you.

Let’s say it’s now 9:30 A.M. You’ve been awake for two
hours, and a hundred things have already gone right for you.
If three of those hundred things had not gone right — your
toaster was broken, the hot water wasn’t hot enough, there
was a stain on the pants you wanted to wear — you might feel
that the universe was against you, that your luck was bad, that
nothing was going right. And yet the vast majority of things
still would be working with breathtaking efficiency and consistency.
You would clearly be deluded to imagine that life is
primarily an ordeal.

DEFINITION: Pronoia is the antidote for paranoia. It’s the
understanding that the universe is fundamentally friendly. It’s
a means of training your senses and intellect so that you’re
able to perceive the fact that life always gives you exactly what
you need, exactly when you need it.

HYPOTHESES: Evil is boring. Cynicism is idiotic. Fear is
a bad habit. Despair is lazy. Joy is fascinating. Love is an act
of heroic genius. Pleasure is our birthright.

PROCEDURE: Act as if the universe is a prodigious miracle
created for your amusement and illumination. Assume that
secret helpers are working behind the scenes to assist you
in turning into the gorgeous masterpiece you were born to
be. Join the conspiracy to shower all of creation with blessings.

DISCLAIMER: This material may be too intense and controversial
for some readers. It contains graphic scenes of peace,
love, joy, passion, reverence, splendor, and understanding.
You should therefore proceed with caution if you are a jaded
hipster who is suspicious of feeling healthy and happy. Ask
yourself: “Am I ready to stop equating cynicism with insight?
Do I dare take the risk that exposing myself to uplifting entertainment
might dull my intelligence?” If you doubt your
ability to handle relaxing breakthroughs, you should stop reading now.

When an old tree in the rain forest dies and topples over, it
takes a long time to decompose. As it does, it becomes host to
new saplings that use the decaying log for nourishment.
Picture yourself sitting in the forest gazing upon this scene.
How would you describe it? Would you dwell on the putrefaction
of the fallen tree while ignoring the fresh life sprouting
out of it? If you did, you’d be imitating the perspective of many
modern storytellers, especially the journalists and novelists
and fi lmmakers and producers of TV dramas. Th ey devoutly
believe that tales of affl iction and mayhem and corruption and
tragedy are inherently more interesting than tales of triumph
and liberation and pleasure and ingenuity. Using the machinery
of the media and entertainment industries, they relentlessly
propagate this dogma. It’s not suffi ciently profound or wellthought-
out to be called “nihilism.” “Pop nihilism” is a more
accurate term. Th e mass audience is the victim of this inane
ugliness, brainwashed by a multi-billion-dollar propaganda
machine that makes the Nazis’ Ministry for Public Enlightenment
and Propaganda look like a child’s backyard puppet

At the Beauty and Truth Laboratory, we believe that stories
about the rot are not inherently more captivating than stories
about the splendor. On the contrary, given how predictable
and omnipresent the former have become, they are actually
quite dull. Obsessing on evil is boring. Rousing fear is a hackneyed
shtick. Wallowing in despair is a bad habit. Indulging
in cynicism is akin to committing a copycat crime.

How did it come to be that the news is reported solely by
journalists? There are so many other kinds of events besides
the narrow band favored by that highly specialized brand of
storytellers. Indeed, there are many phenomena that literally
cannot be perceived by journalists. Th eir training, their
temperament, and their ambitions make vast areas of human
experience invisible to them.

“Ninety-six percent of the cosmos puzzles astronomers,”
read a headline on CNN’s website: proof that at least some of
our culture’s equivalent of high priests — the scientists — are
humble enough to acknowledge that the universe is made up
mostly of stuff they can’t even detect, let alone study.
If only the journalists were equally modest. Since they’re
not, we’ll say it: Th e majority of everything that happens on
this planet escapes their notice.

The Italian city of Florence harbors the richest trove of art
treasures in the world. Its many museums are hot spots for
outbreaks of a rare psychological disorder. Foreign tourists
sometimes experience breakdowns while standing in the presence
of the tremendous beauty, and are rushed to the psychiatric
ward of Florence’s Santa Maria Nuova Hospital.
“Many visitors panic before a Raphael painting,” reports
Reuters. “Others collapse at the feet of Michelangelo’s statue
of David.”

Psychiatrists have named this pathology the Stendahl
Syndrome, after the French novelist who wrote about his
emotional breakdown during a visit to the city’s art collection
in 187.

As you embark on your explorations of pronoia, you
should protect yourself against this risk. Proceed cautiously
as you expose yourself to the splendor that has been invisible
or unavailable to you all these years.

Try this meditation: Imagine that you are both the wood and
the fi re that consumes the wood. When you focus your awareness
on the part of you that is the wood, you hurt; it’s painful
to feel your sense of solidity disintegrating. But as you shift
your attention to the part of you that is the fi re, you exult in
the wild joy of liberation and power.

It may be tempting to visualize yourself more as the fi re
than as the wood. But if you’d like to understand pronoia in its
fullness, you’ve got to be both wood and fi re simultaneously.

Many people alive today think that our civilization is in a dark
age and on the verge of collapse. In her book
For the Time Being,
Annie Dillard points out that such beliefs have been common
throughout history. Around 300
B.C. Hindus were convinced
they lived in a “degenerate and unfortunate time” known as the
Kali Yuga — the lowest point in the great cosmic cycle. In 426
A.D. the Christian writer Augustine mourned that the world
was in its last days. In the early 800s the renowned Hasidic
master Rabbi Nachman grieved for the world’s “widespread
atheism and immorality.”

Dillard concludes, “It is a weakening and discoloring idea
that rustic people knew God personally once upon a time
but that it is too late for us. Th ere never was a more holy age
than ours, and never a less. Th ere is no whit less enlightenment
under the tree on your street than there was under the
Buddha’s bo tree.”

Go sit under that tree. The time for your awakening is at

mind control: the delphi technique

The Rand Corporation in the early 1960s developed the Delphi technique for the purpose of maneuvering segments of the public into accepting predetermined government policies. In the 1970s and '80s, it was ideally used to convince land owners of the merits of accepting joining and general plan maps. Now it is being employed to persuade the public to accept outcome-based education and the licensing of all employees, via endorsements in the Certificate of Initial Mastery (CIM) and Certificate of Advanced Mastery (CAM) programs, a.k.a. school-to-work.

The goal of the Delphi technique is to lead a targeted group of people to a predetermined outcome, while giving the illusion of taking public input and under the pretext of being accountable to the public. For the Delphi to work, it is critical that the targeted group be kept away from knowledgeable people who could lead them away from the Delphier's predetermined outcome.

One variation on the Delphi technique is to use a series of meetings. The attendees are often given a number or a colored card when they enter the room, to determine at which table they are to sit. The purpose of this is to break up the groups of potentially knowledgeable people who arrive together so that they will be sitting with strangers and therefore be subdued.

Typically, at each table is a facilitator, someone who will know which way to help "steer" the group. Usually the people at each table are instructed to answer among themselves some of the questions and arrive at a table consensus. Someone is chosen to speak for the table, most of the time it is the person who has been secretly pre-briefed about the desired Delphi outcome. The table spokesperson is the only one allowed to address the podium and the others have little opportunity to address the podium or the crowd directly.

Anyone knowledgeable enough, or brave enough, to speak out in opposition will not be welcomed. Often they are told from the podium, "We don't have time to discuss that now," or "We discussed that on another date," or “We can discuss that after the meeting.” They will attempt to quiet, isolate, and discredit dissenters. After attending the Delphi meeting, participants may feel uneasy that they are in disagreement with the apparent majority. The Delphi technique is often successful in bluffing people into submission. Don't let them succeed. Call their bluff.

The Delphi technique often uses a series of surveys to bring about "consensus." The surveys are promoted as information gathering regarding the wishes of the targeted public, but in reality they are designed to manipulate the desired outcome. The survey will sometimes use a grading like, "agree all of the time," "agree most of the time," "agree some of the time," "agree not much," "agree never." Or, the survey grading will ask the respondents to use ratings like "most important," "moderately important," "least important."

The questions are typically "loaded" questions. An example is the question asked of Oregon teachers on a Delphi technique survey: "Do you agree or disagree that the following elements of H.B. 3565 [Oregon's Education Act for the 21st Century] will lead to improved student learning if implemented?" The survey listed such items for the teachers to agree or disagree with; "site councils," "increased accountability for school site and districts," "full funding for preschool programs to enable all students to enter school ready to learn," "extended school year," "certificate of initial mastery," etc. The question is patently "loaded." For example, site councils are not charged with improving student learning. Their function is to implement the state law, dole out professional development courses and money to selected teachers, and apply for grants from foundations and the federal government. For the teachers to answer, "agree" or "disagree", that the site councils will lead to improved student learning is misdirecting the respondent.

The Delphi surveys serve to "educate" the people taking the survey. After the first survey is taken, the respondents are given an analysis and told that most people agreed or somewhat agreed on the predetermined outcome. Then usually they are given another survey and asked if they can be flexible and try to rethink the "few remaining" areas of disagreement. When the series of surveys are accomplished, the respondents are told that the majority of respondents achieved "consensus" with whatever direction the pollers wanted in the first place.

These techniques were developed decades ago. The Rand Corporation has more recently been developing games that groups of business people, site council members, organizations, etc., can use to help "sell" people on collectivism, consensus vs. majority rule, etc.

Never, ever compromise when it comes to "right and wrong." With the right attitude you shouldn't care what people think, as long as you are standing up for what is right. Accept persecution gratefully.

mind control implants and cybernetics

In 1948 Norbert Weiner published a book, Cybernetics, defined as a neurological communication and control theory already in use in small circles at that time. Yoneji Masuda, "Father of the Information Society," stated his concern in 1980 that our liberty is threatened Orwellian-style by cybernetic technology totally unknown to most people. This technology links the brains of people via implanted microchips to satellites controlled by ground-based supercomputers.

The first brain implants were surgically inserted in 1974 in the state of Ohio, USA and also in Stockholm, Sweden. Brain electrodes were inserted into the skulls of babies in 1946 without the knowledge of their parents. In the 1950s and 60s, electrical implants were inserted into the brains of animals and humans, especially in the U.S., during research into behavior modification, and brain and body functioning. Mind control (MC) methods were used in attempts to change human behavior and attitudes. Influencing brain functions became an important goal of military and intelligence services.

Thirty years ago brain implants showed up in X-rays the size of one centimeter. Subsequent implants shrunk to the size of a grain of rice. They were made of silicon, later still of gallium arsenide. Today they are small enough to be inserted into the neck or back, and also intravenously in different parts of the body during surgical operations, with or without the consent of the subject. It is now almost impossible to detect or remove them.

It is technically possible for every newborn to be injected with a microchip, which could then function to identify the person for the rest of his or her life. Such plans are secretly being discussed in the U.S. without any public airing of the privacy issues involved. In Sweden, Prime Minister Olof Palme gave permission in 1973 to implant prisoners, and Data Inspection's ex-Director General Jan Freese revealed that nursing-home patients were implanted in the mid-1980s. The technology is revealed in the 1972:47 Swedish state report, Statens Officiella Utradninger (SOU).

Implanted human beings can be followed anywhere. Their brain functions can be remotely monitored by supercomputers and even altered through the changing of frequencies. Guinea pigs in secret experiments have included prisoners, soldiers, mental patients, handicapped children, deaf and blind people, homosexuals, single women, the elderly, school children, and any group of people considered "marginal" by the elite experimenters. The published experiences of prisoners in Utah State Prison, for example, are shocking to the conscience.

Today's microchips operate by means of low-frequency radio waves that target them. With the help of satellites, the implanted person can be tracked anywhere on the globe. Such a technique was among a number tested in the Iraq war, according to Dr. Carl Sanders, who invented the intelligence-manned interface (IMI) biotic, which is injected into people. (Earlier during the Vietnam War, soldiers were injected with the Rambo chip, designed to increase adrenaline flow into the bloodstream.) The 20-billion-bit/second supercomputers at the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) could now "see and hear" what soldiers experience in the battlefield with a remote monitoring system (RMS).

When a 5-micromillimeter microchip (the diameter of a strand of hair is 50 micromillimeters) is placed into optical nerve of the eye, it draws neuroimpulses from the brain that embody the experiences, smells, sights, and voice of the implanted person. Once transferred and stored in a computer, these neuroimpulses can be projected back to the person’s brain via the microchip to be reexperienced. Using a RMS, a land-based computer operator can send electromagnetic messages (encoded as signals) to the nervous system, affecting the target's performance. With RMS, healthy persons can be induced to see hallucinations and to hear voices in their heads.

Every thought, reaction, hearing, and visual observation causes a certain neurological potential, spikes, and patterns in the brain and its electromagnetic fields, which can now be decoded into thoughts, pictures, and voices. Electromagnetic stimulation can therefore change a person's brainwaves and affect muscular activity, causing painful muscular cramps experienced as torture.

The NSA's electronic surveillance system can simultaneously follow and handle millions of people. Each of us has a unique bioelectrical resonance frequency in the brain, just as we have unique fingerprints. With electromagnetic frequency (EMF) brain stimulation fully coded, pulsating electromagnetic signals can be sent to the brain, causing the desired voice and visual effects to be experienced by the target. This is a form of electronic warfare. U.S. astronauts were implanted before they were sent into space so their thoughts could be followed and all their emotions could be registered 24 hours a day.

The Washington Post reported in May 1995 that Prince William of Great Britain was implanted at the age of 12. Thus, if he were ever kidnapped, a radio wave with a specific frequency could be targeted to his microchip. The chip’s signal would be routed through a satellite to the computer screen of police headquarters, where the Prince’s movements could be followed. He could actually be located anywhere on the globe.

The mass media has not reported that an implanted person's privacy vanishes for the rest of his or her life. She can be manipulated in many ways. Using different frequencies, the secret controller of this equipment can even change a person's emotional life. She can be made aggressive or lethargic. Sexuality can be artificially influenced. Thought signals and subconscious thinking can be read, dreams affected and even induced, all without the knowledge or consent of the implanted person.

A perfect cyber-soldier can thus be created. This secret technology has been used by military forces in certain NATO countries since the 1980s without civilian and academic populations having heard anything about it. Thus, little information about such invasive mind-control systems is available in professional and academic journals.

The NSA's Signals Intelligence group can remotely monitor information from human brains by decoding the evoked potentials (3.50 HZ, 5 milliwatt) emitted by the brain. Prisoner experimentees in both Gothenburg, Sweden and Vienna, Austria have been found to have evident brain lesions. Diminished blood circulation and lack of oxygen in the right temporal frontal lobes result where brain implants are usually operative. A Finnish experimentee experienced brain atrophy and intermittent attacks of unconsciousness due to lack of oxygen.

Mind control techniques can be used for political purposes. The goal of mind controllers today is to induce the targeted persons or groups to act against his or her own convictions and best interests. Zombified individuals can even be programmed to murder and remember nothing of their crime afterward. Alarming examples of this phenomenon can be found in the U.S.

This “silent war” is being conducted against unknowing civilians and soldiers by military and intelligence agencies. Since 1980, electronic stimulation of the brain (ESB) has been secretly used to control people targeted without their knowledge or consent. All international human rights agreements forbid non consensual manipulation of human beings — even in prisons, not to speak of civilian populations.

Under an initiative of U.S. Senator John Glenn, discussions commenced in January 1997 about the dangers of radiating civilian populations. Targeting people’s brain functions with electromagnetic fields and beams (from helicopters and airplanes, satellites, from parked vans, neighboring houses, telephone poles, electrical appliances, mobile phones, TV, radio, etc.) is part of the radiation problem that should be addressed in democratically elected government bodies.

In addition to electronic MC, chemical methods have also been developed. Mind-altering drugs and different smelling gasses affecting brain function negatively can be injected into air ducts or water pipes. Bacteria and viruses have also been tested this way in several countries.

Today's super technology, connecting our brain functions via microchips (or even without them, according to the latest technology) to computers via satellites in the U.S. or Israel, poses the gravest threat to humanity. The latest supercomputers are powerful enough to monitor the whole world’s population. What will happen when people are tempted by false premises to allow microchips into their bodies? One lure will be a microchip identity card. Compulsory legislation has even been secretly proposed in the U.S. to criminalize removal of an ID implant.

Are we ready for the robotization of mankind and the total elimination of privacy, including freedom of thought? How many of us would want to cede our entire life, including our most secret thoughts, to Big Brother? Yet the technology exists to create a totalitarian New World Order. Covert neurological communication systems are in place to counteract independent thinking and to control social and political activity on behalf of self-serving private and military interests.

When our brain functions are already connected to supercomputers by means of radio implants and microchips, it will be too late for protest. This threat can be defeated only by educating the public, using available literature on biotelemetry and information exchanged at international congresses.

One reason this technology has remained a state secret is the widespread prestige of the psychiatric Diagnostic Statistical Manual IV produced by the U.S. American Psychiatric Association (APA) and printed in 18 languages. Psychiatrists working for U.S. intelligence agencies no doubt participated in writing and revising this manual. This psychiatric "bible" covers up the secret development of MC technologies by labeling some of their effects as symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia.

Victims of mind control experimentation are thus routinely diagnosed, knee-jerk fashion, as mentally ill by doctors who learned the DSM “symptom” list in medical school. Physicians have not been schooled that patients may be telling the truth when they report being targeted against their will or being used as guinea pigs for electronic, chemical and bacteriological forms of psychological warfare.

Time is running out for changing the direction of military medicine, and ensuring the future of human freedom.

New Phones Danger

Cordless handsets 100 times worse than mobiles, say experts.

Having a cordless phone in your house can be 100 times more of a health risk than using a mobile. The popular phones constantly blast out high levels of radiation - even when they are not in use. Landlines are widely thought a safer option than mobiles. But researchers in Sweden now warn cordless phones are far more likely to cause brain tumours than today's mobiles.

Emissions from a cordless phone's charger can be as high as six volts per metre - twice as strong as those found with a 100 metres of mobile masts. Two metres away from the charger the radiation is still as high as 2.5 volts per metre - that's 50 times what scientists regard as a safe level.

At a metre away the danger is multiplied 120 times - and it only drops to a safe 0.05 volts per metre when you are 100 metres away from the phone. Because of the way cordless phones work, the charger constantly emits radiation at full strength even when the phone is not in use - and so does the handset when it is off the charger.

The most common cancers caused by such radiation are leukaemias. But breast cancer, brain tumours, insomnia, headaches and erratic behaviour in kids have also been linked. Those with chargers close to their beds are subjected to radiation while they sleep.

Phone watchdog Powerwatch, using a testing device called the Sensory Perspective Electrosmog Detector, even found electromagnetic fields as strong as three volts per metre in a bedroom above a room holding a cordless phone.

The group's director, Alasdair Philips said: "As ill-health effects have been found at levels of only 0.06 volts per metre, this is very concerning. It's likely everyone in a house with a cordless phone will be constantly exposed to levels higher than this."

The shock Swedish report - by scientists Lennart Hardell, Michael Carlbery and Kjell Hansson Mild - is backed up by many medical experts who believe cordless phones are a health risk.

Harley Street practitioner Dr David Dowson said: "Having a cordless phone is like having a mobile mast in your house. I'd recommend anyone who has one to switch to a plug-in phone."

But BT's health advisor, John Collins, disagreed. He said: "There's no conclusive scientific evidence linking the radiation to any of the symptoms experienced. The evidence is that it doesn't do us any harm. We're a responsible company and abide by all the guidelines set down by recognised experts."

dna magic

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained.

The human DNA is a biological Internet and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. The latest Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mindâ¬"s influence on weather patterns and much more.

In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes. Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered "junk DNA."

The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore that 90% of "junk DNA." Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary!

According to there findings, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code - especially in the apparent "useless" 90% - follows the same rules as all our human languages.

To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. Therefore, human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of DNA. In brief the bottom line was: "Living chromosomes function just like a holographic computer using endogenous DNA laser radiation." This means that they managed, for example, to modulate certain frequency patterns (sound) onto a laser-like ray which influenced DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself.

Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) is of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary. One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven!

Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies (sound) are being used. This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language.

While western researchers cut single genes from DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically created devices that influence cellular metabolism through modulated radio and light frequencies, thus repairing genetic defects.

They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA.

This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation: by simply applying vibration (sound frequencies) and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure!

This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained.

Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and development in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA.

The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency. But the higher developed an individual's consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device: one can achieve these results by oneself. Science will finally stop laughing at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. And it doesn't end there.

The Russian scientists also found out that our DNA can cause disturbing patterns in a vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes! Wormholes are the microscopic equivalents of the so-called Einstein-Rosen bridges in the vicinity of black holes (left by burned-out stars).

These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hyper-communication (telepathy, channeling) is most effective in a state of relaxation.

Stress, worry or a hyperactive intellect prevent successful hyper-communication or the information will be totally distorted and useless. In nature, hyper-communication has been successfully applied for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insects proves this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level as "intuition." But we, too, can regain full use of it.

As an example from nature, when a queen ant is separated from her colony, the remaining worker ants will continue building fervently according to plan. However, if the queen is killed, all work in the colony stops. No ant will know what to do. Apparently, the queen transmits the "building plans" even if far away - via the group consciousness with her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants, as long as she is alive.

In humans, hyper-communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains access to information that is outside one's knowledge base. Such hyper-communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition (also in trance channeling). The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini, for instance, dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece exactly from memory. He called it the Devil's Trill Sonata.

For years, a 42-year old male nurse dreamt of a situation in which he was hooked up to a kind of knowledge CD-ROM. Verifiable knowledge from all imaginable fields was then transmitted to him that he was able to recall in the morning. There was such a flood of information that it seemed a whole encyclopedia was transmitted at night. The majorities of facts were outside his personal knowledge base and reached technical details of which he knew absolutely nothing. When hyper-communication occurs, one can observe in the DNA, as well as in the human, supernatural phenomena.

The Russian scientists irradiated DNA samples with laser light. On screen, a typical wave pattern was formed. When they removed the DNA sample, the wave pattern did not disappear, it remained. Many controlled experiments showed that the pattern continued to come from the removed sample, whose energy field apparently remained by itself. This effect is now called phantom DNA effect. It is surmised that energy from outside of space and time still flows through the activated wormholes after the DNA was removed. The side effects encountered most often in hyper-communication in humans are inexplicable electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of the persons concerned.

Electronic devices like CD players and the like can be irritated and cease to function for hours. When the electromagnetic field slowly dissipates, the devices function normally again. Many healers and psychics know this effect from their work: the better the atmosphere and energy, the more frustrating it can be for recording devices as they stop functioning at that exact moment. Often by next morning all is back to normal.

Perhaps this is reassuring to read for many, as it has nothing to do with them being technically inept; it means they are good at hyper-communication.

In their book Vernetzte Intelligenz, Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in earlier times humanity had been just like the animals: very strongly connected to group consciousness and thereby acted as a group. In order to develop and experience individuality, however, we humans had to forget hyper-communication almost completely.

Now that we are fairly stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness - namely one in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that information. We now know that just as we use the internet, our DNA can feed proper data into the network, can retrieve data from the network, and can establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or "remote sensing" about the state of another can thus be explained. Some animals know from afar when their owners plan to return home. This can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper-communication.

Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality; otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated. Hyper-communication in the new millennium means something quite different.

Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind.

Fifty percent of children will become a problem as soon as they go to school, since the system lumps everyone together and demands adjustment. But the individuality of today's children is so strong that they refuse this adjustment and resist giving up their idiosyncrasies in the most diverse ways.

At the same time more and more clairvoyant children are born. Something in those children is striving more towards the group consciousness of the new kind, and it can no longer be suppressed.

As a rule, weather for example is rather difficult to influence by a single individual. But it may be influenced by group consciousness (nothing new about this to some indigenous tribes). Weather is strongly influenced by Earth resonance frequencies (Schumann frequencies). But those same frequencies are also produced in our brains, and when many people synchronize their thinking or when individuals (spiritual masters, for instance) focus their thoughts in a laser-like fashion, then it is not at all surprising that they can influence the weather.

A modern day civilization which develops group consciousness would have neither environmental problems nor scarcity of energy: for if it were to use such mental powers as a unified civilization, it would have control of the energies of its home planet as a natural consequence.

When a great number of people become unified with higher intention as in meditating on peace - potentials of violence also dissolve.

Apparently, DNA is also an organic superconductor that can work at normal body temperature, as opposed to artificial superconductors which require extremely low temperatures between 200 and 140°C to function. In addition, all superconductors are able to store light and thus information. This further explains how DNA can store information.

There is another phenomenon linked to DNA and wormholes. Normally, these super-small wormholes are highly unstable and are maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves, which then form distinctive vacuum domains in which for example, gravity can transform into electricity. Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain considerable amounts of energy. There are regions in Russia where such radiant balls appear very often.

Following the ensuing confusion the Russians started massive research programs leading finally to some of the discoveries mentions above. Many people know vacuum domains as shiny balls in the sky. The attentive look at them in wonder and ask themselves, what they could be.

I thought once: "Hello up there. If you happen to be a UFO, fly in a triangle." And suddenly, the light balls moved in a triangle. Or they shot across the sky like ice hockey pucks: they accelerated from zero to crazy speeds while sliding silently across the sky. One is left gawking and I have, as many others, too, thought them to be UFOs. Friendly ones, apparently, as they flew in triangles just to please me.

Now, the Russians found - in the regions where vacuum domains often appear - that sometimes fly as balls of light from the ground upwards into the sky, and that these balls can be guided by thought. Since then it has been found that vacuum domains emit waves of low frequency that are also produced in our brains and because of this similarity of waves they are able to react to our thoughts. To run excitedly into one that is on ground level might not be such a great idea, because those balls of light can contain immense energies and are capable of mutating our genes.

Many spiritual teachers also produce such visible balls or columns of light in deep meditation or during energy work, which trigger decidedly pleasant feelings and do not cause any harm. Apparently this is also dependent on some inner order, quality and origin of the vacuum domain. There are some spiritual teachers, like the young Englishman Ananda, for example, with whom nothing is seen at first, but when one tries to take a photograph while they sit and speak or meditate in hyper-communication, one gets only a picture of a white cloud on a chair.

In certain Earth healing projects, such light effects also appear on photographs. Simply put, this phenomena has to do with gravity and anti-gravity forces that are ever more stable forms of wormholes and displays of hyper-communication with energies from outside our time and space structure. Earlier generations that experienced such hyper-communication and visible vacuum domains were convinced that an angel had appeared before them: and we cannot be too sure to what forms of consciousness we can get access when using hyper-communication.

Not having scientific proof for their actual existence, people having had such experiences do NOT all suffer from hallucinations. We have simply made another giant step towards understanding our reality. Official science also knows of gravity anomalies on Earth that contribute to the formation of vacuum domains. Recently gravity anomalies have been found in Rocca di Papa, south of Rome.
