Larry Goldman, CCIM, of Goldman Investment Advisors, facilitated the sale of A 1 Storage at 1717 W 31 St., Lawrence, Kansas. The facility sold to Oak View Capital Partners, who plans to upgrade and expand the facility from 22,000 RSF to an approximately 66,000 RSF Class A facility.
